本实用新型涉及一种防水卷材,特别是涉及一种双重夹筋防水卷材。
背景技术
防水卷材是建筑施工中常用的一种建筑材料,在道路桥梁、屋顶或需要防水的建筑物的施工中,均需要预先铺制防水卷材。在屋面防水施工中,建筑物的防水工程要求具有抗老化性能好、具有较高抗压性能以及更好的延展性和抗牵拉性。而普通的高分子聚合物改性沥青在长时间处于阳光照射下材料老化严重,会产生龟裂,导致防水性能明显下降,不能有效的保护建筑结构主体,寿命较正常环境大大缩短。

本实用新型的目的在于克服上述传统技术的不足之处,提供一种具有优异抗老化性能、具有较高抗压性能以及更好的延展性和抗牵拉性、能够长时间处于阳光照射下仍保持良好防水性能、寿命长的双重夹筋防水卷材。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术措施来达到的:
双重夹筋防水卷材,包括上SBS改性沥青层和下SBS改性沥青层,其特征在于:所述上SBS改性沥青层和下SBS改性沥青层之间设有铜胎基增强层,所述铜胎基增强层上均布有若干个直径4~9毫米的通孔,所述下SBS改性沥青层的下表面依次设有长丝聚酯毡胎基层、自粘层和隔离层。SBS改性沥青具有很好的耐高温、抗低温能力,在温差较大的地区也可以很好的工作,特别是其粘结能力特别强,具有一定的自愈能力,但是SBS改性沥青与铜胎基的粘合力不强,两者的膨胀系数也不同,在温差大的地区容易造成SBS改性沥青层与铜胎基剥离,防水结构破坏,防水失效。而铜胎基增强层上设有通孔,可以大大增强上SBS改性沥青层和下SBS改性沥青层对于铜胎基增强层的粘结力,避免多层复合材料起鼓、剥离,铜胎基增强层与长丝聚酯毡胎基层构成双重夹筋增强层可以明显增强防水卷材的强度,提高抗颗粒刺穿性能,达到高抗拉强度、高抗撕裂性的要求。

实施例:如附图1和附图2所示,双重夹筋防水卷材,包括上SBS改性沥青层1和下SBS改性沥青层3,所述上SBS改性沥青层1和下SBS改性沥青层3之间设有铜胎基增强层2,所述铜胎基增强层2上均布有若干个直径4毫米的通孔7,所述下SBS改性沥青层3的下表面依次设有长丝聚酯毡胎基层4、自粘层5和隔离层6。当然,铜胎基增强层2上通孔7的直径可以取4~9毫米之间。
