本实用新型涉及一种火化机，尤其是一种四次燃烧平板火化机。
背景技术
目前殡葬设备行业的平板火化机多采用三次燃烧技术，此技术的缺点在于遗体的燃烧不充分，容易在燃烧过程中产生浓烟及二氧化硫等一些有害气体，此火化机的研制就是为了进一步减少遗体燃烧过程中产生的浓烟及一些有害气体，更大程度地保护环境和生命安全。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在为缩短火化时间，节约能源，减少火化过程中烟气对环境污染，提供一种具有四次燃烧技术的全自动节能环保平板火化机。
本实用新型的技术方案为：一种四次燃烧平板火化机，该火化机包括主燃室、再燃室、三燃室、回烟道、燃烧器；主燃室设置在再燃室下，主燃室下设有三燃室，主燃室、再燃室和三燃室各设有炉膛，燃室两侧设有回烟道并通过回烟道连通，火化机外壳与回烟道之间设有保温层，主燃室装有燃烧器，主燃室与再燃室设有拱顶隔离，主燃室与三燃室之间设有平板隔离，主燃室上方拱顶和平板上盘绕设有热风管，炉膛壁上及拱顶设有助氧风管，助氧风管里的风来自热风管，主燃室后部设有操作面板，操作面板上设有燃烧器，炉膛两侧靠近炉门口处设有下火口。

具体实施方式
一种四次燃烧平板火化机，该火化机包括主燃室、再燃室、三燃室、回烟道、燃烧器，主燃室设置在再燃室下，主燃室下设有三燃室，通过回烟道连接相通，主燃室装有燃烧器，燃室（主燃室、再燃室、三燃室）的两侧设有回烟道，燃室的炉壁、回烟道及拱顶上设有助氧管及热风管，炉膛外侧设有保温层。炉膛两侧靠近炉门口处设有下火口，经炉膛燃烧的烟气经下火口经回烟道进入再燃室，经过再燃室的燃烧后进入回烟道进一步燃烧，再经回烟道进入三燃室燃烧，最后烟气由下烟井入烟道。

1. 一种四次燃烧平板火化机，其特征在于：该火化机包括主燃室、再燃室、三燃室、回烟道、燃烧器；主燃室设置在再燃室下，主燃室下设有三燃室，主燃室、再燃室和三燃室各设有炉膛，燃室两侧设有回烟道并通过回烟道连通，火化机外壳与回烟道之间设有保温层，主燃室装有燃烧器，主燃室与再燃室设有拱顶隔离，主燃室与三燃室之间设有平板隔离，主燃室上方拱顶和平板上盘绕设有热风管，炉膛壁上及拱顶设有助氧风管，助氧风管里的风来自热风管，主燃室后部设有操作面板，操作面板上设有燃烧器，炉膛两侧靠近炉门口处设有下火口。
