一种输送带,包括上覆盖层、骨架层和下覆盖层,在骨架层和上覆盖层之间平铺有耐穿刺层,耐穿刺层与上覆盖层和骨架层固定在一起;
所述的耐穿刺层为尼龙材料或者聚脂短纤维材料;
所述的下覆盖层为PU复合材料制成。
骨架层为网状结构,且骨架层的两侧设有耐磨边,上覆盖层上设有防滑凸点,且凸点分布成V形。

如图1所示,一种输送带,包括上覆盖层1、骨架层3和下覆盖层4,有效的避免输送带在工作过程中被撕裂和穿刺,在骨架层3和上覆盖层1之间平铺一层耐穿刺层2,耐穿刺层2与骨架层3和上覆盖层1固定在一起,上覆盖层、骨架层、下覆盖层和耐穿刺层通过一系列工序加工成一体结构,结构牢固,不易被穿刺;所述耐穿刺层2采用尼龙材料或者聚脂短纤维材料等强度高的材料;所述的下覆盖层4为PU复合材料制成,采用PU复合材料,耐磨性强,使用寿命长。
骨架层为网状结构,这样质量轻,传输的效果更好,且骨架层的两侧设有耐磨边,这样不容易磨损,上覆盖层上设有防滑凸点,更容易传输,不会打滑,且凸点分布成V形或其它形状。
