本实用新型涉及石油开采井下防砂筛管,特别涉及一种桥式精密微孔筛管。 
背景技术
目前在用的精密微孔筛管,其结构为基管、防砂过滤套、不锈钢外保护套等组成。防砂过滤套为不锈钢精密微孔复合过滤材料,上述结构的精密微孔筛管为石油开采防砂工艺发挥了作用,但其同时存在如下的缺点或不足:①精密微孔筛管基管打孔位置的过滤层有易发生刺穿的现象,使防砂失效;②井内使用后的筛管基管表面易集有一层细粉砂,过滤层的渗透面积只有孔周围的面积,其它位置被细粉占居,油气无法流动;③精密微孔筛管容易被堵塞,使用效果差,寿命短;④流动阻力大。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种改进的桥式精密微孔筛管,采用绕丝骨架、不锈钢过滤网、骨架管组合及内、外固定环的全焊接结构,有效地克服或避免上述现有技术中存在的缺点或不足。 
本实用新型所述的桥式精密微孔筛管,包括外固定环、基管、内固定环、外保护环、不锈钢过滤网、骨架管、绕丝骨架、内固定环、外固定环。所述基管外顺次安装有绕丝骨架、骨架管和不锈钢过滤网,基管和绕丝骨架的两端部各安装有外固定环,该外固定环之间安装连接有外保护环,外固定环两内端部连接安装有内固定环。 
其中,所述内固定环安装于绕丝骨架外,一端与外固定环的内相连接,另一端与骨架管相连接。所述外固定环、绕丝骨架与基管为焊接连接。所述内固定环、绕丝骨架、外固定环和骨架管的连接为焊接连接。所述绕丝骨架为在纵向筋骨上松散绕制有不锈钢绕丝的结构,安装于基管与骨架管之间。 
本实用新型与现有技术相比较具有如下优点: 
1.设置有绕丝骨架,在基管表面如同桥梁一般托起骨架管和不锈钢过滤网,使油井内细粉砂不再堵塞在基管表面,通道流畅;
2. 采用双层过滤模式及双向流动通道,防止细粉砂堵塞筛管,增加精密微孔的渗透率,不易堵塞,延长使用寿命;
3.采用多层不锈钢精密编织网复合过滤层,防砂可靠性高;
4.抗挤压变形、抗弯曲变形能力强;
5.过滤面积大,流动阻力小,基管为标准套管或油管,过滤层为优质不锈钢材料,抗腐蚀能力强。

具体实施方式 
参阅图1-图2,一种桥式精密微孔筛管,包括外固定环1、基管2、内固定环3、外保护环4、不锈钢过滤网5、骨架管6、绕丝骨架7、内固定环3、外固定环1。基管2外顺次安装有绕丝骨架7、骨架管6和不锈钢过滤网5,基管2和绕丝骨架7的两端部各安装有外固定环1,该外固定环1之间安装连接有外保护环4,外固定环1两内端部连接安装有内固定环3。
内固定环3安装于绕丝骨架7外,一端与外固定环1的内相连接,另一端与骨架管6相连接。外固定环1、绕丝骨架7与基管2为焊接连接。内固定环3、绕丝骨架7、外固定环1和骨架管6的连接为焊接连接。绕丝骨架7为在纵向筋骨上松散绕制有不锈钢绕丝的结构,安装于基管2与骨架管6之间。

1.一种桥式精密微孔筛管,包括外固定环、基管、内固定环、外保护环、不锈钢过滤网、骨架管、绕丝骨架、内固定环、外固定环,其特征在于所述基管外顺次安装有绕丝骨架、骨架管和不锈钢过滤网,基管和绕丝骨架的两端部各安装有外固定环,该外固定环之间安装连接有外保护环,外固定环两内端部连接安装有内固定环。
2.根据权利要求1所述的桥式精密微孔筛管,其特征在于所述内固定环安装于绕丝骨架外,一端与外固定环的内相连接,另一端与骨架管相连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的桥式精密微孔筛管,其特征在于所述外固定环、绕丝骨架与基管为焊接连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的桥式精密微孔筛管,其特征在于所述内固定环、绕丝骨架、外固定环和骨架管的连接为焊接连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的桥式精密微孔筛管,其特征在于所述绕丝骨架为在纵向筋骨上松散绕制有不锈钢绕丝的结构,安装于基管与骨架管之间。
