一种家用电冰箱太阳能供电装置。它的结构是,用16-18V太阳能电池,给12V的蓄电池充电,作电冰箱的电源。用温控器控制直流接触器的通断,作逆变器的电源开关,输出220V交流,控制原来的220V交流压缩机。要化霜时,也用化霜传感器控制直流接触器的通断,作逆变器的开关。输出220V交流电,来控制原来的电加热化霜器。制冷和化霜用一个双刀双掷开关来转换。利用太阳能电池给12V的蓄电池充电作冰箱电源,到需要用220V压缩机和电加热化霜器工作时,才进行逆变,节能,用直流接触器来控制逆变器的通断,不会拉弧。适合家庭、灾区、无电地区使用。

本实用新型涉及一种厨房电器,尤其是太阳能供电的电冰箱。
背景技术
目前,公知的电家用电冰箱用220V交流电供电,无电时不能用,有人用12V直流电逆变成220V交流电给电冰箱使用,目前逆变器效率百分之85到百分之90不等,压缩机不工作时也在逆变,结果造成很大的浪费,不节能,另外压缩机在启动时,电流比平时大四、五倍,逆变开关在通断时要拉弧,导致开关黏连或烧断。
发明内容
为了克服家用电冰箱用12V逆变器长时间逆变不节能和压缩机启动时电流大,在开关通断时要拉弧损坏开关的问题,本实用新型提供电冰箱用太阳能供电装置,只有在压缩机、加热化霜器工作时,才逆变成220V交流电,原来的电冰箱稍经线路改动,均可使用。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:用一块16-18V太阳能电池,(正规生产厂家没有14-16V的太阳能电池的组件)给12V的蓄电池充电,作电冰箱的电源。12V接冰箱灯和双刀双掷开关,双刀双掷开关,一路接温控器、用温控器控制直流接触器的通断,输出作逆变器的电源开关,通过双刀双掷开关接压缩机,同理,要化霜时,也用化霜传感器控制直流接触器的通断,控制逆变器,接加热化霜器,化霜和制冷用一个双刀双掷开关来转换。
本实用新型的有益效果是,利用太阳能电池给12V的蓄电池充电作冰箱电源,到需要用220V压缩机和电加热化霜器工作时,才进行 逆变,节能,用直流接触器来控制逆变器的通断,不会拉弧。

在图1中,太阳能电池(1)给蓄电池(2)充电,电连接电源插座(3)。电冰箱插头(4)通过双刀双掷开关(11)一路经温控器(5)控制直流接触器(7)控制逆变器(8),通过双刀双掷开关(11)给压缩机(9)用。另一路经化霜传感器(6)直流接触器(7)控制逆变器(8)通过双刀双掷开关(11)给加热化霜器(10)用。在图2中,12V的正极接冰箱灯(13),经门控开关(14)回到负极,当双刀双掷开关(11)-1的①与②连接时,12V的正极经温控器(5)接直流接触器(7),回到负极,直流接触器(7)的触点A和B导通,12V的电加在逆变器(8)正负两极,逆变器(8)输出220V交流电,由于双刀双掷开关(11)-1与(11)-2同步,(11)-2的④和⑤接通220V的交流电供压缩机(9)使用,同时接通用门控开关(14)控制风扇(12)。当双刀双掷开关的(11)-1的①与③连接时,12V的正极经化霜控器(6)接直流接触器(7),返回负极,直流接触器(7)的触点A和B接通,12V的直流经逆变器(8)逆变成220V交流电,由于双刀双掷开关(11)-1与(11)-2同步,(11)-2的④和⑥接通,供加热化霜器(10)使用。

1.一种家用电冰箱太阳能供电装置,它的结构是,太阳能电池给蓄电池充电,电连接电冰箱,12V接冰箱灯和双刀双掷开关,其特征是:双刀双掷开关,一路接温控器(5),直流接触器(7)控制逆变器(8),通过双刀双掷开关(11)接压缩机(9),另一路经化霜传感器(6)直流接触器(7)控制逆变器(8)通过双刀双掷开关(11)接加热化霜器(10)。
