一种新型组立机下压装置，包括下压杆和设置在下压杆端部的下压头，其中下压头直径大于下压杆；所述下压头端部设有隔离层，该隔离层覆盖在下压头端部表面。由于采用上述技术方案，本实用新型较好的实现了发明目的，其结构简单，素子能顺利被压入指定位置，下压装置复位时不会粘住素子使素子被上提，有效地提高了产品质量，降低了制造成本，而且设备整体美观。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及铝电解电容器生产设备技术领域，尤其是涉及一种新型组立机下压装置。
背景技术
目前铝电解电容器生产工艺中，素子卷绕完成后需放入制备好的电解液中浸渍，然后通过组立机套上胶塞，并封装在铝壳里，最后在全自动套管机上进行套管，制备成电容器。
下压装置是组立机上重要的装置之一，通过下压装置下压运动能使素子与胶塞之间紧密配合，现有的下压装置底部为实心，下压装置与素子的接触面为整个底面，由于素子浸渍有电解液，因此，下压装置复位时容易粘住素子使素子被上提，影响了产品质量和出现掉料的现象，为了解决该问题，通常需在下压装置下部套塑料或胶套，不但严重影响整体美观，而且在工作过程很容易被磨损失去作用，同时也不符合工艺卫生要求。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是克服现有技术的不足，提供一种新型组立机下压装置。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：一种新型组立机下压装置，包括下压杆和设置在下压杆端部的下压头，其中下压头直径大于下压杆；所述下压头端部设有隔离层，该隔离层覆盖在下压头端部表面。
作为优选，所述隔离层为优利胶或其它软性胶体材料，该隔离层厚度为1～2mm。
作为优选，所述下压头端部开设有凹槽，该凹槽深度为1～3mm。
作为优选，所述凹槽内固定有隔离层，该隔离层厚度为2～4mm。
由于采用上述技术方案，本实用新型较好的实现了发明目的，其结构简单，素子能顺利被压入指定位置，下压装置复位时不会粘住素子使素子被上提，有效地提高了产品质量，降低了制造成本，而且设备整体美观。

下面通过实施例，并结合附图，对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步具体说明。
图1是本实用新型一种实施例结构示意图。由图1结合可知，一种新型组立机下压装置，主要由下压杆2和设置在下压杆2端部的下压头1等组成，其中下压头1直径大于下压杆2；所述下压头1端部设有隔离层3，该隔离层3覆盖在下压头1端部表面，隔离层3为优利胶或其它软性胶体材料，该隔离层3厚度为1.5mm。
图2是本实用新型另一种实施例结构示意图。由图2可知，下压头1端部开设有凹槽4，该凹槽4深度为2mm，其中凹槽4内固定有隔离层3，该隔离层3厚度为3mm。
使用时，下压杆2带动下压头1，并由下压头1顶住素子，下压头1与素子之间设有隔离层3，该隔离层3优选使用优利胶，不会粘住素子使素子被上提，保证了产品的质量有效地提高了产品质量，降低了制造成本，而且设备整体美观。

1.一种新型组立机下压装置，包括下压杆和设置在下压杆端部的下压头，其中下压头直径大于下压杆，其特征是，所述下压头端部设有隔离层，该隔离层覆盖在下压头端部表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型组立机下压装置，其特征是，所述隔离层为优利胶或其它软性胶体材料，该隔离层厚度为1～2mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型组立机下压装置，其特征是，所述下压头端部开设有凹槽，该凹槽深度为1～3mm。
