背景技术
在弧焊焊接过程中,会有大量的弧光产生。在人员操作侧需要卷帘门来挡弧光及增加安全系数。而卷帘门上升、下降的速度为一秒200~300毫米。参见图1,上升、下降是通过门框导槽旁边的近接感应器实现停止感应。门框导槽旁边的近接感应器感应距离一般在5mm~8mm之间。伸出多来会干涉卷帘门,少了感应不了,增加了调试的工作量。近接感应器安装在门框导槽旁边,空间有限、作业不便。

为了解决现有技术的问题,本实用新型实施例提供了一种使得卷帘门上升、下降运行良好,无过头或卡死现象,降低设备维护人员的劳动强度,节省维护成本的卷帘门。所述技术方案如下: 
本实用新型实施例提供了一种卷帘门,所述卷帘门包括卷帘门本体、与所述卷帘门本体一端连接的保护罩、设置在所述保护罩内的传动轴、与所述传动轴一端连接的电机、与所述传动轴另一端连接的联轴器、与所述联轴器连接的行程开关。
具体地,所述卷帘门本体上设置有光栅。

通过设置行程开关进行限位,使得卷帘门上升、下降运行良好,无过头或卡死现象,降低设备维护人员的劳动强度,节省维护成本。

具体地,卷帘门本体1上设置有光栅11。
