As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the grass trimmer 200 of the present embodiment includes an extension rod assembly 15, a grass trimming head 22 disposed at one end of the extension rod assembly 15, a handle disposed on the extension rod assembly 15 and spaced from the grass trimming head 22, a motor 26 for driving the grass trimming head 22 to rotate around a rotation axis, and a switch 27 for controlling the motor 26, wherein the grass trimming head 22 includes a spool 32 for disposing a grass trimming line 34, in addition, in the present embodiment, the grass trimming head 22 further includes a receptacle 28, a cover 30 coupled with the receptacle 28, and the spool 32 is disposed between the receptacle 28 and the cover 30, and the grass trimming line 34 is wound on the spool 32 and extends out of the receptacle 28.
When the grass trimmer 200 is in operation, the grass trimmer head 22 is driven to rotate by the motor 26 to drive the grass trimming line 34 to rotate to form a cutting surface. The user lifts the lawnmower 200 by means of the handle to cause the line 34 to cut grass along the cutting plane formed by its rotation.
For convenience of description, the terms "axial," "circumferential," and other orientation-related descriptions of this specification refer to the axis of rotation of the grass-mowing head 22. Such as "axial" is the direction of extension along the axis of rotation of the grass-mowing head 22; "circumferential" is the direction about the axis of rotation of the grass-mowing head 22.
In this embodiment, the motor 26 for driving the grass-mowing head 22 is coaxial with the grass-mowing head 22, and preferably, the output shaft of the motor 26 directly drives the grass-mowing head 22, that is, the rotating shaft 36 of the grass-mowing head 22 is the output shaft of the motor 26, so that the structure is simple and compact. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the motor 26 may be located anywhere else on the extension bar assembly 15 and drive the rotation of the grass-mowing head 22 through a particular transmission mechanism.
In this embodiment, the end of the extension rod assembly 15 away from the grass cutting head 22 is provided with a power source, specifically a battery pack 38, preferably a lithium battery pack. From this, the both ends of extension rod subassembly 15 are located respectively to power supply and grass cutting head 22, and the handle is located the middle section of extension rod subassembly 15 and is close to the position of power supply relatively to whole grass cutting machine 200 focus is rationally distributed, and the operator can be comparatively laborsaving through the handle during operation of mentioning grass cutting machine 200.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the lawn mower 200 further comprises a manual pay-off mechanism, which comprises an operating member 40 independent of the switch 27, a transmission member 41 controlled by the operating member 40, and a driving device 42 driven by the transmission member 41 to drive the wire coil 32 to release the lawn mowing line 34.
In the present embodiment, the operating member 40 is disposed adjacent to the grip portion of the handle. The grip portion of the handle refers to a portion of the handle that is gripped by the hand of the operator. The operating member is disposed adjacent to the grip portion of the handle, so that the operator can control the operating member 40 to pay while holding the handle, without interrupting the operation of the lawnmower 200, and the operation is convenient. Of course, the operating member may be located at other positions on the lawnmower 200.
Because the manual pay-off mechanism is controlled by the operating part 40 independent of the switch 27, the waste of pay-off at each startup is avoided, and the loss of the grass mowing line is reduced.
Preferably, the transmission member 41 is a flexible transmission shaft 41, and specifically, the transmission member 41 is a steel wire. Preferably, the flexible transmission shaft 41 is substantially accommodated in the extension rod assembly 15, so that the flexible transmission shaft 41 can be protected, and the service life of the flexible transmission shaft 41 can be prolonged. The flexible transmission shaft 41 is basically accommodated in the extension rod assembly 15, which means that most of the flexible transmission shaft 41 is accommodated in the extension rod assembly 15, and at least part of the flexible transmission shaft is accommodated in a casing near the grass cutting head. In addition, a part of the flexible transmission shaft connected with the operating member may be exposed outside the extension rod assembly, and of course, the part of the flexible transmission shaft may also be accommodated in the auxiliary handle and the extension rod assembly. Other transmission elements, such as other wires, plastic bands or braided wires, are also conceivable to those skilled in the art. All technical solutions similar to the present embodiment should be covered in the protection scope of the present invention.
