Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种差速式滤饼破碎机，包括盖板、上壳体、下壳体、减速电机、破碎辊，破碎辊分为第一破碎辊和第二破碎辊，两个破碎辊在运行时转速不同，为差速运行。第一破碎辊的转速为160-180r/min，第二破碎辊的转速为20-30r/min，在破碎辊上设有破碎齿，两个破碎辊上的破碎齿错位安装。与现有技术相比，本实用新型的两个破碎辊以不同的转速工作，人为地强化了破碎过程中的“滑差现象”，延长了被破碎的滤饼与破碎辊辊齿间的接触、滞留时间，使得整个破碎过程变得更加完善、有效，最终达到了对滤饼充分、高效粉碎的目的。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种破碎机，尤其涉及一种差速式滤饼破碎机。
背景技术
采用压滤机对物料进行过滤后，会形成大量固状物——滤饼，滤饼具有较大的块度且具有一定硬度，会给运输、存储、利用等后续工序带来了很多问题，因此必须经过进一步的破碎加工、细化处理才能满足生产需要。目前，广泛采用通用的破碎机对滤饼进行破碎加工，由于滤饼与常规物料的物理性质不同，使用通用破碎机进行破碎时，其破碎效果和破碎效率都不尽理想，因此有必要设计一种专用的滤饼破碎机。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述背景技术中存在的不足之处，而提供一种差速式滤饼破碎机。
根据本实用新型提出的差速式滤饼破碎机，包括盖板、上壳体、下壳体、减速电机、破碎辊，破碎辊分为第一破碎辊和第二破碎辊，两个破碎辊在运行时转速不同，为差速运行。
经过反复试验确定，优选的方案是，第一破碎辊的转速为160-180r/min，第二破碎辊的转速为20-30r/min。
在破碎辊上设有破碎齿，两个破碎辊上的破碎齿错位安装。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的优点在于，两个破碎辊以不同的转速工作，人为地强化了破碎过程中的“滑差现象”，延长了被破碎的滤饼与破碎辊破碎齿间的接触、滞留时间，使得整个破碎过程变得更加完善、有效，最终达到了对滤饼充分、高效粉碎的目的。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图和实施例对本实用新型做进一步说明。
如图1所示，本实用新型所述差速式滤饼破碎机，包括盖板1，上壳体2，下壳体4，减速电机3a、3b，破碎辊5a、5b，破碎辊分为第一破碎辊5a和第二破碎辊5b，两个破碎辊在运行时转速不同，为差速运行。
在优选实施例中，第一破碎辊5a的转速为160-180r/min，第二破碎辊5b的转速为20-30r/min。
在破碎辊5a、5b上设有破碎齿6，两个破碎辊上的破碎齿6错位安装。
本实用新型差速式滤饼破碎机压滤机的工作原理如下：
两个破碎辊5a、5b在减速电机3a、3b的驱动下相向转动，物料自两破碎辊上方加入，在破碎辊与物料间摩擦力作用下，物料被带入两破碎辊之间，受挤压破碎后，自下部排出。
在两个破碎辊5a、5b上含有设有平行安装的破碎齿6，破碎齿6沿破碎辊轴向间隔排布，错位安装，两个辊筒上相对的破碎齿6合作咬合，可以较好的破碎小块物料。
虽然已经参考优选实施例对本实用新型进行了描述，但在不脱离本实用新型的范围的情况下，可以对其进行各种改进并且可以用等效物替换其中的部件。本实用新型并不局限于文中公开的特定实施例，而是包括落入权利要求的范围内的所有技术方案。

1.一种差速式滤饼破碎机，包括盖板、上壳体、下壳体、减速电机、破碎辊，其特征在于，所述的破碎辊包括第一破碎辊和第二破碎辊，两个破碎辊在运行时转速不同，为差速运行。
2.根据权利要求1所述的差速式滤饼破碎机，其特征在于，所述的第一破碎辊的转速为160-180r/min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的差速式滤饼破碎机，其特征在于，所述的第二破碎辊的转速为20-30r/min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的差速式滤饼破碎机，其特征在于，所述的破碎辊上设有破碎齿，两个破碎辊上的破碎齿错位安装。
