[0002]目前,常见的普通温室和温室大棚主要采用骨架结构,并且在骨架上方铺设单层薄膜,在不加温的条件下,室内温度主要依靠太阳的直接和散热来保证室内的栽培温度。但是,由于日光照射受到区域性、季节性和方向性的限制,导致室内温度过高或过低等现象。特别是在夏季,向阳一侧的光照过于强烈,上述温室结构的遮阳效果较差,导致温室的栽培植物经受的温度过高,水分蒸发量过大,不利于植物的生长;到了晚上货冬季,温室缺少阳光的辐射,室内的温度会随着外界环境温度的降低而降低,加上温室自身没有蓄热能力,其保温能力差,必须另行增加保温设备或加热设备,从而导致栽培成本的增加。
实用新型内容
[0003] 针对上述不足,本实用新型提供一种皆具保温、蓄热和遮阳功能的智能温室系统。
[0004] 本实用新型是通过这样的技术方案来实现的:一种皆具保温、蓄热和遮阳功能的智能温室系统,包括里外两层骨架和分别铺设在骨架上的薄膜,所述薄膜之间的夹层内设置室内温度调控系统。
[0005] 进一步的是,所述室内温度调控系统包括充斥在所述夹层里并循环运动的吸隔热层。
[0006] 进一步的是,所述吸隔热层包括由泵驱动并在所述夹层里独立循环运动的液体泡沫和冷却水幕。
[0007] 进一步的是,所述冷却水幕通过设置在夹层内的喷头自上向下倾洒,薄膜表面形成连体水膜向下流动。
[0008] 进一步的是,所述液体泡沫通过设置在夹层内的泡沫发生器生成。
[0009] 进一步的是,该温室的下方设置有通过管路与喷头和泡沫发生器连通的液体泡沫水储液槽及冷却水储液槽。
[0010] 进一步的是,该温室系统还包括有控制喷头中液体转向的换向调节阀。
[0011] 进一步的是,该温室系统的下方设置一独立加热槽。
[0012] 进一步的是,所述液体泡沫水储液槽或/和冷却水储液槽与埋设在地下的冷却管道形成一地下冷却循环系统。
[0013] 进一步的是,所述冷却管道上设置一控制阀。
[0014] 由于采用了上述方案,本实用新型提供的这种温室系统,充分利用了液体泡沫的折射与反射原理,具有很好的遮阳和保温效果,并且液体泡沫原料价格低廉,还可以循环利用,采用液体泡沫与冷却水幕配合形成的温度调控系统,在夏季时,温室内部可以得到充足且均匀的光照,又不会导致室内温度太高,温室具有了良好的遮阳效果,在冬季或夜间时,温室由于地能而具有良好的保温效果,不但降低了生产成本,大大提高了温室的性能,其结构简单,并且节能,环保,绿色,低碳。

具体实施方式
[0017] 为了更加清楚地理解本实用新型的目的、技术方案及有益效果,下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步的说明,但并不将本实用新型的保护范围限定在以下实施例中。
[0018] 如图1和图2所示,一种皆具保温、蓄热和遮阳功能的智能温室系统,包括里外两层骨架I和分别铺设在骨架I上的薄膜2,所述薄膜2之间的夹层内设置室内温度调控系统,包括充斥在所述夹层里并循环运动的吸隔热层,该吸隔热层包括由泵3驱动并在所述夹层里独立循环运动的液体泡沫4和冷却水幕5,并且,冷却水幕5通过设置在夹层内的喷头6喷出,在薄膜夹层内自上向下倾洒,并沿里层薄膜的内壁流下;液体泡沫4通过设置在夹层内的泡沫发生器9生成,充斥在薄膜夹层内,并自上向下运动,形成一个整体泡沫内

[0019] 作为优选,该温室的下方设置有通过管路7和喷头6与薄膜2夹层连通的液体泡沫储液槽及冷却水储液槽8,用以收集冷却水和液体泡沫液。
[0020] 本实施例中,该温室系统还包括有控制喷头6中液体转向的换向调节阀10,用于夏季、冬季或夜间对冷却水或液体泡沫4的方向进行控制和调节。
[0021] 必要时,该温室系统的下方设置一独立加热槽11,作为冬季或晚上辅助加热设备,以对温室进行加热,使其在夜间的保温效果更好。
[0022] 如权利要求8所述的智能温室系统,其特征在于:所述液体泡沫水储液槽或/和冷却水储液槽8与埋设在地下的冷却管道12形成一地下冷却循环系统,冷却管道12上设置一控制阀13。
[0023] 夏季,在温室背阳一侧的温室薄膜2夹层内喷施冷却水幕5,用以加速降温,并保证足够的光照用于植物生长,在向阳一侧的温室薄膜2夹层内喷设液体泡沫4,通过液体泡沫4对阳光的反射折射作用,在温室内部形成遮荫效果,直接将大部分光线的热量折射在温室外面,使得温室内部既可以得到充足且均匀的光照,又不至于温度太高,从而使温室具有了良好的遮阳效果;同时,液体泡沫水储液槽或/和冷却水储液槽8与埋设在地下的冷却管道12形成地下冷却循环系统,通过冷却管道12,将液体泡沫水从地下循环一圈,得到进一步的冷却效果。
[0024] 冬季,在温室背阳一侧的温室薄膜2夹层内喷施液体泡沫4,阳光从向阳一侧直射温室内部,再通过背阳一侧的液体泡沫4反射回来,有效地提高了温室内的光照强度和温度,背阳一侧的泡沫阻碍了温室内外的热交换,使得温室具有良好的保温效果;同时,在向阳的一侧利用冷却水幕5吸收太阳的热量或地暖,用以夜晚两侧都充满液体泡沫4后的进一步保温。
[0025] 夜晚,液体泡沫4将覆盖整个温室的薄膜2夹层,用作温室的保温,温室下方的液体泡沫水储液槽或/和冷却水储液槽8则搜集日间的温度和利用地暖能量,在夜间散发,起到升温的作用,必要时还可以另行在温室系统的下方设置一独立加热槽11,对温室内部进行加热,使温室的保温更具保障。
Claims (6)
1.一种皆具保温、蓄热和遮阳功能的智能温室系统,其特征在于:包括里外两层骨架(I)和分别铺设在骨架(I)上的薄膜(2),所述薄膜(2)之间的夹层内设置室内温度调控系统;所述室内温度调控系统包括充斥在所述夹层里并循环运动的吸隔热层;所述吸隔热层包括由泵(3)驱动并在所述夹层里独立循环运动的液体泡沫(4)和冷却水幕(5);所述冷却水幕(5)通过设置在夹层内的喷头(6)自上向下倾洒,并沿里层薄膜表面形成连体水膜向下流动;所述液体泡沫(4)通过设置在夹层内的泡沫发生器(9)生成。
2.如权利要求1所述的智能温室系统,其特征在于:该温室的下方设置有通过管路(7)与喷头(6)和泡沫发生器(9)连通的液体泡沫水储液槽及冷却水储液槽(8)。
3.如权利要求2所述的智能温室系统,其特征在于:该温室系统还包括有控制喷头(6)中液体转向的换向调节阀(10)。
4.如权利要求2所述的智能温室系统,其特征在于:该温室系统的下方设置一独立加热槽(11)。
5.如权利要求2所述的智能温室系统,其特征在于:所述液体泡沫水储液槽或/和冷却水储液槽(8)与埋设在地下的冷却管道(12)形成一地下冷却循环系统。
6.如权利要求5所述的智能温室系统,其特征在于:所述冷却管道(12)上设置一控制阀(13)。