In this embodiment, the handle includes a main handle 23 and an auxiliary handle 24 disposed at a distance from each other, the switch 27 is disposed on the main handle 23, and the operating member 40 is also disposed on the main handle 23. With this arrangement, the operator can control the grass trimmer 200 to perform grass cutting and line laying by simply operating the switch 27 and the operating member 40 on the main handle 23. Of course, the switch 27 and the operating member 40 may be provided on the main handle 23 and the auxiliary handle 24, respectively, so that the operations of the switch 27 and the operating member 40 do not interfere with each other. When an operator controls the grass trimmer 200 to work through the auxiliary handle 24 and wants to perform the wire paying-off operation on the wire coil 32, the operator only needs to control the operating part 40 on the auxiliary handle 24 along the line, the working state of the grass trimmer 200 does not need to be changed, the grass trimming operation of the grass trimmer 200 cannot be interrupted, the operation is convenient, and the advantage is more obvious when the grass trimmer 200 is in the trimming state. Of course, the operating member 40 may be disposed at other positions of the lawn mower 200, such as at a position on the extension rod assembly 15 near the main handle or the auxiliary handle, or at a distance from the switch on the main handle, as long as the operator can lift the lawn mower 200 by the handle to mow grass and control the operating member. All technical solutions similar to the present embodiment should be covered in the protection scope of the present invention.
The drive means 42 comprise a lever 43 connected to the transmission member 41 and controlled by the operating member 40. The lever 43 drives the axial movement of the spool 32 along the axis of rotation of the grass-mowing head 22 between the first condition and the second condition. In the first state, the spool 32 rotates synchronously with the housing 28; in the second state, a difference in rotational speed is generated between the spool 32 and the receptacle 28.
In the first state, the wire coil 32 and the accommodating seat 28 rotate synchronously, the grass cutting line 34 wound on the wire coil 32 and the accommodating seat 28 rotate synchronously, and the part of the grass cutting line 34 extending out of the accommodating seat 28 rotates to cut grass, so that the lawn can be trimmed.
In the second state, the wire coil 32 is separated from the accommodating seat 28, the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the grass mowing line 34 drives the wire coil 32 and the accommodating seat 28 to generate relative motion, so that a rotation speed difference is generated, and further the centrifugal force of the grass mowing line 34 can pull the grass mowing line to be thrown outwards to realize paying off, namely, the free end of the longer grass mowing line 34 extends out of the accommodating seat 28, so that the grass mowing machine 200 has a larger grass mowing radius.
Extension rod subassembly 15 includes the first extension rod 46 that the lengthwise extends and swing joint in the second extension rod 48 of first extension rod 46, and first extension rod 46 is located to the handle, and second extension rod 48 is located to grass-mowing head 22, and first extension rod 46 and second extension rod 48 all are equipped with the inner chamber, and driving medium 41 sets up in the inner chamber of first extension rod 46 and second extension rod 48 basically. Therefore, the first extension rod 46 and the second extension rod 48 are movably connected, so that when the grass trimmer 200 is transported and stored, the second extension rod 48 can move relative to the first extension rod 46 to reduce the volume of the grass trimmer, thereby greatly reducing the packaging and storage volume of the grass trimmer 200, reducing the packaging and transportation cost and saving the storage space.
With further reference to fig. 3-6, it is preferred that the first extension 46 and the second extension 48 have a first position of mating with one another and a second position of disengaging from one another. Thus, when the lawn mower is used, the first extension rod 46 and the second extension rod 48 are connected to each other, and at this time, the operating element 40 is operated, and the transmission member 41 drives the driving device 42 to drive the wire coil to release the lawn mowing line. Thereby improving the operation height for operators and greatly improving the operation man-machine. And when will transport and deposit the lawn mower, make first extension rod 46 and second extension rod 48 throw off each other, like this, can make first extension rod 46 and second extension rod 48 overlap and place to greatly reduced lawn mower's packing and storage volume, and then reduce packing, cost of transportation and save storage space.
Furthermore, the first extension rod 46 and the second extension rod 48 are connected through threads, so that the structure is simple and the cost is low. The first extension rod 46 is provided with external threads 50, and the second extension rod 48 is provided with internal threads 52 which can be matched with the external threads 50. Internal threads 52 mate with external threads 50 to connect first extension rod 46 and second extension rod 48 together; the internal threads 52 are disengaged from the external threads 50 to allow the first extension rod 46 and the second extension rod 48 to be disengaged from each other. Correspondingly, an internal thread 52 may be provided on the first extension rod 46, and an external thread 50, which is adapted to mate with the internal thread 52, may be provided on the second extension rod 48.
