本实用新型涉及一种电缆填充绳,尤其涉及一种电缆用耐火填充绳。
背景技术
目前的电缆填充绳的绳体为聚乙烯发泡体或者由聚乙烯发泡体及外包的护层构成。
然而,采用上述电缆填充绳的电缆在遇到火灾烧蚀时会变成灰质,填充绳仅能起到填充作用,不能阻止火焰进一步对电缆的进一步破坏。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种不仅能够起到填充作用,而且在火灾发生时能够起到耐火效果,能够被烧蚀成壳体进一步阻隔火焰燃烧的耐火填充绳。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供一种耐火填充绳,该耐火填充绳为陶瓷化硅橡胶耐火填充绳。
优选地,所述耐火填充绳的截面呈圆形、椭圆形或矩形。
优选地,所述耐火填充绳由若干陶瓷化硅橡胶耐火填充绳绞合形成。
优选地,所述该耐火填充绳为发泡陶瓷化硅橡胶耐火填充绳。
本实用新型耐火填充绳为陶瓷化硅橡胶耐火填充绳,应用到电缆中不仅能够起到填充作用,而且在火灾发生时能够起到耐火效果,能够被烧蚀成壳体进一步阻隔火焰燃烧电缆内部导体,从而延长电缆导体的通电时间。

这里需指出的是,耐火填充绳10’并不局限于由两个陶瓷化硅橡胶耐火填充绳10绞合形成,还可以根据需要由3个、4个或5个等所需要个数的陶瓷化硅橡胶耐火填充绳10绞合形成。

本实施例与实施例1类似,其区别在于:耐火填充绳为发泡陶瓷化硅橡胶耐火填充绳,即发泡的发泡陶瓷化硅橡胶耐火填充绳,这种发泡陶瓷化硅橡胶耐火填充层是在陶瓷化硅橡胶材料中加入发泡剂制成的。
该发泡陶瓷化硅橡胶填充绳应用于电缆中能够进一步起到隔热作用,在外界发生火灾时,能够隔绝外界热量传递至电缆导体,确保电缆正常使用功能。
