本实用新型主要是一种蒸汽冷凝收集装置，主要用于要求对纯度较高的蒸汽水的处理。
背景技术
在一些特殊使用场合时，要求使用纯度极高的蒸汽水，这些水分一般都是利用蒸汽冷凝得到的，在蒸汽冷凝时要求冷却充分，以免影响收集的蒸汽水的纯度。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种蒸汽冷凝收集装置，其结构新颖，在出气管内设有波浪隔板，增长蒸汽流通的时间，增加蒸汽水的冷却接触面，使冷却充分，提高蒸汽水的纯度。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
一种蒸汽冷凝收集装置，包括有储气罐，储气罐上端连通有出气管，其特征在于：所述的出气管连通至一收集罐内，所述的出气管外包覆有冷凝管，所述的收集罐外包覆有夹层，夹层内连通有冷水管；所述的出气管内设有连续的波浪形隔板，所述的波浪形隔板上开有多个气孔，气体通过气孔在出气管内流通。
本实用新型中在出气管内设有波浪形隔板是为了增加冷却的接触面，使冷却更加充分；在收集罐外包覆有夹层，夹层内通入冷水，是为了保持蒸汽水的低温效果。

参见图1，一种蒸汽冷凝收集装置，包括有储气罐1，储气罐1上端连通有出气管2，所述的出气管2连通至一收集罐3内，所述的出气管2外包覆有冷凝管4，所述的收集罐3外包覆有夹层5，夹层5内连通有冷水管6；所述的出气管2内设有连续的波浪形隔板7，所述的波浪形隔板7上开有多个气孔8，气体通过气孔8在出气管2内流通。
