使用过程中，将本实用新型的软质芯3部分放置于人体的颈部及肩部，增加了躺卧的舒适感，有效防止休息时硬质凉性填充物4产生的寒气传递至颈部和肩部，引发颈椎及肩部病变，将硬质芯2部分放置于人体的头部，能够使大脑得到良好的休息。
