Abstract
本实用新型涉及医疗器械技术领域，尤其是一种跟骨骨折固定板，钛合金骨折固定板形状与跟骨外侧形状相一致，骨折固定板可以与跟骨贴合固定，骨折固定板上设有若干固定孔，骨折固定板对应跟骨远端处设有三个远端固定孔。本实用新型提供的一种跟骨骨折固定板，可在手术中根据实际骨折情况选择性应用能够避开骨折线的位置进行固定，位于跟骨与距骨交界处的侧翼可行塑形以固定移位小骨块，固定效果良好，为防止远端折线与部分侧翼固定孔重合，可以选择二孔固定。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及医疗器械技术领域，尤其是一种跟骨骨折固定板。
背景技术
传统医学对骨折的治疗方法不外乎夹板或石膏外固定及手术切开内固定两种方法。石膏外固定适应于骨折较稳定的骨折，一般不需其它器械。夹板外固定及手术内固定方法适应于不稳定性骨折，对粉碎性骨折、近关节的骨折、极不稳定的骨折必须用手术方法治疗。对于跟骨骨折，一般钢板只能经过跟骨外侧固定，但对于跟骨背侧、跖侧位移骨块并无很好的办法，往往辅助应用螺钉等固定，但因骨折块小，有时无法用螺钉固定，而无法良好固定，
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：为了克服现有技术中因跟骨骨折块小，在固定时螺钉位置容易与骨折线重叠，而无法良好固定的问题，本实用新型提供了一种跟骨骨折固定板，可在手术中根据实际骨折情况选择性应用能够避开骨折线的位置进行固定，位于跟骨与距骨交界处的侧翼可行塑形以固定移位小骨块，固定效果良好。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种跟骨骨折固定板，其特征在于：所述骨折固定板形状与跟骨外侧形状相一致，所述骨折固定板可以与跟骨贴合固定，所述骨折固定板上设有若干固定孔，所述骨折固定板对应跟骨远端处设有至少三个远端固定孔。
作为优选，所述骨折固定板对应跟骨远端处设有三个远端固定孔，可防止远端折线与部分侧翼固定孔重合，可以选择二孔固定，可以根据骨折线的走向而选择性应用，防止侧翼固定孔少时无法良好固定。
具体地，所述骨折固定板上设有侧翼，所述侧翼位于跟骨与距骨交界处。
具体地，所述侧翼上设有螺纹孔。
具体地，所述骨折固定板为钛合金板。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型提供的一种跟骨骨折固定板，可在手术中根据实际骨折情况选择性应用能够避开骨折线的位置进行固定，位于跟骨与距骨交界处的侧翼可行塑形以固定移位小骨块，固定效果良好，为防止远端折线与部分侧翼固定孔重合，可以选择二孔固定。

如图1所示，一种跟骨骨折固定板，钛合金骨折固定板1形状与跟骨外侧形状相一致，骨折固定板1可以与跟骨贴合固定，骨折固定板1上设有若干固定孔2，骨折固定板1对应跟骨远端处设有三个远端固定孔3，骨折固定板1上设有侧翼4，侧翼4位于跟骨与距骨交界处，侧翼4上设有螺纹孔5。
实施例2
如图2所示，一种跟骨骨折固定板，钛合金骨折固定板1形状与跟骨外侧形状相一致，骨折固定板1可以与跟骨贴合固定，骨折固定板1上设有若干固定孔2，骨折固定板1对应跟骨远端处设有三个远端固定孔3。

1.一种跟骨骨折固定板，其特征在于：所述骨折固定板(1)形状与跟骨外侧形状相一致，所述骨折固定板(1)可以与跟骨贴合固定，所述骨折固定板(1)上设有若干固定孔(2)，所述骨折固定板(1)对应跟骨远端处设有至少三个远端固定孔(3)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种跟骨骨折固定板，其特征在于：所述骨折固定板(1)对应跟骨远端处设有三个远端固定孔(3)。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种跟骨骨折固定板，其特征在于：所述骨折固定板(1)上设有侧翼(4)，所述侧翼(4)位于跟骨与距骨交界处。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种跟骨骨折固定板，其特征在于：所述侧翼(4)上设有螺纹孔(5)。
5.如权利要求1-4任一项所述的一种跟骨骨折固定板，其特征在于：所述骨折固定板(1)为钛合金板。
