背景技术
 目前，瓦楞纸板生产线中，当使用正压吹风式的单面瓦楞机设备时，高压的空气往往会经由回胶管进入回胶方桶混合胶水形成胶雾影响胶水泵的工作效率并泄露影响工作环境，导致单瓦机无法正常供胶影响正常生产。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对目前瓦楞纸板生产线中，当使用正压吹风式的单面瓦楞机设备时，高压的空气往往会经由回胶管进入回胶方桶混合胶水形成胶雾影响胶水泵的工作效率并泄露影响工作环境，导致单瓦机无法正常供胶影响正常生产之不足，而提供一种瓦楞纸板生产线胶雾分离装置。
本实用新型包括胶雾分离仓、一组隔板和导流板，一组隔板分别依次由上至下分别安装在胶雾分离仓内，且一组隔板一侧分别与胶雾分离仓的内壁存在间隙，一组隔板使胶雾分离仓内形成折线形通道，导流板为V形导流板，导流板安装在底部隔板的上表面。
本实用新型优点是：结构简单，安装方便，简单有效的将胶雾中胶水和空气分离开来，保障整个设备胶水循环系统正常工作，提高生产效率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型包括胶雾分离仓1、一组隔板2和导流板3，一组隔板2分别依次由上至下分别安装在胶雾分离仓1内，且一组隔板2一侧分别与胶雾分离仓1的内壁存在间隙，一组隔板2使胶雾分离仓1内形成折线形通道4，导流板3为V形导流板，导流板3安装在底部隔板2的上表面。
工作方式：使用前现将本装置安装在胶桶5的胶水进口处，设备生产时，胶雾在一组隔板2构成的折线形通道4中完成胶气分离，分离出的胶水在最下方一块隔板2上的导流板3的作用下由两侧落回胶桶中，避免再次被气流吹起，分离后的空气则由胶雾分离仓1（管式通道）上方排出。

1.一种瓦楞纸板生产线胶雾分离装置，其特征在于它包括胶雾分离仓（1）、一组隔板（2）和导流板（3），一组隔板（2）分别依次由上至下分别安装在胶雾分离仓（1）内，且一组隔板（2）一侧分别与胶雾分离仓（1）的内壁存在间隙，一组隔板（2）使胶雾分离仓（1）内形成折线形通道（4），导流板（3）为V形导流板，导流板（3）安装在底部隔板（2）的上表面，导流板（3）两端与胶雾分离仓（1）内壁存在间隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种瓦楞纸板生产线胶雾分离装置，其特征在于胶雾分离仓（1）为管式通道。