The first extension rod 46 is provided with an electrode plate 47, the second extension rod 48 is provided with an electric wire 49, and when the first extension rod 46 is matched and connected with the second extension rod 48, the electrode plate 47 is electrically connected with the electric wire 49. Thereby achieving the electrical connection between the battery pack 38 and the motor 26 for grass cutting.
For convenience of manufacture and installation, the first extension rod 46 is fixedly provided with a first sleeve 54, and the external thread 50 is arranged on the first sleeve 54. The second extension rod 48 is rotatably provided with a second sleeve 56, and the internal thread 52 is provided inside the second sleeve 56. Thus, the first extension rod 46 and the second extension rod 48 can be connected together by simply rotating the second sleeve relative to the second extension rod 48 and mating the internal threads 52 with the external threads 50. The second extension rod 48 is not rotated relative to the first extension rod 46, thereby facilitating installation and saving labor.
The transmission member 41 includes a first transmission portion 57 and a second transmission portion 58 movably disposed relative to the first transmission portion 57, when the first extension rod 46 and the second extension rod 48 are coupled to each other, the first transmission portion 57 and the second transmission portion 58 are coupled to each other, and when the first extension rod 46 and the second extension rod 48 are disengaged from each other, the first transmission portion 57 and the second transmission portion 58 are disengaged from each other. Thus, when the first extension rod 46 and the second extension rod 48 are coupled, and the first transmission part 57 and the second transmission part 58 are coupled, the lawn mower can perform grass mowing, and the operating part 40 can be operated to drive the driving device 42 through the transmission parts to drive the wire coil 32 to release grass mowing lines (see fig. 2). And the first extension rod 46 and the second extension rod 48 are disconnected from each other, and the first transmission part 57 and the second transmission part 58 are disconnected from each other, so that the grass trimmer is convenient to store and transport.
The manual pay-off mechanism further comprises a matching device arranged between the first transmission part 57 and the second transmission part 58, the matching device comprises a first matching piece 60 arranged in the first extension rod 46 and connected with the first transmission part 57, and a first sliding piece 62 arranged in the second extension rod 48 and connected with the second transmission part 58, and the first sliding piece 62 can be matched with or separated from the first matching piece 60.
The first transmission portion 57 has one end coupled to the operating member 40 (see fig. 2) and the other end coupled to the first coupling member 60. The second transmission portion 58 is coupled to the driving device 42 (see fig. 2) at one end and coupled to the first sliding member 62 at the other end.
In this embodiment, the first coupler 60 is pivotable relative to the first extension bar 46 to pivot between positions of engagement or disengagement with the first slide 62. Of course, the first coupling member 60 may be configured to move relative to the first extension rod 46, so long as coupling or decoupling with the first sliding member 62 is achieved.
The first sliding member 62 is movably disposed in the second extension rod 48, one end of the second transmission portion 58 is fixedly connected to the first sliding member 62, and the other end of the second transmission portion 58 is coupled to the driving device 42.
The first coupling member 60 includes a first end 64 coupled to the first transmission part 57 of the transmission member and a second end 66 opposite the first end 64, the second end 66 having a first protrusion 68, the first sliding member 62 having a first stop 70, the first protrusion 68 being operatively stopped or disengaged by the first stop 70, thereby coupling or uncoupling the first transmission part 57 to the second transmission part 58.
The coupling means further comprises a first actuating means provided on the first extension rod 46 for actuating the first coupling member 60 to couple with the first sliding member 62. The first actuating device includes a first annular seat 72 fixedly disposed in the first extension rod 46, the first annular seat 72 includes a first portion 74 and a second portion 76 having an inner diameter smaller than the first portion 74, and when the first coupling member 60 moves from the first portion 74 to the second portion 76, the second portion 76 urges the first coupling member 60 to couple with the first sliding member 62. Thereby connecting the first transmission part 57 and the second transmission part 58 together.
