本实用新型涉及的是一种闸阀的改进发明。
背景技术：
闸阀的应用范围很广，目前的一种闸阀，它的结构是这样的：包括阀体、闸板、阀杆和阀盖，阀盖通过螺栓固定连接在阀体顶部，闸板设于阀体阀腔内与阀杆连接，阀杆从阀盖中间穿过后与阀杆螺母螺纹连接，阀杆螺母与手轮连接，当转动手轮，阀杆螺母带动阀杆和闸板上下移动实现闸阀的打开或关闭。但是，闸阀特别是大型闸阀，其关闭密封面难免会有损伤，如果发现闸阀因为密封面损伤发生内泄漏的情况，而且闸阀需要在较长时间内进行关闭，那么目前来说只有采用两种方法，一种是紧急抢修，另一种就是任其泄露，没有很好的其它措施可实施。
发明内容：
针对现有技术的不足，本实用新型的目的旨在提供一种能确保长时间关闭状态下的内密封，有效防止内泄漏发生的闸阀。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
一种闸阀，包括阀体、闸板、阀杆和阀盖，阀盖通过螺栓固定连接在阀体顶部，闸板设于阀体阀腔内与阀杆连接，阀杆从阀盖中间穿过后与阀杆螺母螺纹连接，阀杆螺母与手轮连接，当转动手轮，阀杆螺母带动阀杆和闸板上下移动实现闸阀的打开或关闭，其特征在于：阀体内设有阀座孔，阀座孔内装入阀座后阀体与阀座焊接连接，阀座外端面与闸板之间形成闸阀关闭时的密封接触面，阀座外端面设有端面环槽，阀座外圆设有外圆环槽，外圆环槽和端面环槽之间通过若干设于阀座内的通孔相通，在所述阀体的外侧壁上设有注脂孔，注脂孔贯穿阀体侧壁后与外圆环槽相通。
采用上述技术方案后，在闸阀关闭状态下，如果闸阀密封面不能保证可靠密封，那么可以通过注脂孔往阀座与闸板之间的密封接触面进行注脂，这样油脂会填充密封接触面存在的泄露点使密封接触面形成可靠的密封，从而确保闸阀长时间关闭状态下的内密封，有效防止闸阀内泄漏的发生，由于大型闸阀的密封接触面的面积大，所以通过注脂能更好地对大型闸阀的密封进行保护，所以特别适用于大型闸阀。
作为优选，阀座在装入阀座孔内时设有密封圈用于阀座外圆与阀座孔之间的密封，阀座在将密封圈压紧后与阀体焊接连接。
通过上述设计后，闸阀内介质就不能通过阀座外圆与阀座孔之间间隙进入阀座与闸板之间的密封接触面（闸阀关闭状态下），对密封接触面的油脂进行影响破坏，从而确保密封接触面长时间的可靠密封。

具体实施方式：
如图所示，本实用新型的一种闸阀，包括阀体6、闸板5、阀杆3和阀盖4，阀盖4通过螺栓固定连接在阀体6顶部，闸板5设于阀体阀腔内与阀杆3连接，阀杆3从阀盖4中间穿过后与阀杆螺母2螺纹连接，阀杆螺母2与手轮1连接，当转动手轮1，阀杆螺母2带动阀杆3和闸板5上下移动实现闸阀的打开或关闭；阀体6内设有阀座孔，阀座孔内装入阀座7，阀座7在装入阀座孔内时设有密封圈11用于阀座7外圆与阀座孔之间的密封，阀座7在将密封圈11压紧后才与阀体6焊接连接，焊接部位在A处；阀座7外端面与闸板5之间形成闸阀关闭时的密封接触面B，阀座7外端面设有端面环槽9，阀座7外圆设有外圆环槽12，外圆环槽12和端面环槽9之间通过若干设于阀座内的通孔10相通，在所述阀体6的外侧壁上设有注脂孔8，注脂孔8贯穿阀体6侧壁后与外圆环槽12相通。这样当闸阀关闭时，通过往注脂孔8内注入油脂，油脂就会通过外圆环槽12、通孔10和端面环槽9到达密封接触面B，在密封接触面B上形成一种密封保护，从而确保闸阀长时间关闭状态下的内密封，有效防止闸阀内泄漏的发生，特别适用于大型闸阀。

1.一种闸阀，包括阀体、闸板、阀杆和阀盖，阀盖通过螺栓固定连接在阀体顶部，闸板设于阀体阀腔内与阀杆连接，阀杆从阀盖中间穿过后与阀杆螺母螺纹连接，阀杆螺母与手轮连接，当转动手轮，阀杆螺母带动阀杆和闸板上下移动实现闸阀的打开或关闭，其特征在于：阀体内设有阀座孔，阀座孔内装入阀座后阀体与阀座焊接连接，阀座外端面与闸板之间形成闸阀关闭时的密封接触面，阀座外端面设有端面环槽，阀座外圆设有外圆环槽，外圆环槽和端面环槽之间通过若干设于阀座内的通孔相通，在所述阀体的外侧壁上设有注脂孔，注脂孔贯穿阀体侧壁后与外圆环槽相通。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种闸阀，其特征在于：阀座在装入阀座孔内时设有密封圈用于阀座外圆与阀座孔之间的密封，阀座在将密封圈压紧后与阀体焊接连接。
