技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种热电偶,特别是一种固定式耐腐蚀热电偶。
背景技术
现有的热电偶是由热电偶丝和套在热电偶丝外的钢管组成,但是,由于其要长期浸泡在铝熔液中易腐蚀,寿命短。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种耐腐蚀,使用寿命长的固定式耐腐蚀热电偶。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型是按照以下技术方案实施的:
一种固定式耐腐蚀热电偶,包括热电偶丝,热电偶丝外套置有钢管,所述钢管外设置保护层,所述保护层由硅酸铝毡和耐火水泥组成,硅酸铝毡包覆在钢管外壁,耐火水泥包覆在硅酸铝毡外。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型通过在钢管外包覆硅酸铝毡,再在硅酸铝毡外包覆耐火水泥,本实用新型的热电偶能够长期浸泡在铝熔液中,且耐腐蚀,其寿命为普通热电偶的三倍以上。

如图1所示的固定式耐腐蚀热电偶,包括热电偶丝1,热电偶丝1外套置有钢管2,所述钢管2外设置保护层3,所述保护层3由硅酸铝毡和耐火水泥组成,硅酸铝毡包覆在钢管2外壁,耐火水泥包覆在硅酸铝毡外。
使用时,将本实用新型的热电偶长期浸泡在铝熔液中,且耐腐蚀,其寿命为普通热电偶的三倍以上。
本实用新型的技术方案不限于上述具体实施例的限制,凡是根据本实用新型的技术方案做出的技术变形,均落入本实用新型的保护范围之内。
