本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,尤其涉及一种距舟楔关节融合板包括一体成型的融合板近端、融合板中端、融合板远端、融合板板体一以及融合板板体二,融合板上设有若干个用于将融合板固定于距骨、足舟骨和楔骨的固定孔,融合板设有一接骨面,融合板近端接骨面与距骨表面形态相匹配,融合板中端接骨面与足舟骨表面形态相匹配,融合板远端接骨面与楔骨表面形态相匹配。该融合板为解剖型设计,不仅解决了采用空心钉、骑缝钉等固定容易出现融合松动及固定失效问题,而且解决了普通融合板术中需折弯,形成应力集中而造成融合板断裂、固定孔变形导致固定不牢固及术中足弓解剖型重建不便等问题。

距舟楔关节融合板
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,尤其涉及一种距舟楔关节融合板。
背景技术
Muller-Weiss病是一种临床少见且原因不明的足部疾病,又称“成人足舟骨坏死”。该病多发生于中老年女性,以中足慢性疼痛、足舟骨压缩破碎和跟骨进行内翻畸形为特点。该病最典型的病理生理改变为距下关节内翻,足弓变低,即所谓反常的“内翻-平足”畸形以及“距楔关节”的形成。对于已确诊且保守治疗无效的患者,外科手术是一种有效的治疗方法,常用的手术方法为距舟楔关节融合,关节融合的关键在于稳定、牵靠的固定,而现有的固定方法如空心钉、骑缝钉等往往不能取得稳定、牢靠的固定,术后容易出现融合松动及固定失效,最终无法达到预期的治疗效果。
采用传统的普通融合板进行距舟楔关节融合手术时,外科医生需根据患者的骨骼外形,对融合板进行折弯,使得融合板能够紧贴在骨骼处。术中钢板折弯存在有很多局限性,首先是融合板折弯增加了手术时间,加大了手术风险;其次,折弯后的融合板容易形成应力集中,造成融合板断裂。此外融合板折弯后会造成固定孔变形,导致固定不牢固,术后容易产生融合板松动和滑脱。且融合板多为“X”形,为跨关节固定距骨和楔骨,这种类型融合板不利于术中解剖重建足弓。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:为了解决现有技术中采用空心钉、骑缝钉等固定容易出现融合松动及固定失效,采用普通融合板在术中需要折弯,增加手术时间、折弯后的融合板易形成应力集中造成融合板断裂和固定孔变形导致固定不牢固,同时融合板多为“X”形,为跨关节固定距骨和楔骨,不利于术中解剖重建足弓等问题。
本发明提供了一种距舟楔关节融合板,该融合板为解剖型设计,便于解剖复位,无需在术中再对钢板预弯,该融合板同时对距骨、足舟骨和楔骨固定,不仅解决了采用空心钉、骑缝钉等固定容易出现融合松动及固定失效问题,而且解决了普通融合板术中需要折弯增加手术时间、易形成应力集中造成融合板断裂和固定孔变形导致固定不牢固及术中解剖重建足弓等问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种距舟楔关节融合板包括一体成型的融合板近端、融合板中端、融合板远端、用于连接融合板近端与融合板中端的融合板板体一以及用于连接融合板中端与融合板远端的融合板板体二,所述融合板上设有若干个用于将融合板固定于距骨、足舟骨和楔骨的固定孔,所述融合板设有一接骨面,所述融合板近端接骨面与距骨表面形态相匹配,所述融合板中端接骨面与足舟骨表面形态相匹配,所述融合板远端接骨面与楔骨表面形态相匹配。
具体地,所述楔骨为内侧楔骨、中间楔骨和外侧楔骨中的一种或几种。
具体地,所述融合板远端上设有若干个固定孔,每块楔骨至少对应两个固定孔。
具体地,所述融合板远端上设有若干个固定孔,每块楔骨对应两个固定孔。
具体地,所述融合板近端设有至少两个固定孔,所述融合板中端设有至少两个固定孔。
具体地,所述固定孔内设有内螺纹。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供了一种距舟楔关节融合板,本发明提供了一种距舟楔关节融合板,该融合板为解剖型设计,便于解剖复位,无需在术中再对钢板预弯,该融合板同时对距骨、足舟骨和楔骨固定,不仅解决了采用空心钉、骑缝钉等固定容易出现融合松动及固定失效问题,而且解决了普通融合板术中需要折弯增加手术时间、易形成应力集中造成融合板断裂和固定孔变形导致固定不牢固及术中解剖重建足弓等问题。
融合板板体二为2个,为关节融合提供更为可靠的稳定性;融合板固定孔呈空间立体型分布,对距骨、足舟骨、楔骨均具有较强把持力;融合板和螺钉设计充分依据亚洲人体解剖曲率设计,使融合板放置更服帖;融合板采用高强度设计,便于早期功能锻炼;融合板采用隐蔽边缘设计,采用的螺钉的钉帽面低于融合板面,均可减少对软组织的刺激;该融合板为解剖型低切迹融合板,对于骨质疏松患者同样起到较好固定作用;该融合板可以配合空心钉一起使用,可大大增加内固定稳定性,提高融合率;该融合板特别适用于足弓背侧的高弓足和扁平足,对于足弓塌陷及重建能起到较好的固定作用,同时也适用于陈旧性创伤畸形和内风湿关节炎,以及多关节截骨及融合矫形手术。

