在电缆生产过程中，一般需要对护套电线进行成圈和打扎，但是目前电缆成圈和打扎过程中，一般是放线装置放线，然后成圈打扎装置收线，但是这样经常会因为张力过大，而把电缆拉细甚至拉断。

为解决上述问题，本实用新型提供了一种立式储线架，其采用的技术方案如下：
一种立式储线架，所述立式储线架包括立架、两个大线轮、两个小线轮，其中两个大线轮分别安装在立架的上端和下端，两个小线轮分别安装在立架的左端和右端。
进一步地，所述立架高2000～3000mm。
通过将采用上述技术方案的立式储线架连在放线装置和成圈打扎装置之间，让电缆线在储线架的线轮上缠绕行进，可以有效地控制电缆线上的张力，防止电缆线被拉细或拉断，减少次品、残品的产生。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种立式储线架，包括立架1、两个大线轮2、两个小线轮3，其中两个大线轮3分别安装在立架1的上端和下端，两个小线轮2分别安装在立架1的左端和右端，所述立架1高2000～3000mm。放线装置放出电缆线后，电缆线贴着左端小线轮3进入储线架，然后电缆线分别缠绕立架1上下端的大线轮2后，再贴着右端小线轮3出储线架，被成圈打扎装置收线。

1.一种立式储线架，其特征在于：所述立式储线架包括立架、两个大线轮、两个小线轮，其中两个大线轮分别安装在立架的上端和下端，两个小线轮分别安装在立架的左端和右端。