In this embodiment, after the first extension rod 46 and the second extension rod 48 are coupled, the operation member 40 needs to be operated to pull the first transmission portion 57, so that the first transmission portion 57 is connected with the second transmission portion 58. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, in particular, during the process of pulling the operating member 40 (see fig. 2) to make the first transmission portion 57 drive the first coupling member 60 to move from the first portion 74 to the second portion 76, since the inner diameter of the second portion 76 is smaller than the inner diameter of the first portion 74, the first coupling member 60 is caused to pivot towards the extension axis of the first extension rod 46, and finally, the first protrusion 68 of the first coupling member 60 is matched with the first stop portion 70 of the first sliding member 62, so as to connect the first transmission portion 57 and the second transmission portion 58 together. As shown in fig. 6, when the first transmission part 57 is pulled, the second transmission part 58 moves a certain distance H1 relative to the second extension rod 48, so that the second transmission part 58 drives the driving device 42 to drive the reel 32 to release the mowing line (see fig. 2).
Further, the electrode sheet 47 is disposed on the first annular seat 72, so that the lawn mower has a compact structure.
The coupling means further comprises first retaining means provided between the first coupling 60 and the first extension bar 46 for urging the first coupling 60 out of engagement with the first slide 62. In this way, the first transmission part 57 and the second transmission part 58 can be repeatedly connected or disconnected, thereby further facilitating the storage of the lawn mower for users.
The first holding means comprises an elastic unit. The elastic unit comprises a first elastic member 80, preferably provided as a torsion spring 80. Of course, the elastic unit may be provided as another elastic member such as a compression spring, a tension spring, or the like.
Further, a first sliding block 82 is disposed between the first coupling member 60 and the first extension rod 46, the first sliding block 82 is movable relative to the first extension rod 46, and a first elastic member is disposed between the first coupling member 60 and the first sliding block 82. And the first transmission part 57 is connected to the first slider 82.
As shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the first coupling member 60 includes a first coupling portion 86 and a second coupling portion 88, and the first slider 82 is provided with a first protruding pillar 84. The first mating portion 86 and the second mating portion 88 are pivotally disposed on the first protruding column 84, the torsion spring 80 is also disposed on the first protruding column 84 in a penetrating manner, one end of the torsion spring 80 abuts against the first mating portion 86, and the other end of the torsion spring 80 abuts against the second mating portion 88. When the first transmission portion 57 is in the free state, the torsion spring 80 separates the first coupling portion 86 and the second coupling portion 88 by a large angle, thereby keeping the first coupling 60 disengaged from the first slider 62. When the first transmission part 57 is pulled, since the inner diameter of the second part 76 is smaller than that of the first part 74, the first and second coupling parts 86 and 88 are both caused to pivot towards the extension axis close to the first extension rod 46 against the elastic force of the torsion spring 80, and finally, the first coupling member 60 is coupled with the first sliding member 62, so as to connect the first transmission part 57 and the second transmission part 58 together.
In addition, the first coupling member 60 may be configured to include only one coupling portion, and one end of the torsion spring 80 abuts against the coupling portion, and the other end abuts against the first sliding block 82 or the first extension rod 46.
Of course, the first coupling member 60 can be configured as an elastic member, when the first transmission portion 57 is pulled, since the inner diameter of the second portion 76 is smaller than that of the first portion 74, the first coupling member 60 is deformed to pivot toward the extension axis of the first extension rod 46, and finally, the first coupling member 60 is coupled with the first sliding member 62, so as to connect the first transmission portion 57 and the second transmission portion 58 together. When the first transmission part 57 is released to be in a free state, the first coupling member 60 is restored to be deformed so as to be disengaged from the first slider 62. Other types of first couplers 60 are contemplated by those skilled in the art as long as they are operatively couplable to and decouplable from the first slide 62. All technical solutions similar to the present embodiment should be covered in the protection scope of the present invention.
The adapter further includes a first tensioning device disposed between the first adapter 60 and the first extension bar 46 for moving the first slide 82 in a direction away from the operating member 40 (see fig. 2). Thereby enabling the transmission to effectively control the drive unit 42.
The first tensioning means comprises an elastic element comprising a second elastic member 90. Preferably, the second elastic member 90 is provided as a compression spring 90, and the compression spring 90 is arranged along the longitudinal extension direction of the first extension rod 46. Of course, the second elastic member 90 may be an elastic member such as a torsion spring, a tension spring, or a rubber member.
