人的一生有三分之一的时光与枕头作伴在睡眠中渡过，枕头对于人的生活、工作和学习有着至关重要的影响。现实生活中由于人们对于枕头的重要性认识不够，对枕头的知识了解的不深，导致人们在枕头的选择上存在着许多误区、在使用中存在着许多不合理的习惯，时间一长，这些不良习惯会严重影响到人们的生活质量和身体健康，导致了许多人的头、颈、肩、背及内脏等多方面疾病。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足，提供一种保健养生枕。
为了实现上述技术目的，本实用新型解决技术问题的方案是：
一种保健养生枕，它包括四部分：精细竹炭颗粒填充块、决明子填充块、低弹性枕芯、高弹性枕芯；所述高弹性枕芯是一块“回”字型高弹性海绵；低弹性枕芯嵌于高弹性枕芯的中间，并且比高弹性枕芯高出一部分；精细竹炭颗粒填充块平铺在低弹性枕芯的前后两侧，高弹性枕芯之上；
决明子填充块平铺在低弹性枕芯的左右两侧，高弹性枕芯之上。
当人枕于保健枕上时，低弹性枕芯受力挤压变形大于高弹性枕芯，使人的颈椎可以受到高弹性枕芯的支撑，从而起到减少颈椎受力，放松颈椎的保健作用。
在上述技术方案中，精细竹炭颗粒填充块支撑人颈椎时，竹炭纤维在人体温的影响下会发出远红外线，竹炭纤维发出的特定波长的远红外线，有促进人体颈椎部位血液循环的作用。
在上述技术方案中，竹炭纤维可以吸附异味、有害气体，调节空气湿度，改善睡眠小环境。
在上述技术方案中，低弹性枕芯受挤压变形时，决明子填充块会贴住人的脑部或面部，其中决明子颗粒受力滚动，会起到按摩保健作用。

决明子填充块（2）平铺在低弹性枕芯（3）的左右两侧，高弹性枕芯（4）之上。
