一种清分机内三组皮带传送纸币机构,两传送机构侧板之间安装有六个辊筒,辊筒两端的辊筒支轴通过限位套套接一辊筒轴承,辊筒支轴通过螺钉固定连接传送机构侧板,大圈传输带和传输平皮带背靠背贴近,并通过辊筒张紧,大圈传输皮带连接动力皮带,动力皮带套紧电机轴皮带盘,轴皮带盘由电动机通过转轴驱动。通过本装置的纸币传输通道中无摩擦,不会产生纸絮,很环保,不会导致纸币传输过程中歪斜,导致卡钞堵钞现象提高整机性能,同时传输通道采用无通道隔板设置,结构简单体积小且装配简单。

本实用新型涉及一种纸币清分机,具体涉及一种清分机内三组皮带传送纸币机构。
【背景技术】
目前我国银行对流通币的要求越来越高,人民币必须在七成新以上才能在市场上流通,银行清分新旧币的任务相当繁重。
随着科技的发展和进步,纸币清分机作为金融企业和专业银行的专用分检设备,完全取代了人工分选。但目前,由于国外产品的价格昂贵,国内现有产品纸币传送路径长,而且出口较多,整个机构大而且复杂,制造成本高同时内部容易积灰,走钞时候容易卡、堵钞等不良使用状况。
现有清分机传输纸币大都采用两板之间,纸币由对转轮系统夹持传输,也有在传输通道两板之间的缝隙里采用两组皮带,其重量和体积大,装配繁杂,纸币和传输通道之间的缝隙会产生摩擦,产生纸絮,一方面容易毁损纸币,另外一方面不环保,摩擦还会导致纸币歪斜,卡钞,堵钞降低设备使用性能。
【实用新型内容】
为了克服现有的技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种清分机内三组皮带传送纸币机构,该装置采用三组平皮带和辊筒,将清分机内传输钞票机构变小结构紧凑简单,另外一方面可以减少清分机内积灰和走钞时候卡、堵钞等不良使用状况。
本实用新型所采用技术方案是:一种清分机内三组皮带传送纸币机构,两传送机构侧板之间安装有六个辊筒,辊筒两端的辊筒支轴通过限位套套接一辊筒轴承,辊筒支轴通过螺钉固定连接传送机构侧板,大圈传输带和小圈传输皮带背靠背贴近,并通过辊筒张紧,大圈传输皮带连接动力皮带,动力皮带套紧电机轴皮带盘,轴皮带盘由电动机通过转轴驱动。
作为优选,所述的一种清分机内三组皮带传送纸币机构,其特征是,所述的大圈传输皮带和小圈传输皮带左、中、右均匀分布三组,与纸币的正中和两边对应。
采用两条平皮带圈背靠背贴平为一组,各用辊筒张紧,当两平皮带圈中间夹缝内夹有纸币,平皮带圈被辊筒驱动,即将夹持的纸币高速移动,由于纸币窄长,因此采用三组平皮带圈,将纸币正中和两边各安装一组平皮带圈,共用辊筒同步转动,纸币进清分机入钞口,再进入鉴伪盒其出口外部,安装有两个对转辊筒和三组张紧的皮带接纳验毕的纸币,并按指令配合输送途中的翻板动作将其送入收纳仓内。
本实用新型有益效果是:通过本装置的纸币传输通道中无摩擦,不会产生纸絮,很环保,不会导致纸币传输过程中歪斜,导致卡钞堵钞现象提高整机性能,同时传输通道采用无通道隔板设置,结构简单体积小且装配简单。

如图1-2所示的一种清分机内三组皮带传送纸币机构,两传送机构侧板(3)之间安装有六个辊筒(2),辊筒(2)两端的辊筒支轴(4)通过限位套(5)套接一辊筒轴承(7),辊筒支轴(4)通过螺钉(6)固定连接传送机构侧板(3),大圈传输皮带(1)和小圈传输皮带(13)背靠背贴近,并通过辊筒(2)张紧,大圈传输皮带(1)连接动力皮带(9),动力皮带(9)套紧电机轴皮带盘(11),电机轴皮带盘(11)由电动机(10)通过转轴驱动。大圈传输皮带(1)和小圈传输皮带(13)左、中、右均匀分布三组,与纸币的正中和两边对应。

1.一种清分机内三组皮带传送纸币机构,其特征是,两传送机构侧板之间安装有六个辊筒,辊筒两端的辊筒支轴通过限位套套接一辊筒轴承,辊筒支轴通过螺钉固定连接传送机构侧板,大圈传输带和传输平皮带背靠背贴近,并通过辊筒张紧,大圈传输皮带连接动力皮带,动力皮带套紧电机轴皮带盘,轴皮带盘由电动机通过转轴驱动。