In this embodiment, the first annular seat 72 includes an inner cavity 92 and a limiting portion 94, the compression spring is disposed in the inner cavity 92, one end of the compression spring 90 abuts against the limiting portion 94, and the other end of the compression spring 90 abuts against the first sliding block 82. When the first transmission part 57 is in the free state, the compression spring 90 urges the first slider 82 to move in a direction away from the operating member 40 (see fig. 2), thereby tensioning the first transmission part 57. When the operating element 40 is operated, the first transmission portion 57 is pulled to drive the first slider 82 to move in a direction approaching the operating element 40 against the action of the compression spring 90, and the first coupling member 60 is coupled with the first sliding member 62, so as to drive the second transmission portion 58 to move relative to the second extension rod 48, and further drive the driving device 42 to drive the wire coil 32 to pay off.
As shown in fig. 7 to 10, a second embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the first extension rod 96 and the second extension rod 98 also have a first position and a second position, wherein the first position and the second position are coupled with each other, and the first extension rod 96 and the second extension rod 98 are also connected by threads. Except for the coupling between the first transmission part 100 and the second transmission part 102. The above differences will be described in detail below.
The first extension rod 96 and the second extension rod 98 are still threaded such that the first extension rod 96 and the second extension rod 98 have a first position of engagement and a second position of disengagement.
Correspondingly, when the first extension rod 96 and the second extension rod 98 are matched, the first transmission part 100 and the second transmission part 102 are matched with each other; when the first extension rod 96 and the second extension rod 98 are disengaged, the first transmission part 100 and the second transmission part 102 are disengaged from each other.
The second adapter 104 is still arranged to be pivotable relative to the first extension bar 96 to pivot between positions of engagement or disengagement with the second slide 106. Of course, the second coupler 104 may be configured to move relative to the first extension pole 96, so long as coupling or decoupling with the second slide 106 is achieved.
A second slider 105 is movably disposed between the second coupling member 104 and the first extension bar 96, one end of the first transmission portion 100 is connected to the operating member 40 (see fig. 2), and the other end of the first transmission portion 100 is connected to the second slider 105. The second coupling piece 104 is pivotally arranged on a second slider 105.
The coupling means also includes second actuating means provided to the first extension rod 96 for causing the second coupling member 104 to couple with the second slide member 106.
In this embodiment, the second actuating device includes an actuating element 108 movably disposed on the first extension rod 96 and abutting against the second connecting piece 104, and a pushing element 112 disposed on the second extension rod 98, when the first extension rod 96 is coupled with the second extension rod 98, the pushing element 112 pushes the actuating element 108 to move, the actuating element 108 further causes the second connecting piece 104 to be coupled with the second sliding piece 106, so as to connect the first transmission part 100 and the second transmission part 102 together, and pulling the operating element 40 (see fig. 2) drives the first transmission part 100 and the second transmission part 102 to move relative to the first extension rod 96 and the second extension rod 98, so as to drive the driving device 42 to drive the spool 32 to release the mowing line 34 (see fig. 2).
Preferably, the actuator member 108 is movably coupled to the first extension rod 96. The direction of movement of the actuator member 108 is perpendicular to the direction of extension of the first extension rod 96.
Preferably, the pushing member 112 is connected to the first extension rod 96, so that the first extension rod 96 and the second extension rod 98 are coupled to each other, thereby allowing the lawn mower to grass. So configured, the pusher 108 serves not only for mating of the first extension rod 96 and the second extension rod 98. Meanwhile, the second connecting piece 104 is connected with the second sliding piece 106 in a matching mode, so that the grass trimmer is compact in structure and low in cost, and the first extension rod 96 and the second extension rod 98 are connected with each other in a matching mode, the second connecting piece 104 is connected with the second sliding piece 106 in a matching mode, and therefore operation is very convenient and fast.
Specifically, the first extension rod 96 is fixedly provided with a third sleeve 110, and the third sleeve 110 is provided with an external thread 111. One end of the actuating member 108 abuts against the second coupling member 104, and the other end of the actuating member 108 extends out of the third sleeve 110. A pusher 112 is rotatably disposed on second elongated rod 98, pusher 112 including a connecting end 114 connected to second elongated rod 98, an open end 116 opposite connecting end 114, and an intermediate portion 118 connecting end 114 and open end 116, open end 116 and intermediate portion 118 being spaced from second elongated rod 98, intermediate portion 118 being provided with internal threads 120. Thus, the third sleeve 110 may be inserted between the pusher 112 and the second extension rod 98 while rotating the pusher 112 to mate the first extension rod 96 and the second extension rod 98 together.