现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1至图3所示,一种距舟楔关节融合板,包括一体成型的融合板近端1、融合板中端2、融合板远端3、用于连接融合板近端1与融合板中端2的融合板板体一4以及用于连接融合板中端2与融合板远端3的两块融合板板体二5,融合板设有一接骨面7,融合板近端1的接骨面7与距骨表面形态相匹配,融合板中端2的接骨面7与足舟骨表面形态相匹配,融合板远端3的接骨面7与楔骨的表面形态相匹配,融合板上设有若干个用于将融合板固定于距骨、足舟骨和楔骨的固定孔6。
作为优选,本具体实施例中的融合板厚度为1.7mm。
在一种具体实施方式中,融合板远端3的接骨面7与内侧楔骨、中间楔骨和外侧楔骨中的一种或几种的表面形态相匹配,容易想到的是:可以将整个距舟楔融合板固定在距骨、足舟骨和单个楔骨(内侧楔骨、中间楔骨或外侧楔骨)上,也可以是将整个距舟楔融合板固定在距骨、足舟骨和两个楔骨(内侧楔骨、中间楔骨和外侧楔骨的两两组合)上,也可以是将整个距舟楔融合板固定在距骨、足舟骨、内侧楔骨、中间楔骨和外侧楔骨上。在本具体实施例中,融合板远端3的接骨面7与内侧楔骨、中间楔骨和外侧楔骨的表面形态相匹配,固定范围大,适用性广。
在一种具体实施方式中,融合板与距骨、足舟骨和楔骨对应的每个位置至少设有两个固定孔6用于固定融合板。在本具体实施例中,融合板远端3上设有6个固定孔6,内侧楔骨、中间楔骨和外侧楔骨三块楔骨各对应两个固定孔6,融合板近端1设有两个固定孔6,融合板中端2设有三个固定孔6。
此融合板为解剖型低切迹钢板,在进行手术时,融合板放置于距骨、足舟骨、楔骨背侧,融合板近端1的两孔,用于固定距骨头;融合板中端2的三孔用于固定足舟骨;融合板远端3最宽,用于固定三块楔骨。融合板对距骨、足舟骨、楔骨背侧形成包裹,使用螺钉固定时,螺钉呈空间立体型固定,对三排骨块具有较强把持力,对于骨质疏松患者同样起到较好固定作用。为了避免术后融合板或螺钉切迹过高,可选用锁定2.7mm和非锁定2.7mm的两种螺钉。
在一种具体实施方式中,融合板可以选择不锈钢融合板、钛合金融合板、镁合金融合板、纯钛融合板或碳钢融合板。

1.一种距舟楔关节融合板,其特征在于:包括一体成型的融合板近端(1)、融合板中端(2)、融合板远端(3)、用于连接融合板近端(1)与融合板中端(2)的融合板板体一(4)以及用于连接融合板中端(2)与融合板远端(3)的融合板板体二(5),所述融合板上设有若干个用于将融合板固定于距骨、足舟骨和楔骨的固定孔(6),所述融合板设有一接骨面(7),所述融合板近端(1)接骨面(7)与距骨表面形态相匹配,所述融合板中端(2)接骨面(7)与足舟骨表面形态相匹配,所述融合板远端(3)接骨面(7)与楔骨表面形态相匹配。
2.如权利要求1所述的距舟楔关节融合板,其特征在于:所述楔骨为内侧楔骨、中间楔骨和外侧楔骨中的一种或几种。
3.如权利要求2所述的距舟楔关节融合板,其特征在于:所述融合板远端(3)上设有若干个固定孔(6),每块楔骨至少对应两个固定孔(6)。
4.如权利要求3所述的距舟楔关节融合板,其特征在于:所述融合板远端(3)上设有若干个固定孔(6),每块楔骨对应两个固定孔(6)。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的距舟楔关节融合板,其特征在于:所述融合板近端(1)设有至少两个固定孔(6),所述融合板中端(2)设有至少两个固定孔(6)。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的距舟楔关节融合板,其特征在于:所述固定孔(6)内设有内螺纹。
7.如权利要求1或2所述的距舟楔关节融合板,其特征在于:所述融合板为不锈钢融合板、钛合金融合板、镁合金融合板、纯钛融合板或碳钢融合板。
