本实用新型涉及铰链式铝合金门和窗,具体是铝门、铝窗的窗框、扇框组角用的一种连接件。 
背景技术
组装上述窗框、扇框时,在组角处需要使用一种连接件-注胶角码,与门、窗同样材质的注胶角码呈L形,形成L形的两个支臂的每个支臂的外表面各有一个定位槽。由于该注胶角码上无导胶槽,因此一个注胶角码需要与一对塑料导流板配合,具体是表面带有导流槽的一对导流板分别镶在注胶角码的两侧面,将组合好的注胶角码的两个支臂分别插入横框和立框的腔里,最后向每个导流板的导流槽里注胶,将横框、立框内腔的两侧面分别粘到两个导流板即注胶角码上,完成组角。可见,每个注胶角码需要一对专门与注胶角码配套的导流板配合,不同的注胶角码需要不同的导流板配合,使用起来比较繁琐。另外导流板为塑料材质,它需要与铝质的注胶角码组装。因此在使用过程中会影响注胶角码的强度,进而影响组角处的强度。 
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的目的是提供一种不需要导流板配合的铝门窗组角用注胶角码。 
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:它呈L形,两个支臂的每个支臂上各有一个定位槽,其特征是:在两个支臂的结合处沿着45°斜线设一圈连续的导流槽;从定位槽到顶角处,每个支臂的外表面带锥度,带锥度的外表面形成粘合面,所形成的锥度使粘合面与基准面如水平面或垂直面形成间隙。将本实用新型的两个支臂分别插入横框和立框的腔里,这时每个支臂粘合面与框材腔壁之间形成间隙,再向导流槽顶角处注胶,注满的胶会流到间隙里,将横框和立框的结合处及腔壁分别粘到注胶角码的导流槽和粘合面上,完成组角。 
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的积极效果是:组角简便,强度增强,显著提高了铝合金门和窗的整体强度。

具体实施方式
它呈L形,两个支臂的每个支臂上各有一个定位槽2,在两个支臂的结合处沿着45°斜线设一圈连续的导流槽4;从定位槽到顶角处,每个支臂的外表面带锥度,带锥度的外表面形成粘合面1,所形成的锥度使粘合面与基准面如水平面或垂直面形成间隙。将本实用新型的两个支臂分别插入横框和立框的腔里,这时每个支臂粘合面与框材腔壁之间形成间隙,再向导流槽顶角处注胶,注满的胶会流到间隙里,将横框和立框的结合处及腔壁分别粘到注胶角码的导流槽和粘合面上,完成组角。 
为使本实用新型定位更加准确,且便于安装,在每个定位槽2的外侧再增加一个附加定位槽3,附加定位槽和定位槽的形状相同。

1.一种铝门窗组角用注胶角码,它呈L形,两个支臂的每个支臂上各有一个定位槽,其特征是:在两个支臂的结合处沿着45°斜线设一圈连续的导流槽;从定位槽到顶角处,每个支臂的外表面带锥度,带锥度的外表面形成粘合面,所形成的锥度使粘合面与基准面形成间隙。
2.按照权利要求1所述的铝门窗组角用注胶角码,其特征是:在每个定位槽的外侧再增加一个附加定位槽,附加定位槽和定位槽的形状相同。
