Abstract
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,尤其涉及一种距舟融合板,包括一体成型的融合板近端、融合板远端以及用于连接融合板近端与融合板远端的融合板板身,所述融合板近端上设有用来与距骨固定连接的固定孔,所述融合板远端上设有用来与足舟骨固定连接的固定孔。本发明提供的一种距舟融合板,采用解剖型设计,无需在术中再对融合板预弯,不仅解决了采用空心钉、骑缝钉等固定容易出现融合松动及固定失效问题,而且解决了普通融合板术中需要折弯易形成应力集中造成融合板断裂和易造成固定孔变形导致固定不牢固的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,尤其涉及一种距舟融合板。
背景技术
距舟关节创伤后骨关节炎一直是创伤骨科治疗的难点,特别是距舟关节融合的手术治疗,有较高并发症。距舟关节融合手术的关键在于固定稳定性,而现有的采用空心钉、骑缝钉等内固定技术的固定往往不能达到预期的治疗效果,容易出现融合松动及固定失效。
传统的采用普通融合板进行距舟关节融合手术时,医疗人员术中需要根据患者的骨骼外形,对融合板进行折弯,使得融合板能够紧贴骨面。这种处理方法有很多的局限性,首先是在手术中需要对融合板进行折弯,增加了手术时间,加大了手术风险;其次是折弯后的融合板容易形成应力集中,造成融合板断裂;还有折弯后的融合板会造成固定孔变形,导致固定不牢固,使得术后容易产生融合板的松动和滑脱。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:为了解决现有技术中采用空心钉、骑缝钉等固定术后容易出现融合松动及固定失效,采用普通融合板在术中需要折弯,折弯后的融合板易形成应力集中造成融合板断裂和易造成固定孔变形导致固定不牢固等问题,本发明提供了一种距舟融合板,包括一体成型的融合板近端、融合板远端以及用于连接融合板近端与融合板远端的融合板板身,无需在术中再对融合板预弯,不仅解决了采用空心钉、骑缝钉等固定容易出现融合松动及固定失效问题,而且解决了普通融合板术中需要折弯易形成应力集中造成融合板断裂和易造成固定孔变形导致固定不牢固的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种距舟融合板,包括一体成型的融合板近端、融合板远端以及用于连接融合板近端与融合板远端的融合板板身,所述融合板近端上设有用来与距骨固定连接的固定孔,所述融合板远端上设有用来与足舟骨固定连接的固定孔。
具体地,所述融合板与近距舟关节的距骨和足舟骨接触面的空间几何学形态与近距舟关节的距骨和足舟骨表面形态相匹配,即融合板近端的接触面与近距舟关节的距骨表面形态相匹配,融合板远端的接触面与近距舟关节的足舟骨表面形态相匹配。
具体地,所述融合板上设有用于距舟关节融合时骨块间加压的滑动孔。
作为优选,所述滑动孔设置在融合板远端上。
作为优选,所述融合板近端至少设有2个固定孔,所述融合板远端至少设有2个固定孔。
作为优选,所述融合板近端设有2个固定孔,所述融合板远端设有2个固定孔。
作为优选,所述融合板远端设有的固定孔与滑动孔呈一排分布。
具体地,所述固定孔内设有内螺纹。
具体地,所述融合板为不锈钢融合板、纯钛融合板或碳钢融合板。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供了一种距舟融合板,该融合板包括一体成型的融合板近端、融合板远端以及用于连接融合板近端与融合板远端的融合板板身,融合板近端上设有用来与距骨固定连接的固定孔,融合板远端上设有用来与足舟骨固定连接的固定孔,融合板与近距舟关节的距骨和足舟骨接触面的空间几何学形态与近距舟关节的距骨和足舟骨表面形态相匹配,即融合板近端的接触面与近距舟关节的距骨表面形态相匹配,融合板远端的接触面与近距舟关节的足舟骨表面形态相匹配,该融合板采用解剖型设计,便于解剖复位,无需在术中再对融合板预弯,不仅解决了采用空心钉、骑缝钉等固定