一种除钢丝表面拉丝粉装置,包括沙盒1，模具2和棉纱3，所述模具2设置在沙盒1后，所述模具1内为中空喇叭状，所述模具2内填充棉纱3，所述沙盒1两端均有仅容钢丝通过的开口，所述沙盒1内充满细沙，所述模具2可容钢丝通过，所述模具2的喇叭状开口朝向钢丝输入模具2的方向，所述沙盒1和模具2均固定在同一水平面内，所述模具2可设置多个提高清洁效果，使用时钢丝先通过沙盒1，经过细沙摩擦基本除掉表面的拉丝粉，然后通过模具2进过棉纱的擦拭可以彻底清楚拉丝粉及其他杂质。
