[0002] 家庭厨房或快餐店、汤粉店等普遍使用的以藕煤作为燃料的炉灶,一般都是一炉单用,且其炉膛顶部与受热面交界处一般都是敞开的或设有烟®,受热体或受热面吸收的热量只有燃料产生热量的20%左右,其余80%的热量通过敞开口或烟囱散发于空气中,热量利用率低,浪费资源。特别是快餐店、汤粉店等厨房同时需要使用3个以上火炉,其分别用于烫粉、无辣椒汤保温、辣汤保温、炒菜等,耗能高,浪费资源。当在寒冷的冬天,洗碗洗菜用的热水需要利用其它加热装置烧水,不方便。再次,藕煤燃烧时产生的有害气体排放于厨房中,有害于人的身体健康,使用不方便。

[0017] 由于还包括鼓风机,所述炉膛底部设有活动炉桥,所述活动炉桥下方设有积灰腔,积灰腔内还设有灰屉,灰屉内底对应炉膛底部位置设有突起,该突起顶部与活动炉桥底部之间的距离小于藕煤球的高度,鼓风机的出风口通过管路与积灰腔联通。目前积灰腔内使用的灰屉,当炉膛内底下的藕煤球燃烧完后抽出活动炉桥后让其掉入灰屉内,由于灰屉内底与活动炉桥底部之间的距离大于藕煤球的高度,未燃烧完的藕煤球位置低于活动炉桥位置,当再次插入活动炉桥时都会将未燃烧完的藕煤球插碎,浪费资源,使用成本高,不方便。采用灰屉内底对应炉膛底部位置设有突起,突起顶部与活动炉桥底部之间的距离小于藕煤球的高度后,当抽出活动炉桥后未燃烧完的藕煤球还是在炉膛内,即未燃烧完的藕煤球的位置高于活动炉桥位置,当插入活动炉桥时只是插碎燃烧完的藕煤球,使用方便,不会插碎未燃烧完的藕煤球,节约了资源,使用成本低。

1.一种多功能炉灶,其特征在于:包括由耐高温材料围成的炉膛和余热回收装置;所述炉膛顶部设有用于置放受热体(3)的敞开口,所述受热体与炉膛顶部接触连接密封形成加热区;所述余热回收装置包括排烟腔(5)、入烟管(4)和热风管(15),所述排烟腔(5)围绕加热区设置并与加热区隔离,该排烟腔(5)设有入烟口 ;所述入烟管(4) 一端与排烟腔(5)的入烟口联通、另一端与加热区上部联通;所述热风管(15)的入风口与排烟腔(5)联通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能炉灶,其特征在于:还包括鼓风机,所述炉膛底部设有活动炉桥(13)、所述活动炉桥(13)下方设有积灰腔;所述积灰腔内还设有灰屉(11),所述灰屉(11)内底对应炉膛底部位置设有突起(12),该突起(12)顶部与活动炉桥(13)底部之间的距离小于藕煤球的高度;所述鼓风机的出风口通过管路与积灰腔联通。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多功能炉灶,其特征在于:还包括燃油或燃气燃烧炉头(20),所述炉膛底部敞开;所述燃烧炉头(20)置于炉膛加热区底部,使燃烧炉头(20)燃料燃烧的火焰进入加热区。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多功能炉灶,其特征在于:还包括余热利用装置,所述余热利用装置与所述热风管(15)的出风口联通。
5.根据权利要求4所述的多功能炉灶,其特征在于:所述余热利用装置包括循环水腔(14)、循环水箱(2)、循环管路,所述循环水腔(14)置于加热区下方绕炉膛上部外壁固定连接且通过炉膛壁与炉膛隔离;所述循环水箱(2)置于炉灶体上方,该循环水箱(2)通过循环管路与循环水腔(14)联通;所述循环水腔(14)或循环水箱(2)或循环管路设有通过阀门控制的出水管(6)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的多功能炉灶,其特征在于:所述排烟腔(5)与加热区之间还设有水循环副腔(1),所述水循环副腔(I)围绕加热区上部设置并与加热区隔离且通过循环管路与循环水箱(2 )联通;所述排烟腔(5 )围绕水循环副腔(I)外壁固定连接且通过水循环副腔(I)外壁与水循环副腔(I)隔离;所述入烟管(4) 一端与排烟腔(5)的入烟口联通、另一端穿过水循环副腔(I)与加热区上部联通。
7.根据权利要求4所述的多功能炉灶,其特征在于:所述循环水箱(2)内还设有散热管(19),所述散热管(19) 一端延伸出循环水箱(2)与热风管(15)联通、另一端延伸出循环水箱(2)与排放区联通。
8.根据权利要求7所述的多功能炉灶,其特征在于:所述散热管(19)通过三通、控制阀门、螺套(10)与热风管(15)可拆卸联通,用于选择性的安装与拆卸散热管(19)。
9.根据权利要求4所述的多功能炉灶,其特征在于:所述余热利用装置还包括保温炉,所述保温炉包括由耐高温材料围成的炉膛、保温腔(8)、保温锅(7)和排烟管,所述保温炉炉膛底部封闭、顶部设有支撑架(9);所述保温炉炉膛与热风管(15)的出口通过管路联通;所述保温腔(8)置于炉膛上方且与炉膛联通;所述保温腔(8)上部设有排烟口,所述排烟口与排烟管联通,该排烟管的出口与排放区联通;所述保温锅(7)底部伸入保温腔(8)内置于支撑架(9)上,该保温锅(7)外壁与保温腔(8)壁顶部封闭,能使加热区的余热通过鼓风机由加热区经过排烟腔(8)、热风管(15)进入保温炉炉膛,再经过保温腔(8)、排烟管(15)排放于排放区。
10.根据权利要求4所述的多功能炉灶,其特征在于:所述余热利用装置还包括供暖器,所述供暖器包括暖风腔(17)、风机(16)和散热器(18),所述暖风腔(17)设有入风口和暖风出口 ;所述暖风腔(17)的入风口与风机(16)联通、暖风出口与供暖房间联通;所述散热器(18)置于暖风腔(17)内,该散热器(18)的风管入口延长伸出暖风腔(17)与热风管(15)通过控制阀门联通、风管出口延长伸出暖风腔(17)与排放区联通。
11.根据权利要求4所述的多功能炉灶,其特征在于:所述余热利用装置还包括碗筷消毒柜,该消毒柜包括由外层(21)、内层(23)组成的柜体和热风管网(22),所述内层(23)是易传热的金属层,所述热风管网(22)的固定于外层(21)与内层(23)之间,该热风管网(22)的入风口与热风管(15)联通、出风口与排放区联通。