容易出现融合松动及固定失效问题,而且解决了普通融合板术中需要折弯易形成应力集中造成融合板断裂和易造成固定孔变形导致固定不牢固的问题;融合板远端设有的用于距舟关节融合时骨块间加压的滑动孔,为关节融合提供更为牵靠的稳定性;融合板远端固定孔与滑动孔呈一排空间立体型分布,对足舟骨具有较强把持力;融合板和螺钉设计充分依据亚洲人体解剖曲率设计,使固定更牢固;融合板采用不锈钢、纯钛或碳钢等高强度材料,便于早期被动功能锻炼;融合板采用隐蔽边缘设计,采用的螺钉钉帽面低于融合板面,均可减少对软组织的刺激;该融合板为解剖型低切迹融合板,对于骨质疏松患者同样起到较好固定作用;该融合板可以配合空心钉一起使用,可大大增加内固定稳定性,提高融合率。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1至图3所示,一种距舟融合板,其厚度为1.8mm,采用不锈钢制成,包括一体成型的融合板近端1、融合板远端2以及用于连接融合板近端1与融合板远端2的融合板板身3,融合板近端1上设有2个用来与距骨固定连接的固定孔4,融合板远端2上设有2个用来与足舟骨固定连接的固定孔4,还设有一个用于距舟关节融合时骨块间加压的滑动孔5,滑动孔5与两个固定孔呈一排,融合板与近距舟关节的距骨和足舟骨接触面6的空间几何学形态与近距舟关节的距骨和足舟骨表面形态相匹配,即融合板近端1的接触面6与近距舟关节的距骨表面形态相匹配,融合板远端2的接触面6与近距舟关节的足舟骨表面形态相匹配。
在进行距舟关节融合手术时,可在剔除关节软骨后复位距舟关节,将融合板放置于距舟关节背侧,使用融合板将复位后的骨块在正常的解剖位置上固定,首先固定融合板近端1在距骨侧的两枚螺钉,然后使用滑动孔5实现距骨头与足舟骨间加压,最后拧入其它螺钉。为了避免术后钢板或螺钉的切迹过高,可选用锁定2.7mm和非锁定2.7mm的两种螺钉。
以上述依据本发明的理想实施例为启示,通过上述的说明内容,相关工作人员完全可以在不偏离本项发明技术思想的范围内,进行多样的变更以及修改。本项发明的技术性范围并不局限于说明书上的内容,必须要根据权利要求范围来确定其技术性范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种距舟融合板,其特征在于包括:一体成型的融合板近端(1)、融合板远端(2)以及用于连接融合板近端(1)与融合板远端(2)的融合板板身(3),所述融合板近端(1)上设有用来与距骨固定连接的固定孔(4),所述融合板远端(2)上设有用来与足舟骨固定连接的固定孔(4)。
2.如权利要求1所述的距舟融合板,其特征在于:所述融合板与近距舟关节的距骨和足舟骨接触面(6)的空间几何学形态与近距舟关节的距骨和足舟骨表面形态相匹配,即融合板近端(1)的接触面(6)与近距舟关节的距骨表面形态相匹配,融合板远端(2)的接触面(6)与近距舟关节的足舟骨表面形态相匹配。
3.如权利要求1所述的距舟融合板,其特征在于:所述融合板上设有用于距舟关节融合时骨块间加压的滑动孔(5)。
4.如权利要求3所述的距舟融合板,其特征在于:所述滑动孔(5)设置在融合板远端(2)上。
5.如权利要求3所述的距舟融合板,其特征在于:所述融合板近端(1)至少设有2个固定孔(4),所述融合板远端(2)至少设有2个固定孔(4)。
6.如权利要求5所述的距舟融合板,其特征在于:所述融合板近端(1)设有2个固定孔(4),所述融合板远端(2)设有2个固定孔(4)。
7.如权利要求5或6所述的距舟融合板,其特征在于:所述融合板远端(2)上设有的固定孔(4)与滑动孔(5)呈一排分布。
8.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的距舟融合板,其特征在于:所述固定孔(3)内设有内螺纹。
9.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的距舟融合板,其特征在于:所述融合板为不锈钢融合板、纯钛融合板或碳钢融合板。
