本实用新型涉及一种标准机柜内尾纤余线收纳装置,尤其涉及一种标准式机柜侧面立式尾纤盘。 
背景技术
目前,公知的尾纤盘余盒,安装于机柜的底部。设备冗余尾纤,均可在盘余盒中进行盘放、固定。但是,设备与盘余盒间路过的尾纤,常常需利用机柜边框进行绑扎固定,这既不美观也会影响后续设备的安装,另外,反复在盘余盒盘放尾纤,使尾纤混乱堆放,导致机柜内部通风受阻,不利于设备散热,降低了机房制冷效果。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于:为了克服现有尾纤盘余盒不便于过路的设备尾纤绑扎,而且可能阻碍机柜通风并占用机柜内部空间的不足,提出一种机柜侧面尾纤盘余器。 
本实用新型的目的通过以下方案实现:包括盘纤盒,其特征在于:盘纤盒下方为可抽拉的导轨,导轨上设置多个安装孔,用于将盘纤盒固定在机框的外侧,盘纤盒内部设有多个尾纤绕线柱。 
本实用新型所述尾纤盒出口处设有弧形挡板,可使尾纤自由活动。 
本实用新型所述绕线柱分上下并排交错设置,使尾纤在盒内呈波浪状分布。 
本实用新型不仅解决了设备尾纤绑扎问题,尤其方便机架内部布线美观,方便冗余尾纤的收纳,使机柜内尾纤走线更美观,不影响后续设备安装,不占用现有机柜内空间,节约机柜空间,利于机柜内通风散热。本实用新型结构简单、方便实用、成本低廉、收纳效果好。

以下结合附图对本实用新型进行详细说明。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是,利用标准机柜内,机框外侧与机柜内侧面的结构空间,设置立式尾纤盘。盘纤盒2下方为可抽拉的导轨4,导轨4上设置多个安装孔5,用于将盘纤盒固定在机框的外侧,使用时将导轨抽出。。盘纤盒2内部设有多个尾纤绕线柱1,绕线柱1分上下两排交错设置,使尾纤在盒内呈波浪状分布,这样就达到了收纳冗余尾纤的作用。尾纤盒2出口处设有弧形挡板3,可使尾纤自由活动,方便尾纤盒的抽出、推回。由于尾纤盘就近安装在设备旁,故无路过尾纤绑扎问题。很明显,本装置不会影响机柜的通风散热。

1.一种标准式机柜侧面立式尾纤盘,包括盘纤盒,其特征在于:盘纤盒下方为可抽拉的导轨,导轨上设置多个安装孔,用于将盘纤盒固定在机框的外侧,盘纤盒内部设有多个尾纤绕线柱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的标准式机柜侧面立式尾纤盘,其特征在于:尾纤盒出口处设有弧形挡板,可使尾纤自由活动。
