目前国内外各种固液分离机都是靠电为动力，耗能多而运行成本高等问题。

为解决以上问题，本实用新型公开了一种节能自动旋转式固液分离机，这种分离机不需要用电、由进料固液的喷力为动力，使滤网桶自动旋转滚边过滤固液。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型通过一下技术方案实现的，节能自动旋转式固液分离机，包括机壳内的滤网桶、滤网支架和挡流板，由转动轴联为一体，进料管的固液喷冲到挡流板上、使数个挡流板叶片、按顺序分别受到固液的喷力而自动旋转，固液在滤网桶内滚动过滤，滤网孔不易堵塞，液水过滤迅速流淌到滤网桶外机壳内、从排液管排出，固液随过滤网滚动，过滤出液水的固渣从固渣排口排出。
所述机壳的进料方和排料方有坡度，便于固渣、液水排出，机壳、过滤桶和挡流板都是由不锈钢材质制作，防腐蚀、寿命长。
机壳架和机支架联为一体、机支架有移动轮、方便安装移动。
本实用新型具有以下有益效果，固液从进科管进入机壳内的挡流间，在固液喷冲挡流板的冲力下，使过滤桶滚动，固液滚动过滤，滤网不易堵塞，固液分离迅速的排出机外，节能不耗电，固液分离效果好，运行费用低的新型固液分离机，是沼渣、沼液分离和各种高浓度的污水固液分离最理想的节能固液分离机设备。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示，一种节能自动旋转式固液分离机，包括机壳1，机壳内套装滤网桶2、滤网支架3和挡流板4都由转动轴6联接固定一体，转动轴6的两端由轴承5和机壳架8相联固定，移动轮10安装在机支架9下边，固液通过进料管7喷冲到挡流板4中使滤网桶2转动，固液在滤网桶中滚动过滤，迅速分离的固液分别从固液排口12和排液管11中排出机外。

1.一种节能自动旋转式固液分离机，包括机壳、过滤桶、滤网支架、挡流板、转动轴、进料管、机支架、排液管、固渣排口，其特征在于：滤网桶、滤网支架和挡流板由转动轴联为一体，进料管固液喷冲在挡流板上、滤网桶自动旋转，固液在滤网桶中滚动过滤，效果好而节能不耗电。 
2.根据权利要求1所述节能自动旋转式固液分离机，其特征在于：机壳、过滤桶和挡流板材质都是不锈钢制作的。