In addition, when the third sleeve 110 is inserted into the pushing member 112, the pushing member 112 will push the actuating member 108 to move in a direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the first extending rod 96, and since one end of the actuating member 108 abuts against the second coupling member 104, the second coupling member 104 is caused to pivot relative to the second slider 105, and finally the second protruding portion on the second coupling member 104 is caused to mate with the second stopping portion on the second slider 106, so as to connect the first transmission portion 100 and the second transmission portion 102 together. As shown in fig. 10 and 11, at this time, by operating the operating element 40, the first transmission portion 100 is pulled to drive the second slider 105 to move a certain distance H2 in a direction approaching the operating element 40, and as the second connecting piece 104 is connected to the second slider 106, the second transmission portion 102 is driven to move relative to the second extension rod 98, and the driving device 42 is driven to drive the wire coil 32 to pay off.
The open end 116 of the pushing member 112 is provided with a bevel 124, and the inner diameter of the end surface of the bevel 124 is larger than that of the middle portion 118, so that during the mating process of the third sleeve 110 and the pushing member 112, the actuating member 108 easily enters the pushing member 112 and is pushed by the pushing member 112, thereby moving the actuating member 108 in a direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the first extension rod 96. And moves in a direction close to the extension axis of the first extension rod 96.
The adapter further includes a second retaining means disposed between the second adapter 104 and the first extension bar 96 for urging the second adapter 104 away from the second slide 106. The second retaining means, which comprise an elastic unit comprising an elastic member 126, are provided between the second slider 105 and the second coupling piece 104. Preferably, the elastic member 126 is provided as a torsion spring 126. Of course, the elastic member 126 may be provided as a tension spring, a compression spring, a rubber member, or other similar elastic members.
The second slider 105 is provided with a second protrusion 127, the torsion spring 126 is sleeved on the second protrusion 127, one end of the torsion spring 126 abuts against the second slider 105, and the other end of the torsion spring 126 abuts against the second coupling member 104. Thus, when the pushing member 112 and the third sleeve 110 are unscrewed, the torsion spring 126 urges the second coupling member 104 to pivot to push the actuating member 108 to move away from the extending axis of the first extension rod 96, and finally, the second coupling member 104 no longer has the pushing force of the actuating member 108, the second coupling member 104 is disengaged from the second slider 106, and the first transmission part 100 is disengaged from the second transmission part 102, and at this time, the first extension rod 96 is also disengaged from the second extension rod 98. Therefore, the packaging and storage volume of the grass trimmer is greatly reduced, and the grass trimmer is convenient to store and transport.
In this embodiment, the adapting device also includes a second tensioning device for enabling the second sliding block 105 to drive the second adapting piece 104 to move away from the operating element 40 (see fig. 2), and the second tensioning device is disposed between the second adapting piece 104 and the first extension rod 96. Further, a second annular seat 128 is fixedly disposed in the first extension rod 96, and the tensioning device is disposed between the second annular seat 128 and the second sliding block 105.
The second tensioning means comprises an elastic element comprising an elastic member 129, preferably the elastic member 129 is provided as a compression spring 129, the compression spring 129 being arranged in the longitudinal extension direction of the first extension rod 96. Of course, the elastic member 129 may be a tension spring, a torsion spring, a rubber member, or the like. In addition, the function and the specific installation mode of the tensioning device are similar to those of the first embodiment, and detailed description is omitted here.
As shown in fig. 11 to 13, a third embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the first extension rod 130 is retractable relative to the second extension rod 132, and the transmission member 133 is also movably disposed in the inner cavities of the first extension rod 130 and the second extension rod 132. Of course, the first extension rod 130 and the second extension rod 132 can also be connected in other ways, such as detachable.
A telescopic adjusting mechanism (not shown) is disposed between the first extension rod 130 and the second extension rod 132, and the telescopic adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the relative telescopic position between the first extension rod 130 and the second extension rod 132. As known to those skilled in the art, there are many different implementations of the telescopic adjustment mechanism, and detailed description thereof is omitted here. Furthermore, a position locking mechanism (not shown) may be disposed between the first extension rod 130 and the second extension rod 132, and the position locking mechanism locks the first extension rod 130 and the second extension rod 132 after adjusting them to the proper relative positions. Likewise, there are many different implementations of the position locking mechanism, which will not be described in detail herein.
