Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种集成绿植和光伏系统的通风双层玻璃幕墙,包括通风双层玻璃幕墙、绿植无土栽培系统和太阳能光伏发电系统,其中绿植无土栽培系统竖向安装于双层玻璃幕墙的空气间层中,光伏发电板倾斜安装在外层强化安全玻璃下缘,光伏发电板下部开口处设置风闸,内层玻璃的顶部和底部分别设置通风闸。本实用新型利用了绿植系统的生态降温作用,并与光伏发电系统协同工作,可显著提高双层玻璃幕墙在炎热气候下的节能性,降低建筑能耗,并能有效利用空气间层的空间栽培果蔬花卉,产生经济效益的同时提升室内空间的环境品质。

技术领域
[0001]本实用新型涉及一种建筑双层玻璃幕墙,尤其是涉及一种集成了绿植系统和太阳能光伏发电系统的通风式双层玻璃蒂墙。
背景技术
[0002]目前,玻璃幕墙在公共建筑,尤其是高层建筑上广泛使用。现有的双层玻璃幕墙由内外两层玻璃和之间的空气间层组成。此构造的双层玻璃幕墙与单层玻璃幕墙相比,虽然在寒冷地区或某些地区的冬季有较为明显的建筑节能作用(节约采暖能耗),但是在气候炎热地区或某些地区炎热的夏季,其空气间层内容易形成温室效应,反而增加了建筑能耗(增加制冷能耗)。在我国广大的夏热冬冷气候区应用双层玻璃幕墙时,这种矛盾尤为突出。
[0003]另一方面,现有的双层玻璃幕墙的空气间层所占用的空间并不具有使用功能。为了不浪费空间,不少业主和建筑设计部门宁可选用节能效果差的单层玻璃幕墙,造成建筑的尚能耗。
发明内容
[0004]为了克服现有的双层玻璃幕墙作用于炎热外界环境时节能效果不佳、空气间层空间浪费两个技术问题,本实用新型提供一种集成绿植和光伏系统的通风双层玻璃幕墙。该双层玻璃幕墙能够显著改善炎热季节的建筑节能效果,而且有效利用了空气间层的空间进行蔬菜、水果和花卉等绿植的栽培,提高了室内环境的品质。
[0005]本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
[0006]在双层玻璃幕墙的空气间层中竖向安装绿植无土栽培系统,即若干层种槽设置在空气间层中不同的垂直高度上,使照射到下一层种植槽的阳光不会被上一层的种植槽遮挡;在外层玻璃下缘连接带有倾角安装的太阳能光伏发电板,在太阳能光伏发电板下部形成的开口处设置通风闸,可通过微型电机控制开合。其工作原理为:在炎热季节,太阳能光伏发电板工作时发热,温度上升,上述外层百叶通风闸开启,吸入的空气被光伏发电板背面散发的热量加热,在上下气流贯通的双层玻璃幕墙空气间层内形成烟囱效应,迅速上升,带走热量,冷却光伏发电板,维持其较低的工作温度,以保证较高的光伏发电效率。同时,绿植无土栽培系统中的绿植通过植物的蒸腾作用协同工作,蒸发吸热的同时进一步加速了上升气流,能够更快地带走热量。
[0007]分别在结构单元顶部和底部设置两个储存营养液的水箱,底部的主水箱用于配制和大量储存营养液,其底部侧面连接水栗,水栗另一端连接上水管,上水管的另一端连接顶部的供水水箱,再由供水水箱底部侧面引出的供水管分别向各个种植槽供水。该连接方式的作用在于:I)营养液栗到供水水箱后可依重力自流而下,这样水栗就可以间歇性的工作,从而节约电能;2)偶遇电路或机械故障水栗停止工作,进行维修或更换期间,供水水箱中储存的营养液能够维持一段时间的供应,绿植就不会因为缺水而枯死。
[0008]在双层玻璃幕墙内层玻璃的顶部和底部分别设置通风闸,可通过微型电机控制开合。同时开启时,可形成室内和空气间层的自然通风换气效果:植物吸收人呼出的二氧化碳,放出氧气,并净化空气,新鲜空气对流进入室内,能够显著改善室内的空气质量。
[0009]以每个楼层为双层玻璃幕墙的一个基本结构单元,单元间采用镂空金属楼层分隔板于空气间层中进行分隔,上下层单元的气流可贯通。

[0011]本实用新型的有益效果是,该生态型双层玻璃幕墙不仅能通过植物的光合作用(直接吸收太阳辐射)和蒸腾作用(蒸发吸热)来吸收热量,相比现有的双层玻璃幕墙能够有效降低炎热季节的建筑制冷能耗,同时可利用空气间层的空间进行蔬菜、水果和花卉等绿植的全季节性生产,产生经济效益的同时提升室内空间的环境品质。同时,在绿植系统、光伏发电系统和双层玻璃幕墙集成后,子系统协同工作时能够更好地发挥功效。绿植系统的水循环系统和双层玻璃幕墙的通风控制系统所需的电能由太阳能光伏发电系统提供;而光伏发电系统也能得到生态幕墙系统的冷却,保持较高的光伏发电效率。
