Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种接触式平板冻结机，包括冷冻箱体和冷凝机组，在冷冻箱体中设有多根立柱，在立柱上横向设有多层蒸发器平板，在多层蒸发器平板的两侧的进口都连接有供回液总管，供回液总管均与冷凝机组相连，立柱为可升降式立柱，冷冻箱体为双层夹心结构，采用不锈钢聚氨酯夹心不锈钢板。本实用新型具有结构简单，使用使用方便，换热速度快，隔热性能好，蒸发器平板高度可调，耐腐蚀性能好的优点。

本实用新型公开一种接触式平板冻结机。
背景技术
目前,冻结机被广泛应用，但是速冻时间长效率较低，不能够很快的实现速冻，而且速冻时间较长时冻品之间很容易产生粘结现象，取出时很不方便。而平板冻结机的多层蒸发器平板的高度不可调，在放置和取出时很不方便，工作效率较低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服以上的不足，提供一种结构简单，使用方便，制冷快，隔热性能好，蒸发器平板高度可调的接触式平板冻结机。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案来实现：一种接触式平板冻结机，包括冷冻箱体和冷凝机组，在冷冻箱体中设有多根立柱，在立柱上横向设有多层蒸发器平板，在多层蒸发器平板的两侧的进口都连接有供回液总管，供回液总管均与冷凝机组相连，立柱为可升降式立柱，冷冻箱体为双层夹心结构，采用不锈钢聚氨酯夹心不锈钢板。
本实用新型结构简单，使用使用方便，换热速度快，隔热性能好，蒸发器平板高度可调，耐腐蚀性能好。

如图1、示出了本实用新型一种接触式平板冻结机的具体实施方式，包括冷冻箱体1和冷凝机组2，在冷冻箱体1中设有多根立柱3，在立柱3上横向设有多层蒸发器平板4，在多层蒸发器平板4的两侧的进口都连接有供回液总管5，供回液总管5均与冷凝机组2相连，立柱3为可升降式立柱，冷冻箱体1为双层夹心结构，采用不锈钢聚氨酯夹心不锈钢板。
本实用新型采用双侧冷凝系统，多层蒸发器平板在可升降立柱的带动下可升可降，双面不锈钢聚氨酯的箱体隔热性能更好，结构简单，使用使用方便，换热速度快，隔热性能好，蒸发器平板高度可调，耐腐蚀性能好。

1.一种接触式平板冻结机，包括冷冻箱体（1）和冷凝机组（2），其特征在于：在所述冷冻箱体（1）中设有多根立柱（3），在所述立柱（3）上横向设有多层蒸发器平板（4），在所述多层蒸发器平板（4）的两侧的进口都连接有供回液总管（5），所述供回液总管（5）均与冷凝机组（2）相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种接触式平板冻结机，其特征在于：所述立柱（3）为可升降式立柱。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种接触式平板冻结机，其特征在于：所述冷冻箱体（1）为双层夹心结构，采用不锈钢聚氨酯夹心不锈钢板。
