本实用新型公开了一种防盗型蓄电池,蓄电池壳体内设置GPS定位跟踪器,所述GPS定位跟踪器置于极群汇流排上面;蓄电池盖的内壁上固接向下方探出的固定片限定GPS定位跟踪器的前后左右位置;蓄电池盖的内壁上还设有向下方探出的凸台限定GPS定位跟踪器的上下位置;GPS定位跟踪器的电源线与极群汇流排电气连接。在不改变蓄电池原有结构和性能的前提下,实现了GPS定位跟踪器的安装合理、方便、牢固;工作可靠。使GPS定位跟踪器长期处于一种正常工作状态。可随时监控蓄电池的位置,实现蓄电池的跟踪,追回被盗的蓄电池。

本实用新型涉及一种防盗型蓄电池。 
背景技术
随着中国移动、中国电信、中国联通等通信运营商不断发展壮大,阀控式密封铅酸蓄电池在通信行业大量应用,相应的基站遍布城乡,建立在高层建筑顶部、山顶、农村,分布面极为广泛。一般县局以下多为无人值守的基站。基站中的48V直流蓄电池组因其价值高,电压等级低成为不法分子盗窃的对象。各通信运营商的基站电池被盗事件屡屡发生,防不胜防。以往的做法是给电池室安装防盗门、窗,或装监控。因基站偏远,等到运营商察觉蓄电池被盗,不法分子已逃之夭夭。因偷盗给通信系统造成基站瘫痪、固定资产流失的现状使通信运营商极为困惑。 
为提高通信蓄电池的安全性,出现了一种隐藏式GPS定位电池,其制作方法为:采用普通12V100Ah电池外壳作为GPS定位器和为GPS定位器供电用两个蓄电池的容器,将12V100Ah电池槽中部的3块隔片去掉用来放置为GPS定位器供电用的蓄电池。将外壳的盖板打孔,用导线穿过盖板上的孔将GPS定位器和两个蓄电池连接起来,在壳体的内部填充一些铅块,使之与普通电池的重量一致。从外部结构上看去普通的12V100Ah蓄电池一致。此技术有以下缺点:1、GPS定位器粘贴在壳体的内壁上,易造成GPS定位器的脱落,固定不牢靠,坐标位移的改变造成虚假报警;2、只适用与12V100Ah的蓄电池组,其他外形结构和尺寸的蓄电池组无法使用,犯罪分子很容易发现此电池的不同;3、制作复杂,将GPS定位器放在另外一个壳体内,去隔片、打孔、填制铅块,放置供电的两 个小电池;4、供电的小电池发生故障或电压不足,就会导致GPS定位器运行不正常,导致定位失效。 
发明内容
为了解决上述弊端,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种防盗蓄电池,GPS定位跟踪器的安装合理、方便、牢固;工作可靠。为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是,一种防盗型蓄电池,蓄电池壳体内设置GPS定位跟踪器,其特征在于,所述GPS定位跟踪器置于极群汇流排上面;蓄电池盖的内壁上固接向下方探出的固定片限定GPS定位跟踪器的前后左右位置;蓄电池盖的内壁上还设有向下方探出的凸台限定GPS定位跟踪器的上下位置;内置变压装置的GPS定位跟踪器的电源线与极群汇流排电气连接。 
本实用新型的有益效果在于,采用上述方案,在不改变蓄电池原有结构和性能的前提下,实现了GPS定位跟踪器的安装合理、方便、牢固;工作可靠。使GPS定位跟踪器长期处于一种正常工作状态。装有GPS定位跟踪器的蓄电池组安装好之后,把GPS的坐标位置输入到监控中心数据管理终端主机中,当蓄电池发生位移的时候,由于GPS的坐标位置改变,系统通过GPRS联网报警,配套GPS定位平台实时地图显示报警坐标及行走路线,可随时监控蓄电池的位置,实现蓄电池的跟踪,追回被盗的蓄电池。 
下面将结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型做进一步说明。

具体实施方式
参见附图,反映本实用新型的一种具体结构,所述防盗型蓄电池,在组装电池封盖之前将GPS定位跟踪器3放入正负极群汇流排2上面,所装GPS定位跟踪器的工作电压为1.5V~3.0V,通过内置变压装置将蓄电池的电压调适为其工作电压。用烙铁将GPS定位跟踪器3的电源导线与汇流排2连接,然后在用环氧树脂胶将导线和汇流排的连接处封严,将导线保护起来,不受到硫酸的腐蚀。 
蓄电池盖1的内壁上设有GPS定位跟踪器固定片5和固定凸台6,固定片5和固定凸台6通过注塑和蓄电池盖1整体一次成型。蓄电池盖1与蓄电池槽4组装后,固定片5和固定凸台6及其极群汇流排2完全将GPS定位跟踪器3固定,不会发生前后、左右、上下方位的位移,使得GPS定位跟踪器3坐标位置准确,避免发生虚假报警现象;蓄电池充好电后,GPS定位跟踪器3自动激活,形成防盗型蓄电池。此蓄电池GPS的坐标位置改变,随时监控蓄电池的位置,实现蓄电池的跟踪,实现蓄电池的防盗。
