陶瓷辊棒装配在窑炉中运行时，一般需要在头部打孔。由于某些辊棒材质略为疏松、耐磨性不好，装配在窑炉中运行时，辊棒头部打孔处容易磨损，而且随着使用时间的变化，孔径会越变越大，从而导致辊棒与窑炉的转动连接金属套之间的连接松动，不利于辊棒在窑炉内连续转动。且辊棒与窑炉的转动连接金属套由于连接不紧密容易出现碰撞，使辊棒头部打孔处出现裂纹，降低陶瓷辊棒的使用寿命。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于，提供一种陶瓷辊棒，可以避免辊棒在使用过程中的连接松动。

金属材质的护套还可重复使用，从而提高了资源的利用率。

其中，所述通孔2沿着所述陶瓷辊棒本体1的径向方向设置，所述通孔2设于所述陶瓷辊棒本体1的端部。优选的，所述通孔2设于所述陶瓷辊棒本体1的头部。
进一步，所述通孔2优选为环形孔，所述护套3优选为环形构件。
参见图2，所述护套3设有开口4，形成第一开边41以及第二开边42。所述护套3的第二开边42的高度大于所述第一开边41的高度，以使所述护套3张开与闭合，从而使护套3紧密的安装在辊棒的通孔上，防止护套3安装后在搬运及使用过程中的脱落问题。
作为所述开口的一优选实施方式，所述开口4为条形开口。其中，所述条形开口可以设置为直线形开口或曲线形开口。

更佳的，所述护套3的第二开边42的宽度大于第一开边41的宽度，以使护套3更容易地张开与闭合，而且护套3更紧密的安装在辊棒的通孔上。
进一步，所述护套3的长度优选小于或等于所述陶瓷辊棒本体1的外直径，这样护套3可更好地配合安装于陶瓷辊棒本体1上。
所述护套3优选为金属构件，金属材质的护套还可重复使用，从而提高了资源的利用率。更佳的，所述护套3由不锈钢制成。
本实用新型的安装方法如下：把护套3的开口4处用手（或工具）按闭合，具体是将第二开边42压下与第一开边41闭合，以塞进陶瓷辊棒的通孔2处；再让护套3的第二开边42回弹，使护套3卡在通孔2处不松动，安装完毕。
