本实用新型揭示了一种椎间融合器,特别地,椎间融合器的一端部具有延伸至椎间融合器内的开口槽,开口槽底端内设有楔形块,开口槽内侧具有与楔形块相匹配的楔边,椎间融合器背向开口槽的另一端部具有螺孔,螺孔内穿接有用于调节楔形块位移的螺钉,在楔形块朝向开口槽外侧位移状态下楔形块抵持楔边且椎间融合器朝开口槽张开向外张。应用本实用新型的椎间融合器,椎间融合器增设了开口槽,椎间融合器开口槽可以外张,使得椎间融合器和椎盘无缝对接;椎间融合器的上、下表面呈齿状,齿状表面与椎盘相抵,增加了固定效果;椎间融合器设置了空腔,增大了椎间融合器和椎盘的接触面积。

背景技术
腰椎退行性活脱、节段性不稳,椎间盘源性疾病、外伤性腰椎滑脱所致腰椎失稳引起的下腰痛、肢体运动感觉障碍,对非手术治疗无效者一般都需行腰椎固定融合术,该技术发展成为当今脊柱外科基本术式之一。近年来,腰椎间融合器已广泛用于腰椎融合术。随着脊柱生物力学的发展和腰椎椎间融合术的广泛应用,腰椎椎间融合器发展迅速,种类繁多。
现有的椎间融合器与椎盘之间距离无法精确控制,常常出现椎间融合器与椎盘间间隙过大的问题,从而导致融合器与椎盘产生移位现象,影响到椎间融合器的使用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于解决上述的技术问题,提出一种椎间融合器。
本实用新型的目的,将通过以下技术方案得以实现:一种椎间融合器,特别地,所述椎间融合器的一端部具有延伸至椎间融合器内的开口槽,所述开口槽底端内设有楔形块,所述开口槽内侧具有与楔形块相匹配的楔边,所述椎间融合器背向开口槽的另一端部具有螺孔,所述螺孔内穿接有用于调节楔形块位移的螺钉,在所述楔形块朝向开口槽外侧位移状态下楔形块抵持楔边且椎间融合器朝开口槽张开向外张。
进一步地,所述椎间融合器相对开口槽的两侧表面呈齿状。
进一步地,所述椎间融合器具有贯穿开口槽垂向的空腔。
本实用新型的有益效果主要体现在:椎间融合器增设了开口槽,椎间融合器开口槽可以外张,使得椎间融合器和椎盘无缝对接;椎间融合器的上、下表面呈齿状,齿状表面与椎盘相抵,增加了固定效果;椎间融合器设置了空腔,增大了椎间融合器和椎盘的接触面积。

如图1所示,一种椎间融合器,椎间融合器的一端部具有延伸至椎间融合器内的开口槽1,开口槽1底端2内设有楔形块3,开口槽1内侧具有与楔形块3相匹配的楔边4,椎间融合器背向开口槽1的另一端部具有螺孔5,螺孔5内穿接有用于调节楔形块3位移的螺钉6,在楔形块6朝向开口槽1外侧位移状态下楔形块3抵持楔边4且椎间融合器朝开口槽1张开向外张。
为增加椎间融合器与椎盘之间的固定效果,如图1所示,椎间融合器相对开口槽的两侧表面呈齿状。为增加椎间融合器与椎盘之间的接触面积,椎间融合器具有贯穿开口槽垂向的空腔。
具体实施时,将椎间融合器嵌入椎盘之间,椎盘的凸出部分位于空腔内,通过螺钉推动楔形块,楔形块推动楔边使椎间融合器延开口槽外张,此时椎间融合器的上、下表面与椎盘相抵且对接牢固。
通过以上描述可见:应用本实用新型的椎间融合器,椎间融合器增设了开口槽,椎间融合器开口槽可以外张,使得椎间融合器和椎盘无缝对接;椎间融合器的上、下表面呈齿状,齿状表面与椎盘相抵,增加了固定效果;椎间融合器设置了空腔,增大了椎间融合器和椎盘的接触面积。
