[0002] 我国有丰富的农林固体剩余物这类生物质能源资源。利用草本和木本生物质生产出来的颗粒燃料,是一种优质生物质燃料,可以用来替代煤炭、燃料油和天然气。它不仅能够提供更多的能源,还具有燃烧效率高、污染物排放少等特点,可比价格远低于燃料油,也不高于煤炭和天然气。生物质燃烧器是以生物质木颗粒为燃料,通过自动送料装置将生物质颗粒送入燃烧室进行直接燃烧,燃烧后的热能提供给其他相关用能设备使用。燃用生物质颗粒燃料,不仅硫化物排放少,氮化物排放低,还具有“二氧化碳零排放”、节能、使用方便的特点。但现有技术的燃烧器均采用一、二次供风燃烧方式,生物质颗粒很难达到燃烧充分的效果,燃烧时往往由于燃烧不充分排放出有毒气体,而且燃烧后产生的炉渣量大,加之其供料系统设计不良,因此很容易在使用中或停机后造成回火的危险。

[0005] 一种生物质颗粒燃料燃烧器,包括给料装置、供风装置、燃烧装置、点火装置和控制装置,所述给料装置包括给料管、设置在给料管内的进料绞龙、与进料绞龙连接的驱动电机和料斗,给料管上设有进料口和出料口,所述料斗的底部与给料管的进料口相连通;所述的供风装置包括风机和送风管,送风管的一端与风机的出口相连通,另一端是出风口 ;所述的燃烧装置包括燃烧室和风箱,燃烧室与风箱之间设有炉排,炉排上设有通风孔,风箱的侧面设置有进风口并与供风装置的送风管的出风口相连通,给料管穿过风箱后进入燃烧室,所述给料管的出料口位于炉排之上,燃烧室的上部设有出火筒,所述控制装置分别与驱动电机、风机、点火装置相连接,其特征在于:所述出火筒的外部设有环形进风箱,出火筒的侧壁上设有出风孔;所述送风管的出风口分别连接有一次风管、二次风管和三次风管;所述的一次风管与所述风箱侧面设置的进风口相连接,所述的二次风管与给料装置的给料管相连接,所述的三次风管与所述的环形进风箱相连接。

1.一种生物质颗粒燃料燃烧器,包括给料装置、供风装置、燃烧装置、点火装置[12]和控制装置,所述给料装置包括给料管[3]、设置在给料管[3]内的进料绞龙[4]、与进料绞龙[4]连接的驱动电机[I]和料斗,给料管[3]上设有进料口 [2]和出料口,所述料斗的底部与给料管[3]的进料口 [2]相连通;所述的供风装置包括风机[16]和送风管[14],送风管[14]的一端与风机[16]的出口相连通,另一端是出风口 ;所述的燃烧装置包括燃烧室[9]和风箱[10],燃烧室[9]与风箱[10]之间设有炉排[8],炉排[8]上设有通风孔,风箱[10]的侧面设置有进风口并与供风装置的送风管[14]的出风口相连通,给料管[3]穿过风箱[10]后进入燃烧室[9],所述给料管[3]的出料口位于炉排[8]之上,燃烧室[9]的上部设有出火筒[7],所述控制装置分别与驱动电机[I]、风机[16]、点火装置[12]相连接,其特征在于:所述出火筒7的外部设有环形进风箱[5],出火筒[7]的侧壁上设有出风孔[6];所述送风管[14]的出风口分别连接有一次风管[13]、二次风管[17]和三次风管[15];所述的一次风管[13]与所述风箱侧面设置的进风口相连接,所述的二次风管[17]与给料装置的给料管[3]相连接,所述的三次风管[15]与所述的环形进风箱[5]相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生物质颗粒燃料燃烧器,其特征在于:所述的点火装置[12]位于炉排[8]之上靠近给料管出料口的位置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的生物质颗粒燃料燃烧器,其特征在于:所述的燃烧室[9]从内到外依次包括耐火浇注层、保温层和外筒。
4.根据权利要求1所述的生物质颗粒燃料燃烧器,其特征在于:风箱[10]的底面设有可启闭的清灰门[11]。
5.根据权利要求1所述的生物质颗粒燃料燃烧器,其特征在于:所述的驱动电机[I]为变频调速电机。
