背景技术
线材束结，束结位置及结的大小等都有规定，如果束结位置不对，则得到的束结线材无法使用。而目前都是人工束结过程，不但效率低，而且人工操作用力不同，束结松紧不同，束结位置也存在差异，导致不同技术人员得到的线材束结结的大小均不完成相同，降低了其质量，影响使用。

针对现有技术中存在的上述问题，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、操作方便、精确度高的线材束结预成型治具。
所述的一种线材束结预成型治具，包括底板及设置在底板上的折弯管位块，其特征在于所述的折弯管位块上设置端子尺寸定位块，折弯管位块右端底部设置安装槽，折弯旋转块设置在安装槽内，并能绕安装槽转动，所述的折弯管位块右端中部设置弧形的折弯棒滑动槽，折弯旋转块上设置折弯棒，所述的折弯棒位于折弯棒滑动槽内并能绕折弯棒滑动槽转动，折弯旋转块一端设置手柄。

如图1所示，一种线材束结预成型治具，包括底板8及设置在底板8上的折弯管位块3，所述的折弯管位块3上设置活动定位槽301，所述的端子尺寸定位块1设置在活动定位槽301内并由定位螺母2固定，折弯管位块3右端底部设置安装槽302，折弯管位块3上设置折弯旋转块转轴4，所述的折弯旋转块7通过折弯旋转块转轴4设置在折弯管位块3上，折弯旋转块7设置在安装槽302内，并能绕安装槽转动，所述的折弯管位块3右端中部设置弧形的折弯棒滑动槽6，折弯旋转块7上设置折弯棒5，所述的折弯棒5位于折弯棒滑动槽6内并能绕折弯棒滑动槽6转动，折弯旋转块7一端设置手柄9。
如图所示，利用本实用新型装置对线材束结预成型的操作方法如下：根据束结位置，通过定位螺母2调节端子尺寸定位块1与折弯棒滑动槽的距离，再固定端子尺寸定位块1，将待束结的线材一端固定在端子尺寸定位块1的右端端头，可以用手压着即可，预束结的位置位于折弯棒5与折弯旋转块转轴4之间，通过转动手柄9，使折弯旋转块7以折弯旋转块转轴4为固定点旋转，折弯棒5绕折弯棒滑动槽6转动，从一端转置另一端，即完成线材的束结预成型操作。
本实用新型结构简单、操作方便，束结位置准确，适于推广应用。

1.一种线材束结预成型治具，包括底板（8）及设置在底板（8）上的折弯管位块（3），其特征在于所述的折弯管位块（3）上设置端子尺寸定位块（1），折弯管位块（3）右端底部设置安装槽（302），折弯旋转块（7）设置在安装槽（302）内，并能绕安装槽转动，所述的折弯管位块（3）右端中部设置弧形的折弯棒滑动槽（6），折弯旋转块（7）上设置折弯棒（5），所述的折弯棒（5）位于折弯棒滑动槽（6）内并能绕折弯棒滑动槽（6）转动，折弯旋转块（7）一端设置手柄（9）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种线材束结预成型治具，其特征在于所述的折弯管位块（3）上设置活动定位槽（301），所述的端子尺寸定位块（1）设置在活动定位槽（301）内并由定位螺母（2）固定。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种线材束结预成型治具，其特征在于所述的折弯管位块（3）上设置折弯旋转块转轴（4），所述的折弯旋转块（7）通过折弯旋转块转轴（4）设置在折弯管位块（3）上。
