从以往，在从外嵌磁性编码器的旋转体上将磁性编码器拆卸时，防止磁铁部的损伤就成为课题。

为了解决上述课题，本实用新型提供一种磁性编码器，其具有：甩油环，该甩油环具有能够外嵌在旋转体上的圆筒部、和以从该圆筒部向半径方向外侧扩开的方式形成的凸缘部；和安装在该甩油环的凸缘部的外侧面上的大致圆环状的磁铁部，其特征在于，所述甩油环由铁磁材料构成，所述磁铁部由塑料磁铁材料构成，所述磁铁部的内径侧端面与所述圆筒部的内径侧面所成的角度为15度以上且25度以下。由此，能够在从使磁性编码器外嵌的旋转体上将磁性编码器拆卸时，防止磁铁部的损伤。
