本实用新型涉及收银机技术领域，具体地说，涉及一种自助结账防盗收银机。
背景技术
在零售行业，自助结账方式由于其方便、快捷、灵活等特点已被越来越多的场所采用，自助结账方式在节省了人工成本、提高了销售效率、为顾客带来便利同时，也存在带走商品与所付款项是否一致的问题。特别是采用零售自助结账收银机时，顾客自己扫描商品，不可避免地存在部分商品未扫描、漏扫描的情况，导致付款金额与最终带走的商品金额不一致，造成了损失，这一直是超市、各商家头疼，急需解决的问题。为避免这种情况发生，目前一般全凭顾客的素质、自觉，或者采取专人监督，这不可避免造成了经济的损失或人力的投入。
实用新型内容
为了解决自助结账收银机顾客付款金额与所拿商品金额不一致问题，防止顾客故意或者疏忽原因，将未付款或与付款项不一致的商品带出超市，保证商场超市购物安全，本实用新型提出自助结账防盗收银机。本实用新型解决该技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
自助结账防盗收银机，外部设置有触摸显示屏11、条码扫描平台10、称重平台5；内部设置有PC控制模块、存储器模块、称重防盗模块，所述称重防盗模块包含数据采集模块，用于采集称重平台5的数据并传送至PC控制模块；所述PC控制模块通过数据线分别与存储器模块、触摸显示屏11、条码扫描平台10、称重防盗模块连接，对经过条码扫描平台10的商品进行重量验证，操作过程与处理结果通过触摸显示屏11显示。
作为改进，所述称重防盗模块还设置有声音报警装置。
作为改进，所述称重平台5的底面平板与其上端的一侧挡板设计为一体结构，避免了商品因倾斜倚靠而产生的重量误差。
作为改进，所述收银机本体外部还设置有警示灯1，用于指示设备的工作状态。
作为改进，所述警示灯1显示红、黄、绿三种颜色，分别用于指示设备故障、操作不当、正常的工作状态。
优选地，所述PC控制模块设置有通讯端口，所述通讯端口可连接通讯组件与其它收银机或服务器连接，实现数据共享或远程控制。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果体现在：
通过采集商品的重量信息与扫描的商品信息比对，检查漏扫或错扫的商品，降低了付款金额与最终带走的商品金额不一致发生的概率，减少商家的损失；
具有商品重量存储记录单元，快捷地对商品重量数据库中商品进行更新和读写，适用范围广。

具体实施方式
以下结合图1、图2介绍本实用新型自助结账防盗收银机的具体实施方式，但本实用新型的实施不限于以下的实施方案。
从图1中可以看出本实用新型的自助结账防盗收银机，外部设置有触摸显示屏11、条码扫描平台10、称重平台5；内部设置有PC控制模块、存储器模块、称重防盗模块，所述称重防盗模块包含数据采集模块，用于采集称重平台5的数据并传送至PC控制模块；所述PC控制模块通过数据线分别与存储器模块、触摸显示屏11、条码扫描平台10、称重防盗模块连接，对经过条码扫描平台10的商品进行重量验证，操作过程与处理结果通过触摸显示屏11显示。所述称重防盗模块还设置有声音报警装置,当支付商品的重量与数据库中重量数据不匹配时，报警装置会发出警报，提示消费者进行检查是否有未扫描付款的商品。称重平台5的底面平板与其上端的一侧挡板设计为一体结构，避免了商品因倾斜倚靠而产生的重量误差。
在操作过程中的任一环节，如果操作不当或长时间未操作，与PC控制模块连接的警示灯1会出现提示。特别地，警示灯1会呈现不同的颜色，正常操作时显示绿色，可撤销、可更改的不当操作，警示灯1显示黄色，设备故障或不可撤销的不当操作，警示灯显示红色。
此外，自助结账防盗收银机可选择单机模式与联网模式两种工作状态。PC控制模块设置有通讯端口，该通讯端口可连接通讯组件与其它自助现金结账收银机或服务器连接，组建局域网，将工作数据上传至服务器或在局域网内实现共享。
图2显示了本实用新型自助结账防盗收银机的工作流程，具体如下：
顾客到零售自助收银机前，在条码扫描平台10扫描条形码，PC控制模块读取相应条码信息，并提示将扫描商品放置到集成电子秤的称重平台5。数据采集模块采集重量信息传送至PC控制模块，与条形码相对应重量存储器模块的值比较，重量值相同情况顾客继续正常操作，如付账或继续扫描商品。当扫描A商品放置B商品到称重平台5，PC控制模块就会发出商品异常的指令，警示灯亮起、语音器播报商品异常、触摸显示屏信息提示放置商品异常请检查调整。重量允许误差范围值是在PC控制模块中设定。当商品未扫描放置购物台时，PC控制模块同样会发出商品异常的指令。
商品重量值是PC控制模块从存储器模块或者从商家局域网的重量数据库服务器获取，存储器模块或重量数据库中的重量值可以商家自己录入，商家商品种类量很大，手工录入方式工作量巨大，本自助结账防盗收银机有自学习功能。
图3是商家的局域网络，当顾客扫描的商品在重量数据库中没有值时，自助结账防盗收银机将称重平台5的已扫描商品的重量保存，当同一条形码两次重量一样，就会存入到商家服务器的重量数据库，供商家局域网内各自助收银机下次对应条形码重量的读取使用。

1.自助结账防盗收银机，其特征在于所述收银机外部设置有触摸显示屏（11）、条码扫描平台（10）、称重平台（5）；内部设置有PC控制模块、存储器模块、称重防盗模块，所述称重防盗模块包含数据采集模块，用于采集称重平台（5）的数据并传送至PC控制模块；所述PC控制模块通过数据线分别与存储器模块、触摸显示屏（11）、条码扫描平台（10）、称重防盗模块连接，对经过条码扫描平台（10）的商品进行重量验证，操作过程与处理结果通过触摸显示屏（11）显示。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自助结账防盗收银机，其特征在于所述称重防盗模块还设置有声音报警装置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的自助结账防盗收银机，其特征在于所述称重平台（5）的底面平板与其上端的一侧挡板设计为一体结构，避免了商品因倾斜倚靠而产生的重量误差。
4.根据权利要求1所述的自助结账防盗收银机，其特征在于所述收银机本体外部还设置有警示灯（1），用于指示设备的工作状态。
5.根据权利要求4所述的自助结账防盗收银机，其特征在于所述警示灯（1）显示红、黄、绿三种颜色，分别用于指示设备故障、操作不当、正常的工作状态。
6.根据权利要求1～5任一权利要求所述的自助结账防盗收银机，其特征在于所述PC控制模块设置有通讯端口，所述通讯端口可连接通讯组件与其它收银机或服务器连接，实现数据共享或远程控制。
