Technical effect of core idea of the application
The storage and transportation box is divided into a containing cavity and a cover body, the containing cavity is divided into a first containing part and a second containing part, and an isolating part is arranged between the first containing part and the second containing part, so that the first containing part and the second containing part form an independent containing space, and stems/leaves contained in the first containing part are completely isolated from root systems contained in the second containing part.
Therefore, on one hand, impurities such as bacteria carried on the root system can not pollute stems and leaves; on the other hand, the roots, stems and leaves are completely isolated in space, and the plants in the box are ordered and well-arranged.
It should be noted that the plants in the core concept of the present application include vegetables, herbs, and seedlings thereof, and the storage and transportation boxes with different sizes and shapes can be manufactured according to the sizes of different individual vegetables.
Fig. 1 is an exploded view of a plant storage and transportation container according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 2 is an assembled schematic view of the explosive structure of FIG. 1; as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the container at least comprises a containing cavity 101 and a cover 102, the containing cavity 101 comprises a first containing part 111 and a second containing part 121, a partition 103 is arranged between the first containing part 111 and the second containing part 121, a through hole is formed in the partition 103, the partition 103 enables the first containing part 111 and the second containing part 121 to form an independent containing space, the first containing part 111 is used for containing stems/leaves of plants when the plants are contained, and the second containing part 121 is used for containing roots which pass through the through hole of the partition 103 and are integrated with the stems/leaves of the plants. Specifically, the isolation part 103 is provided with a plurality of through holes (not shown) to allow the stem/leaf/root system of the plant to pass through the through holes, while ensuring that the stem/leaf/root system of the plant can pass through the through holes.
In this embodiment, the isolation portion 103 is concave, and the cover 102 is convex. The cover 102 is fastened to the containing cavity 101 to form a sealed structure. In this embodiment, in order to facilitate disassembly, the containing cavity 101 and the cover 102 are separately disposed, and the cover 102 is fastened to the containing cavity 101 to seal the plant storage and transportation box.
Referring to fig. 1, the storage cavity 101 is separated from the cover 102, and the cover 102 is inserted into the storage cavity along the plant placement direction to seal the plant storage and transportation box.
In this embodiment, in order to enhance the stress strength of the plant storage and transportation box, a stress bar (not shown in the figure) is disposed on the containing cavity 101 and the cover 102, for example, the stress bar is disposed on the bottom surface, two side surfaces of the containing cavity 101 and the upper surface of the cover 102, and the stress bar may be directly formed on the bottom surface, two side surfaces of the containing cavity 101 and the upper surface of the cover 102 to form a horizontal or vertical strip-shaped protrusion.
Since the containing cavity 101 is divided into the first containing part 111 and the second containing part 121 by the partition part 103, the first containing part 111 and the second containing part 121 form independent containing spaces each other, and the stem/leaf contained in the first containing part 111 and the root contained in the second containing part 121 are completely isolated. In this embodiment, in order to prevent the contamination of the stem/leaf by the substrate leaking to the first receiving portion 111, the outer edge of the isolation portion 103 overlaps the upper edge of the first receiving portion 111. In addition, if the nutrient solution is in seamless contact, the fog cannot flow to the first container 111, so as to avoid forming fog in the storage box, which affects the appearance of plants therein.
In this embodiment, in order to provide nutrition for plants during storage and transportation, avoid nutrition loss, and ensure freshness, a sponge 104 is sleeved on the root system, and soilless substrates, such as nutrient solution, are absorbed in the sponge 104.
In another embodiment of the present application, a substrate accommodating part 1210 for embedding the roots contained in the second containing part 121 may be provided in the second containing part 121, and the substrate accommodating part may accommodate a soil substrate or a soil-free substrate such as a nutrient solution. Since the outer edge of the isolation part 103 is in seamless contact with the inner surface of the containing cavity 101, the soilless substrates such as nutrient solution cannot leak from the second containing part 121 to the first containing part 111, so that the pollution of stems and leaves is caused.
In this embodiment, the first receiving portion 111 and the second receiving portion 121 are separately or integrally formed. When the first accommodating part 111 and the second accommodating part 121 are separately formed, the isolation part 103 is formed on the lower surface of the first accommodating part 111 and the upper surface of the second accommodating part 121, and the through holes are formed on the lower surface of the first accommodating part 111 and the upper surface of the second accommodating part 121. When an organic whole sets up, forms an holistic cavity 101 that holds, and rethread isolator 103 keeps apart holding cavity 101 to it holds part 121 to form first portion 111 and the second of holding.
In another embodiment of the present application, in order to reduce the manufacturing process, the containing cavity 101 and the cover 102 are integrally formed, the cover 102 is connected to the containing cavity 101 through a rotatable connecting portion (not shown), and the cover 102 is fastened to the containing cavity 101 around the rotatable connecting portion 104 to seal the plant storage and transportation box.
FIG. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a second isolation portion according to an embodiment of the present application; as shown in fig. 3, the partitions are provided with a plurality of circular or square through holes 113 in rows and columns, respectively, in such a manner that more plants can be stored and transported in the storage and transportation box in an array.
FIG. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a third isolation portion according to an embodiment of the present application; as shown in fig. 4, the partitions are provided with semicircular through holes 113 in the row direction, respectively, in such a manner that plants can be stored and transported in the storage box in the row direction.
In another embodiment of the present application, a fitting groove may be formed along an inner surface of the containing cavity 101, and the separating portion 103 is fitted into the fitting groove, so that the first containing portion 111 and the second containing portion 121 form an independent containing space therebetween.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and should not be taken as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalent replacements, improvements, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
