本实用新型为一种过滤装置，尤其涉及一种去除淬火油中杂质，改进淬火油纯净度的淬火油过滤器。
背景技术
现有技术中，在铸件淬火后，氧化皮、粉尘等杂质将留在淬火油槽中，从而导致淬火油纯净度下降、影响淬火质量和堵塞设备管路。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是现有的淬火油槽内的淬火油循环使用后，其纯净度下降，影响淬火质量和堵塞设备管路。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：淬火油过滤器，包括丝网和边框，丝网固定在边框上。
本实用新型安装在淬火油回流到淬火油槽的回路上，淬火油回流入油槽时，经过了过滤器，淬火油里面的杂质被过滤掉，定期清理过滤器上拦住的杂质即可。
本实用新型的优点是：结构简单、可保持循环使用的淬火油的纯净度，保证淬火质量，保证设备管路的畅通。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图1-2所示，本实用新型包括丝网1和边框2，丝网1固定在边框2上。使用时，将本实用新型安装在淬火油回流到淬火油槽3的回路上，油泵4将从淬火油槽3流出的淬火油重新打入淬火油槽3时，经过了过滤器，淬火油里面的杂质被过滤掉，定期清理过滤器上拦住的杂质即可。
