本实用新型涉及一种采用直流无刷电机的电风扇, 包括风扇本体(1)、立柱(2)、支撑座(3)及用于控制风扇本体(1)工作的驱动电路,驱动电路与风扇本体(1)的驱动电机电连接,所述驱动电机采用直流无刷电机(4),其驱动电路包括变频整流降压电路(5)、充放电电路(6)、蓄电池(7),变频整流降压电路(5)将市电电网的交流电转变为低压直流电,充放电电路(6)的输入端连接变频整流降压电路(5),电源输入输出端与蓄电池(7)电连接,负载输出端与直流无刷电机(4)电连接。所述充放电电路(6)的负载输出端与直流无刷电机(4)之间还设有无级调速电路(8)。采用该结构的电风扇,非常节能,且在停电时也能使用。

技术领域
本实用新型属于家用电器制造技术领域,具体涉及一种采用直流无刷电机的电风扇。 
背景技术
电风扇是最常用的家用电器之一,种类很多,应用极为广泛,但目前的电风扇主要采用交流电机,功率非常大,通常都在60瓦以上,非常耗电,且现有的电风扇通常都是直接使用市电供电,因此当停电时就无法使用,特别是在炎热的夏天,一般为用电高峰时期,由于电网供电不足,经常出现拉闸限电、错峰用电等情况,致使电风扇不能使用,严重影响用户的舒适性,比如门卫、保安厅值岗人员等处于高温环境作业的人群。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种非常节能,且在停电时也能使用的带蓄电池的采用直流无刷电机的电风扇。 
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种采用直流无刷电机的电风扇,包括风扇本体(1)、立柱(2)、支撑座(3)及用于控制风扇本体(1)工作的驱动电路,驱动电路与风扇本体(1)的驱动电机电连接,所述驱动电机采用直流无刷电机(4),其特征在于:所述驱动电路包括变频整流降压电路(5)、充放电电路(6)、蓄电池(7),变频整流降压电路(5)将市电电网的交流电转变为低压直流电,充放电电路(6)的输入端连接变频整流降压电路(5),电源输入输出端与蓄电池(7)电连接,负载输出端与直流无刷电机(4)电连接。 
所述充放电电路(6)的负载输出端与直流无刷电机(4)之间还设有无级调速电路(8)。 
本实用新型的积极效果:驱动电机采用直流无刷电机,其驱动电路由变频整流降压电路、充放电电路、蓄电池组成,由于直流无刷电机功耗较小,一般用于家用风扇的直流无刷电机功耗在15W左右,相同风量下,相对采用交流电机而言,省电可达75%左右,非常节能。且该电路由于带有蓄电池,有市电时,市电可对蓄电池充电,无市电时,可通过蓄电池放电对采用直流无刷电机的电风扇进行供电,非常适合野外及没有市电的地方临时使用,以及错峰用电时给门卫、保安厅值岗人员等处于高温环境作业的人群使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型所述采用直流无刷电机的电风扇具体实施方式作进一步详细说明。 
如图1、图2所示:本实用新型所述的采用直流无刷电机的电风扇,主要由风扇本体1、立柱2、支撑座3及用于控制风扇本体1工作的驱动电路组成,驱动电路与风扇本体1的驱动电机电连接,为了达到节能目的,驱动电机采用寿命较长的直流无刷电机4,其驱动电路包括变频整流降压电路5、充放电电路6、蓄电池7,变频整流降压电路5将市电电网的交流电转变为低压直流电,充放电电路6的输入端连接变频整流降压电路5,电源输入输出端与蓄电池7电连接,有市电时,对蓄电池7进行充电,没有市电时,从蓄电池7提取电能,充放电电路6负载输出端与直流无刷电机4电连接,驱动直流无刷电机4高速旋转。另外,为了实现电风扇的无级调速功能,充放电电路6的负载输出端与直流无刷电机4之间还设有无级调速电路8,可随意调节电风扇的风叶转速,以达到适合用户所需的风量。

1.一种采用直流无刷电机的电风扇,包括风扇本体(1)、立柱(2)、支撑座(3)及用于控制风扇本体(1)工作的驱动电路,驱动电路与风扇本体(1)的驱动电机电连接,所述驱动电机采用直流无刷电机(4),其特征在于:所述驱动电路包括变频整流降压电路(5)、充放电电路(6)、蓄电池(7),变频整流降压电路(5)将市电电网的交流电转变为低压直流电,充放电电路(6)的输入端连接变频整流降压电路(5),电源输入输出端与蓄电池(7)电连接,负载输出端与直流无刷电机(4)电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的采用直流无刷电机的电风扇,其特征在于:所述充放电电路(6)的负载输出端与直流无刷电机(4)之间还设有无级调速电路(8)。
