 本实用新型设计圆网印花机设备领域，尤其涉及一种用于圆网印花机的两用式网头座。
背景技术
圆网印花机是纺织品印花的一种主要设备，其通过一个带有花型的圆筒状金属网（即圆网），在待印纺织品上作纯滚动运动，使得圆网内的染料在刮刀的压力下，通过圆网的网眼转移作用到织物上，从而完成纺织品的印制过程。圆网印花机中网头座的作用是固定圆网并提供圆网转动的动力，目前圆网印花机的网头座有两种形式，即开放式和封闭式。开放式网头座的网头可以很方便地插入网头座，优点在于卸网时不用将刮刀从圆网内抽出，而是将刮刀、圆网及网头一起从机台上抬下，避免抽刀时刮刀对圆网的损伤，同时方便快捷，节省印花准备时间，不足之处是对于印制同花型不同颜色的织物时上网后需重新对花；封闭式网头座的网头用螺钉固定在网头座上，平常不用拆卸，其特点正好与开放式相反，卸网时需要先将刮刀从圆网内抽出，然后卸网，操作麻烦，优点是对于印制同花型不同颜色的织物时上网后不需重新对花。以上两种网头座均需要按照客户要求定制，缺乏通用性。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单，通用的圆网印花机网头座。
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案是：一种用于圆网印花机的两用式网头座，其包括网头座本体，网头座本体上开设有圆网槽，所述圆网槽上部安装有网头压板，所述网头压板的第一端部与网头座活动连接，所述网头座本体上安装有压板开关，网头压板的第二端部与压板开关可拆卸连接。
进一步地，所述压板开关由把手和调节螺栓组成，网头压板的第二端部及网头压板闭合时网头压板的第二端部正对的网头座本体上分别对应设置有通孔和孔槽，所述调节螺栓下端部与网头座本体固定连接，所述调节螺栓的上端部伸出网头压板的第二端部的通孔并与把手螺纹连接。该方案实现的压板开关结构简单，拆卸方便。
优选地，所述压板开关包括把手和调节螺栓，所述网头压板的第二端部及网头压板闭合时网头压板的第二端部正对的网头座本体上均对应设置有开口槽，所述调节螺栓穿套于开口槽中，调节螺栓下端部通过销轴与网头座本体活动连接，所述调节螺栓的上端部伸出网头压板的第二端部的开口槽并与把手螺纹连接；把手与调节螺栓配合将网头压板锁定于网头座本体上，当把手旋开一定空间时由于调节螺栓与网头座本体活动连接，故压板开关可以翻转至网头座本体侧边，而无需将压板开关从网头座取下，调节螺栓与把手不易丢失。
本实用新型实现的两用式网头座对现有的网头座结构进行改进，当圆网头插入网头座后，放下压板，此时网头座的功能相当于封闭式网头座；当压板打开时，刮刀和圆网及网头可以同时从机台上抬下，此时网头座就相当于开放式的功能。客户可根据生产需要转换网头座形式，结构简单，操作方便，通用性强。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图，对本实用新型较佳实施例做进一步说明。
如图1和图2所示，一种用于圆网印花机的两用式网头座，其包括网头座本体1，网头座本体上开设有圆网槽6，所述圆网槽6上部安装有网头压板2，所述网头压板的第一端部21通过销子4与网头座本体1活动连接；所述网头座本体1上设置有压板开关3，所述压板开关3由把手31和调节螺栓32组成，所述网头压板的第二端部22及网头压板闭合时网头压板的第二端部22正对的网头座本体1上分别对应设置有开口槽5，5’，所述调节螺栓32穿套于开口槽5,5’中，调节螺栓32下端部321通过销轴33与网头座本体1活动连接，所述调节螺栓32的上端部322伸出网头压板的第二端部22的开口槽5并与把手31螺纹连接。
当圆网头插入网头座后，放下网头压板，此时网头座的功能相当于封闭式网头座；当压板打开时，刮刀和圆网及圆网头可以同时从机台上抬下，此时网头座就相当于开放式网头座。开口槽的设置实现了开关把手的翻转，方便压板开关的开启和闭合，设计精妙，操作简单。
本实用新型的网头压板的第二端部还可以直接用螺栓紧定，或者在网头压板的第二端部及网头压板闭合时网头压板的第二端部正对的网头座本体上对应开设通孔，将调节螺栓第一端部与网头座本体固定连接，调节螺栓的第二端部伸出网头压板的第二端部的通孔并与把手螺纹连接。

2.根据权利要求1所述的两用式网头座，其特征在于，所述压板开关由把手和调节螺栓组成，网头压板的第二端部及网头压板闭合时网头压板的第二端部正对的网头座本体上分别对应设置有通孔和孔槽，所述调节螺栓下端部与网头座本体固定连接，所述调节螺栓的上端部伸出网头压板的第二端部的通孔并与把手螺纹连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的两用式网头座，其特征在于，所述压板开关包括把手和调节螺栓，所述网头压板的第二端部及网头压板闭合时网头压板的第二端部正对的网头座本体上均对应设置有开口槽，所述调节螺栓穿套于开口槽中，调节螺栓下端部通过销轴与网头座本体活动连接，所述调节螺栓的上端部伸出网头压板的第二端部的开口槽并与把手螺纹连接。
