Abstract
阻化式选择性热导甲烷传感元件,是一种用于测量煤矿井下,或农村沼气发生池等有甲烷气体存在的环境中甲烷浓度的传感元件,它由涂有氧化铝的铂丝热导元件和在其外层涂有阻化剂涂层所组成。
根据气体热导温度系数不同,这种热导元件的工作温度选在二氧化碳与空气热导率相同的工作点或水蒸汽与空气热导率相同的工作点,以克服水蒸汽和二氧化碳气的影响。
Description
本实用新型是利用热导原理制成的一种测定煤矿井下或其它有甲烷气体产生的环境中甲烷浓度的传感元件。
已有技术中利用气体热导原理实现对气体的选择性检测方法,在日本1981年公布公开专利56-148047号文献中曾有过记载,但因热导元件本身的催化燃烧问题没有得到解决等问题未能实现。我国使用过的热导敏感元件有用铂丝作敏感元件的;有用铂丝线圈外加氧化铝作载体的敏感元件的;也有铂丝线圈外加氧化铝再镀以黄金做敏感元件的等等。这些元件分别存在着随温度增加对氢氧化碳、碳氢化合物等气体有催化作用,在温度超过720℃时对甲烷也有催化作用,钨丝元件长期在300℃-700℃温度下工作时元件表面易氧化,寿命明显降低,半导体元件不能在300℃以上工作环境中工作等缺点。
为解决上述问题,特研究了本实用新型所说的阻化式选择性热导甲烷传感元件。

阻化式选择性热导甲烷传感元件,由铂丝线圈1涂在铂丝上的氧化铝涂层2和涂在氧化铝涂层表面的瓷釉组成,它的工作原理是利用气体热导温度不同,使热导元件的工作温度处在二氧化碳与空气热导率相同或空气与水蒸气热导率相同的工作点,以克服二氧化碳和水蒸气的影响因为甲烷的热导率随温度的增加与空气热导率之差也越来越大,二氧化碳和水蒸气随温度增加与空气热导率各相交于一点,利用气体热导率的这一特性使热导元件工作温度处在二氧化碳与空气热导率相同的工作点如图3中的t2,或使工作温度处在水蒸气与空气热导率相同的工作点,如图3中的t1以克服二氧化碳和水蒸气的影响的热导式传感元件,用来测定甲烷气体浓度。
为了使上述传感元件在工作温度下工作的热变电阻不受一氧化碳、氢、醇类、重烃等低燃点气体的催化燃烧放热反应的影响,还在热变电阻外层涂以阻化剂涂层,阻化剂涂层是利用普通载体催化燃烧式可燃性气体传感元件受铅、锑、砷、磷、硼、硅等物质中毒失效的特性,使催化元件中毒后对可燃性气体没有催化燃烧特性,而仍保持其热变电阻的特性,这种阻化剂可以是受铅、锑、砷、磷、硼、硅等中毒物质的单质或者复合物,只要含有其中一种都具有催化中毒失效而成为阻化剂的作用。也可用复合金属氧化物如含有上述中毒物质的陶瓷,瓷釉也具有上述性质。实现本发明的阻化催化燃烧制剂比较容易,因为载体催化元件受微量的Pb、As、P、Si、Sb、Zn接触即中毒。由涂有阻化剂制成的热导传感元件来实现选择性测定甲烷浓度。
阻化式选择性热导甲烷传感元件的构造见图1。
本实用新型的实施办法是将直径为0.025mm的铂丝按0.02mm的间距,挠在直径为0.4mm的芯线上,共挠25匝然后除去芯线,再在该线圈上涂以0.02mm~0.05mm的氧化铝再通过150mA的电流烧结后,涂上一层含有中毒物质的氧化物复合体,或用含有60%以上的氧化铅的瓷釉、作为阻化层,经干燥后通以150mA电流待呈红色即可认为是烧结成形,在加工时应注意使阻化层均匀地包在氧化铝表面。即可制出如图1所示的元件。
将上述两个几何参数相等,电阻值相同的元件,分别置于图2所示的电路中,其中一个放在充有空气的补偿气室6中构成补偿臂,另一个放入充有被测气体的测量气室7中构成测量臂,联结成惠斯登电桥后由测量臂导出的热量是待测气体与空气混合气体热导率所导出的热量,补偿臂只导出空气热导率所导出的热量,通过电桥电路而测出待测气体的浓度。
利用本实用新型制成的阻化式选择性热导甲烷传感元件组装的仪器测定含有大量二氧化碳和存在少量的氮、醇、硫化氢等气体混合物中的甲烷浓度的误差不大于±5%,而且不需要附加任何吸收剂。
Claims (2)
1、一种用于煤矿井下或农村沼气发生池等有甲烷气体产生的环境中测定甲烷浓度用的甲烷传感元件,其特征在于所说的甲烷传感元件由涂有氧化铝的铂丝线圈和在其表面涂有阻化剂涂层所组成的阻化式选择性热导甲烷传感元件。
2、如权利要求1所说的阻化式选择性热导甲烷传感元件,其特征在于所说的阻化剂涂层也可由含有氧化铅,氧化硼等组份的瓷釉制成。
