背景技术
目前,市场上提供的离心压缩机叶轮包括主轴和叶轮,主轴的一端与叶轮连接,叶轮内设有贯穿叶轮的双头螺杆,双头螺杆的一端与主轴螺接,双头螺杆另一端设有螺母,叶轮上均匀分布多个叶片,在实际使用中,当介质通过的速度过大时,上述离心压缩机叶轮对介质的分配则不够均匀。 
发明内容
鉴于背景技术的不足,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种在介质通过时能够将介质分配的更均匀,而且工作状态更加稳定的离心压缩机叶轮。 
为此,本实用新型提供的离心压缩机叶轮包括主轴和叶轮,主轴的一端与叶轮连接,叶轮内设有贯穿叶轮的双头螺杆,双头螺杆的一端与主轴螺接,双头螺杆另一端设有螺母,叶轮包括叶轮支架,叶轮支架上设有多个全叶片,相邻的两个全叶片之间设有分流叶片,叶轮与螺母之间设有弹性套,弹性套套在双头螺杆上。 
在本实用新型中,由于相邻的两个全叶片之间设有分流叶片,在介质通过时能够将介质分配的更加均匀,此外,弹性套可通过自身的弹性变形抵消掉叶轮在静止状态和工作状态的轴向长度不同的影响,从而保证叶轮的工作状态稳定性,而且扩大了螺母4与叶轮的接触面积,能够传递更大的扭矩,提高离心压缩机叶轮的工作能力。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,本实用新型提供的离心压缩机叶轮包括主轴1和叶轮,主轴1的一端与叶轮连接,叶轮内设有贯穿叶轮的双头螺杆3,双头螺杆3的一端与主轴1螺接,双头螺杆3另一端设有螺母4,叶轮包括叶轮支架5,叶轮支架5上设有多个全叶片6,相邻的两个全叶片6之间设有分流叶片7,叶轮与螺母4之间设有弹性套2,弹性套8套在双头螺杆3上,全叶片6和分流叶片7均为弧形叶片。 
在本实施例中,相邻的两个全叶片6之间设有分流叶片7,在介质通过时能够将介质分配的更加均匀,弹性套2可通过自身的弹性变形抵消掉叶轮在静止状态和工作状态的轴向长度不同的影响,从而保证叶轮的工作状态稳定性,而且扩大了螺母4与叶轮的接触面积,能够传递更大的扭矩,提高离心压缩机叶轮的工作能力。

1.一种离心压缩机叶轮,包括主轴和叶轮,所述主轴的一端与叶轮连接,所述叶轮内设有贯穿叶轮的双头螺杆,所述双头螺杆的一端与主轴螺接,双头螺杆另一端设有螺母,其特征是:所述叶轮包括叶轮支架,所述叶轮支架上设有多个全叶片,相邻的两个全叶片之间设有分流叶片,所述叶轮与螺母之间设有弹性套,所述弹性套套在双头螺杆上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的离心压缩机叶轮,其特征是:所述全叶片和分流叶片均为弧形叶片。