The manual pay-off mechanism further comprises a pulley assembly arranged in the extension rod assembly 15 (see fig. 1), the transmission member 133 is arranged on the pulley assembly, and the pulley assembly is controlled by the operating member 40 (see fig. 2). Pulling the operating member 40 causes the pulley assembly to move the driving member 133, thereby driving the driving device 42 to drive the spool for paying off.
In this embodiment, the pulley assembly includes a fixed pulley 134 fixedly disposed on the first extension rod 130 and a movable pulley 136 connected to the operating element 40, the operating element 40 is operated to move the movable pulley 136 toward the operating element 40 along the extending direction of the first extension rod, the movable pulley 136 is closer to the operating element 40 than the fixed pulley 134, the transmission member 133 is sleeved on the outer edges of the fixed pulley 134 and the movable pulley 136, the transmission member 133 includes a fixed end 140 fixedly connected to the second extension rod 132 and a movable end 142 connected to the driving device 42 (see fig. 2), and the fixed end 140 is disposed between the fixed pulley 134 and the movable pulley 136. Of course, the pulley assembly may be provided with only one fixed pulley and one movable pulley, or may be provided with other pulley assemblies such as a plurality of fixed pulleys, as long as the transmission member 133 can be always tightened when the first extension rod 130 moves relative to the second extension rod 132.
When the movable pulley 136 is in a free state, the first extension rod 130 and the second extension rod 132 are extended and contracted, and the distance between the movable pulley 136 and the fixed pulley 134 is kept constant.
To describe in detail by taking the example that the second extension rod 132 retracts relative to the first extension rod 130, as shown in fig. 11, if the distance from the axis of the movable pulley 136 to the axis of the fixed pulley 134 along the longitudinal extension direction of the first extension rod 130 is X, and the distance from the fixed end 140 to the axis of the fixed pulley 134 along the longitudinal extension direction of the first extension rod 130 is Y, when the second extension rod 132 is in the extended position relative to the first extension rod 130, as shown in fig. 12, the second extension rod 132 is in the retracted position relative to the first extension rod 130, the second extension rod 132 carries the fixed end 140 to move relative to the fixed pulley 134 fixed to the first extension rod 130, the distance from the fixed end 140 to the axis of the fixed pulley 134 along the longitudinal extension direction of the first extension rod 130 is Y + K, that is, the moving distance of the fixed end 140 relative to the axis of the fixed pulley 134 along the longitudinal extension direction of the first extension rod 130 is K, at this time, the second extension rod 132 is retracted relative to the first extension rod 130 by the distance K, so that the transmission member 133 is always in a tensioned state. Therefore, when transporting and storing the lawn mower, the second extension rod 132 retracts relative to the first extension rod 130, and the transmission member 133 is always in a tensioned state, thereby facilitating storage and transportation. No matter the second extension rod 132 is at any retracted or extended position relative to the first extension rod 130, the transmission member 133 is under tension, so that the operation is more convenient, and the operator does not need to confirm the position to which the second extension rod 132 should move relative to the first extension rod 130 when using or storing the lawn mower.
The extension of the second extension rod 132 relative to the first extension rod 130 is the reverse of the above-mentioned extension from the retracted position shown in fig. 12 to the process shown in fig. 11, in which the transmission member 133 is still under tension, so that when the movable pulley 136 is pulled, the transmission member 133 drives the driving device 42 to drive the spool 32 to release the mowing line 34 (see fig. 2), thereby realizing manual line laying.
The movable pulley 136 is connected to the operating member 40 (see fig. 2), and the movable pulley 136 is movable in the lengthwise extending direction of the first extending rod 130. When the operating member 40 is operated, the movable pulley 136 can move along the longitudinal extension direction of the first extension rod 130 and away from the fixed pulley 134, and simultaneously drives the movable end 142 of the transmission member 133 to move toward the first extension rod 130, and the movable end 142 of the transmission member 133 also moves along the longitudinal extension direction of the first extension rod 130. Specifically, if the movable pulley 136 moves a distance L in a direction away from the fixed pulley 134, the movable end 142 of the transmission member 133 can be driven to move a distance 2L in a direction approaching the first extension rod 130. Thus, since the movable end 142 is connected to the driving device 42 (see fig. 1), the transmission member 133 can drive the driving device 42 to drive the wire coil 32 to release the mowing line 34 (see fig. 1), thereby realizing manual line laying.
