背景技术:蒸汽冷凝液抽提泵,主要功能是把CO2机组的蒸汽冷凝液外送,最大外送量每小时55方,出口压力10bar,泵轴长度3.7m,该泵是两级叶轮导叶增压的立式离心泵,由于泵的吸入口压力低,经常气化造成泵壳内气蚀,叶轮、导叶损坏,一旦该泵出现故障,将严重影响机组的安全运行。
发明内容:本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单,操作方便的一种液下泵增压叶轮,它解决了目前技术的难题,本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,它是由泵轴、叶轮、泵壳、增压叶轮背帽连接而成,在泵壳的中间安装着泵轴,在泵轴的下半部分安装着两个叶轮,泵轴的底端安装着增压叶轮背帽;增压叶轮背帽为梯形。
在泵上安装增压叶轮背帽,泵壳气蚀现象消失,出口压力增加1bar,泵体振动明显减小,解体检查叶轮、导叶无气蚀冲刷。增加了吸入口压力,抑制了气蚀现象。

具体实施方式:实施例1、本实用新型是由泵轴1、叶轮2、泵壳3、增压叶轮背帽4连接而成,在泵壳3的中间安装着泵轴1,在泵轴1的下半部分安装着两个叶轮2,泵轴1的底端安装着增压叶轮背帽4。
