本实用新型属于建筑施工工具领域，具体涉及一种真石漆喷涂用辅助工具。
背景技术
真石漆主要由高分子聚合物、天然彩石砂及相关助剂制成，干结固化后坚硬如石，看起来像天然真石一样。真石漆不仅具有很好的装饰效果，还有助于延长建筑物寿命，因此在建筑外墙装饰中有广泛应用，而仿砖形真石漆喷涂则更为普遍。
目前，普通仿砖形真石漆装饰面的留缝工艺多是采用美纹纸粘贴成砖形，待喷涂完成后再将美纹纸揭除，形成分隔缝。这种工艺不仅难以控制喷涂厚度，美纹纸的粘贴过程也非常麻烦，费工费时，喷涂过程中容易出现美纹纸脱落现象，揭除时美纹纸亦会将漆带掉，从而导致砖缝纹理不清、砖面厚度不均等质量通病。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对真石漆喷涂工艺中留设分隔缝提供了一种便捷高效的辅助工具。
基于上述目的，本发明采取了如下技术方案：真石漆喷涂用辅助工具，由透明塑料板制成，其形状与真石漆喷涂分隔缝的重复单元相同。
所述透明塑料板的厚度为3mm。
所述透明塑料板的背面设有把手。
所述透明塑料板的背面上侧两角处分别设有把手。
所述透明塑料板为透明PVC板。
施工时提起把手使透明塑料板竖直贴在墙上需要喷涂的位置（透明塑料板正面贴墙），四角及中央部位用图钉简单固定，然后喷涂真石漆直至漆面厚度与透明塑料板的厚度相当。喷涂完成后，通过把手固定住透明塑料板，取下图钉，将整个辅助工具水平缓慢移出，然后进行下一版块的喷涂。

具体实施方式
真石漆喷涂用辅助工具，如图1-3所示，由3mm厚的透明PVC板1制成，其形状与真石漆喷涂分隔缝的重复单元相同。透明PVC板1的背面上侧两角处分别设有把手2。
以“分割砖块尺寸240mm*120mm、分隔缝宽度8mm，上下块居中相错，喷涂厚度3mm，一次获取5*10个分割砖块”的施工目标为例，参照以下尺寸和方法制作真石漆喷涂用辅助工具：
选取尺寸为1288*1248mm、厚3mm的硬质透明PVC板1，根据实际的真石漆喷涂CAD排版图将需要喷涂的位置抠出，留下分割缝的形状；在透明PVC板1的背面（以施工时贴墙的一面为正面，另一面则为反面）上侧两角处安装一对把手2（不锈钢材质110mm长，8mm宽，把手2与透明PVC板用铆钉3铆接），以方便施工。
施工时提起把手2使透明PVC板竖直贴在墙上，四角及中央部位用图钉简单固定，然后喷涂真石漆直至漆面厚度与透明PVC板厚度（3mm）相当。喷涂完成后，通过把手固定住透明PVC板，取下图钉，将整个辅助工具水平缓慢移出，然后进行下一版块的喷涂。
重复以上操作，完成整个墙面的喷涂装饰。
考虑到施工效率，本实施例并未选取分隔缝的最小重复单元制作辅助工具，可见重复单元的选取可大可小，实践中可根据具体的施工目标灵活制作应用。

1.真石漆喷涂用辅助工具，其特征在于，由透明塑料板制成，其形状与真石漆喷涂分隔缝的重复单元相同，其背面设有把手。
2.如权利要求1所述的真石漆喷涂用辅助工具，其特征在于，所述透明塑料板的厚度为3mm。
3.如权利要求2所述的真石漆喷涂用辅助工具，其特征在于，所述透明塑料板的背面上侧两角处分别设有把手。
4.如权利要求1-3任一所述的真石漆喷涂用辅助工具，其特征在于，所述透明塑料板为透明PVC板。