Preferably, the diameter of the fixed pulley 134 is smaller than that of the movable pulley 136. Therefore, the occupied space of the manual pay-off mechanism can be greatly reduced, and the grass trimmer is compact in structure.
One 146 of the outer edge tangents between the fixed pulley 134 and the movable pulley 136 is parallel to the extending direction of the first extension bar 130. Therefore, no matter the second extension rod 132 extends or retracts relative to the first extension rod 130, or the movable pulley 136 is pulled to manually pay off the line of the grass trimmer, the transmission of the transmission member 133 is smoother and more labor-saving.
As shown in fig. 12, the manual pay-off mechanism further includes a reset device 148 disposed between the movable pulley 136 and the first extension rod 130, wherein when the movable pulley 136 is not operated, the distance between the movable pulley 136 and the fixed pulley 134 is always maintained at X, and the position of the movable pulley 136 relative to the fixed pulley 134 is defined as an initial position. Referring further to fig. 13, when the movable pulley 136 is operated to move along the longitudinal extension direction of the first extension rod 130 and away from the fixed pulley 134 by a distance L, the distance between the movable pulley 136 and the fixed pulley 134 is X + L, the movable pulley 136 is in the paying-off position, and then the movable pulley 136 is released, and the movable pulley 136 is reset to the initial position shown in fig. 12 by the resetting device 148. In this manner, the spool 32 of the lawnmower can be repeatedly released to release the mowing line 34 (see fig. 2).
Furthermore, the first extension rod 130 is movably provided with a movable pulley bracket 150, the movable pulley 136 is arranged on the movable pulley bracket 150, and the first extension rod 130 is fixedly provided with a limiting portion 152. When the movable sheave 136 is in the free state, the restoring means 148 restores the movable sheave 136 to the initial position. At this time, one end of the movable pulley bracket 150 is coupled to the stopper 152, and the other end of the movable pulley bracket 150 is coupled to the reset device 148. And the movable pulley bracket 150 is connected with the operating element 40, so that when the operating element 40 is operated, the movable pulley 136 is driven by the movable pulley bracket 150 to move towards the direction away from the limiting part 152, and the transmission piece 133 is pulled, so that the driving device 42 drives the wire coil 32 to release the mowing line 34 (see fig. 2).
In this embodiment, the movable pulley bracket 150 is connected to the operating member 40 through the control member 154. Preferably, the control member 154 is provided as a flexible member. Of course, other forms such as an inflexible member may be provided as long as the force can be transmitted to the movable pulley bracket 150, and the movable pulley bracket 150 can move in the longitudinal extending direction of the first extending rod 130.
The return means 148 comprises a resilient member 156. Preferably, the elastic member 156 is provided as a compression spring 156, and the compression spring 156 is arranged along the lengthwise extending direction of the first extending rod 130. Of course, the elastic member 156 may be provided as a tension spring, a torsion spring, a rubber member, or other similar elastic members.
One end of the compression spring 156 abuts against the first extension rod 130, and the other end of the compression spring 156 abuts against the movable pulley bracket 150. Further, a mounting seat 158 is fixedly disposed in the first extension rod 130, and the mounting seat 158 has a cavity 160 and an abutting portion 162. The movable pulley support 150 is movably arranged in the cavity 160, the limiting part 152 is arranged on the mounting seat 158, one end of the pressure spring 156 abuts against the abutting part 162, and the movable pulley support 150 is located between the pressure spring 156 and the limiting part 152.
In this embodiment, the first extension rod 96 and the second extension rod 98 are always in the coupled state no matter in the extended position or the retracted position, and the transmission member 133 is always in the tensioned state, and is indirectly coupled with the operating member 40 and the driving device 42 (see fig. 2), so that when the lawn mower is used, the second extension rod 98 can be in the extended position relative to the first extension rod 96, and the operating member 40 can be operated to move the movable end 142 of the transmission member relative to the second extension rod 98 in a direction close to the operating member 40, so as to drive the driving device 42 to drive the wire coil 32 to release the lawn mowing line 34 (see fig. 2); when the second extension bar 98 is in the retracted position relative to the first extension bar 96, the storage space and packaging volume of the lawnmower is greatly reduced. Therefore, the grass trimmer not only can reduce the loss of the grass trimming line, but also has smaller packaging volume.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the invention can be implemented in other ways, provided that the technical spirit of the invention is the same as or similar to the invention, or that any changes and substitutions based on the invention are within the protection scope of the invention.
