监控设备已经越来越广泛的应用到诸如高速公路、沿海地区、道路等各种公共领域，为社会安全及管理带来了积极的效果。由于广泛的使用在室外环境，所以对设备的防尘、放水等性能的要求较高。现有的使用的在防水、防尘方面存在一些不足，需要经常维护，使用成本较高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可以多角度监控的网络监控终端装置，可以有效的实现防尘防水，不易损坏，广泛应用于高速公路、沿海地区、道路等各种公共领域。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案为：
一种网络监控终端装置，包括固定支架、球罩、底座和球芯，所述固定支架与球罩固定连接，所述底座与球芯及球罩固定连接，所述球芯包括底板，固定座、转动座和球芯罩，所述底板固定有控制主板，所述底板固定连接于固定座上，所述球芯罩固定连接于固定座，在球芯与固定座形成的空间内设置有通过轴承压板与固定座连接有转动座，以及镜头。
进一步的是：还包括透明罩，所述透明罩与球罩固定连接。
进一步的是：所述的球芯罩与固定座之间设置有密封圈。
本实用新型通过将球芯作为一整体模组设计，并在球芯罩与固定座之间设置密封圈，同时在透明罩与球罩之间设置密封圈，可以有效的实现防尘防水的功能，使用在户外，经久耐用。本实用新型的转动座设置于球芯罩与固定座形成的空间内，从而在转动镜头的时候，保证在一个密封的空间内完成。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型做进一步详细说明。
如图1所示，本实用新型所述的网络监控终端装置包括壁装支架1，通过螺丝与壁装支架1密封固定的球罩2，与球罩2密封固定的透明罩3，球罩2与透明罩3之间设置有密封圈。在球罩2与透明罩3之间形成的密闭空间内固定设置有底座4和球芯5，底座4通过螺丝固定连接于球罩2内，球芯5通过螺丝与底座4固定连接。
如图2所示，球芯5包括底板51，底板51上固定有控制主板52，与底板通过螺丝固定连接的固定座53，球芯罩55固定连接于固定座53，球芯罩55与固定座53之间设置有密封圈。在球芯罩55与固定座53形成的空间内设置有通过轴承压板与固定座53连接有转动座54，以及镜头。
