背景技术
太阳是一个巨大的能源,它以光辐射的形式每秒钟向太空发射约3.8×10M焦耳的能量,有22亿分之一投射到地球上。太阳光被大气层反射、吸收之后,还有70%透射到地面。尽管如此,地球上一年中接受到的太阳能仍然高达1.8×1018KW·h。 
太阳能电池是指利用太阳光的能量发电的电磁种类。相对于普通电池和可循环充电电池来说,太阳能电池属于更节能环保的绿色产品。现在很多大型厂房将太阳能电池板铺设在楼顶或是当楼顶使用,提高能源利用率,降低能耗。在将太阳能电池板安装到位后,需要将其与屋梁固定在一起,现阶段常用的固定手段是工人在屋顶表面作业,因屋顶已安装电池板,可供作业的空间有限,固定工作进展缓慢,大大降低了电池板的安装效率。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的缺点和不足,提供一种结构简单、安装高的太阳能电池板组件快装防转装置。 
为实现以上目的,本实用新型的技术解决方案是:一种太阳能电池板组件快装防转装置,其特征在于:包括快装防转螺栓和快装防转压板,所述快装防转螺栓包括防转底座和安装在防转底座上的螺栓,所述快装防转压板包括压板本体,压板本体的一端设置有防转挡边,所述压板本体上设置有通孔,所述通孔的孔径与螺栓的直径相同。                                    
所述防转挡边和压板本体之间通过弧形边连接在一起。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果为: 
1、本实用新型通过螺栓与压板的配合操作,由于其操作特性的便利,使得本装置不用上到屋顶上对组件进行固定,在房屋内部即可实现组件的快速固定,大大提高了太阳能电池板的安装效率。 
2、本实用新型在压板上设置了防转挡边,当螺栓旋转到位时,防转挡边会起到阻止压板转动的作用,大大提高了本装置的稳定性,紧固效果更好。

参见图1-图3,一种太阳能电池板组件快装防转装置,包括快装防转螺栓1和快装防转压板2,所述快装防转螺栓1包括防转底座3和安装在防转底座3上的螺栓4,所述快装防转压板2包括压板本体5,压板本体5的一端设置有防转挡边6,所述压板本体5上设置有通孔7,所述通孔7的孔径与螺栓4的直径相同。                                    
所述防转挡边6和压板本体5之间通过弧形边8连接在一起。
参见图4,本实用新型的安装过程为:将快装防转压板2的压板本体5安装在托架上,并使得快装防转压板2的防转挡边6位于C型钢的中间空隙内并与C型钢的截面垂直,然后用设备使得快装防转螺栓1的螺栓4穿过托架通过通孔7与快装防转压板2铆接在一起,最后将快装防转螺栓1旋转90°,快装防转螺栓1长端自动定位,不再旋转,快装防转压板2下行后,卡入C型钢中间槽内,任由螺母旋转,从而锁紧太阳能组件。

1.一种太阳能电池板组件快装防转装置,其特征在于:包括快装防转螺栓(1)和快装防转压板(2),所述快装防转螺栓(1)包括防转底座(3)和安装在防转底座(3)上的螺栓(4),所述快装防转压板(2)包括压板本体(5),压板本体(5)的一端设置有防转挡边(6),所述压板本体(5)上设置有通孔(7),所述通孔(7)的孔径与螺栓(4)的直径相同。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能电池板组件快装防转装置,其特征在于:所述防转挡边(6)和压板本体(5)之间通过弧形边(8)连接在一起。
