[0003] 近年来我国大部分地区大气污染严重,为实施生态北京、绿色环境,还人们一片蓝天是政府和人民的重要而迫切的任务,研发设计一种太阳能自采暖系统装置,实现采暖、空调、热水三联供的可再生能源集成系统太阳房,提供一种适於在学校、宾馆、城镇建筑中大面积推广应用,实施城郊新农村建设低碳用能技术,深度解决城市及周边地区大气污染、能源紧张、居民生活改善等有关民生的重大紧迫问题。
[0004] 现有技术所存在的缺点:
[0005] 1、现有的单一性太阳能供暖系统结构简单,运行可靠,但阳光集热密度较低,需要较大的太阳能集热器采光面积,由于天气的变化需要较大的储热水箱,因为供热周期较短,往往会出现冬季供热不足,夏季供热过剩的现象,无法实现季节性储能。
[0006] 2、当前的太阳能供热系统虽然也设置有热泵、电、燃气辅助供热、降温装置,但是并没有对其释放的热量进行收集利用,因此造成一定程度的浪费,导致整体能源利用率较低;
[0007] 3、目前太阳能集热器获取太阳辐射能转化热量,通过管路系统送至室内进行采暖;夏季过剩热量储存在储热水箱内;当太阳能集热器收集的热量小于供暖负荷时,由储存的热量来补充;若储存的热量不足时,由备用的辅助热源提供。较大的集热器组件和较大的水箱提高了投资成本,占地面积较大。

[0024]图1为本实用新型提供的一种太阳能热泵蓄热采暖系统,该系统包括真空管集热器1,真空管集热器I通过集热循环管路2与换热水箱5的进出水口连接,构成及热循环回路。换热水箱5内设有a、b换热器6,a换热器6的进水口与冷水管路16连接,出水口与供热水管路17连接;供热水管路17末端用水器连接,b换热器上的进出水口通过热泵循环管路7与热泵8右侧两端口连接,构成热泵循环回路;其中一路通过热泵系统管路7与埋设于地下的U形管10、水泵9串联与热泵8的右侧端口连接。热泵8的左侧两端口经采暖循环管路11与冷热风机盘管或辐射地热盘管13、水泵9-1串联构成采暖循环回路。

[0034] 一种具有太阳能热泵蓄热采暖系统,被安装在北京大兴定福庄小学184平方米教室实施。
[0035] 包括:真空管集热器、换热水箱(0.5吨)、热泵,土壤蓄热循环系统、地板辐射采暖或冷热风机空调系统,新风机换气和光伏发电照明系统。
[0036] 所述的太阳能热泵蓄热采暖系统,其中真空管集热器是由一种高效锁热环真空管组成,8平方米一组,采用4组安装在房屋顶部,采光面积为32平方米。
[0037] 所述双源(水源和空气源)热泵采用5P机型,用换向阀实施转换。
[0038] 所述土壤蓄热技术是采用太阳能自采暖设计跨季节蓄热方式,在宅基地地面上打6眼100米深竖井,垂直埋管入U型管组成蓄热循环系统,南向坡屋面上的32平方米太阳能集热器与地埋U型管构成跨季节蓄热循环回路。夏季晴天太阳能集热器收集到的剩余热能由管路系统传输储存到地下土壤中,冬季联通采暖循环系统,将地下土壤中的热能输送到室内供采暖,实现了全年集热,冬季使用的跨季节储热利用,设计理论和实用效果表明,太阳能采暖的保障率逐年递增,预计第四年基本达到94%。
[0039] 为解决初期储热过程中,地下土壤含热量不饱和,满足不了冬季供热需求的问题,利用双源热泵在取热供暖过程中对热源温度进行提升。利用热泵技术可将需要的室内温度升降自如,夏季将室内的热量转移到室外地下土壤里,实现室内降温。冬季将室外的热量转移到室内采暖,实现室内升温。
[0040] 所述的太阳能热泵蓄热采暖系统装置利用地源热泵向地下土壤输送全年太阳能集热并蓄存,冬季做为建筑采暖热源使用。夏季热泵制冷同时也向土壤蓄热。系统还可以全年供应45 °C生活热水和饮用开水。
[0041] 所述新风机换气系统是在用户需要的情况下加入该系统,是室内空气达到I小时换气一次的效果。
[0042] 所述光伏发电照明系统是在用户需要的情况下实施安装。
[0043] 采用该实用新型每平方米集热器每年可提供生活热水21吨以上45°C生活热水或6吨开水,可供8平米建筑面积采暖。按照100 Hf建筑面积计算,每年共可节约电能2.15万Kffh,冬季采暖可节约标准煤节约5.73吨,减少二氧化碳排放14.898吨,二氧化硫137.52公斤,氮氧化物(NOX) 40.11公斤。

Claims (10)
1.一种太阳能热泵蓄热采暖系统,其特征在于,该系统包括真空管集热器,真空管集热器通过集热循环管路与换热水箱的进出水口连接,构成及热循环回路;换热水箱内设有a、b换热器,a换热器的进水口与冷水管路连接,出水口还与供热水管路连接,供热水管路末端与用水器连接;b换热器上的进出水口通过热泵循环管路与热泵右侧两端口连接,构成热泵循环回路;其中一路通过热泵系统管路与埋设于地下的U形管、水泵串联与热泵的右侧端口连接;热泵的左侧两端口经采暖循环管与冷热风机盘管或辐射地热盘管、水泵串联构成采暖循环回路。
2.如权利要求1所述的太阳能热泵蓄热采暖系统,其特征在于,所述的热泵为双源热泵,所述双源包括水源和气源。
3.如权利要求1所述的太阳能热泵蓄热采暖系统,其特征在于,所述的用水器包括开水器、净水器和淋浴器,将所述的开水器与净水器串联连接后再与淋浴器并联连接,供热水管路末端通过管路与并联后的管路连接,在淋浴器与冷水管路之间设有冷热水混合连接管路,在冷热水混合连接管路上设有水温调节阀;在所述真空管集热器通往换热水箱的循环管路上设有流量调节阀。
4.如权利要求3所述的太阳能热泵蓄热采暖系统,其特征在于,在所述开水器与净水器之间设有阀门。
5.如权利要求4所述的太阳能热泵蓄热采暖系统,其特征在于,所述冷水管路分别通往换热水箱、a换热器的热水回路、采暖循环回路。
6.如权利要求5所述的太阳能热泵蓄热采暖系统,其特征在于,在所述每条之路上均设有阀门。
7.如权利要求1所述的太阳能热泵蓄热采暖系统,其特征在于,所述的U形管有若干根且并联连接,若干根U形管被设置在100米的地下。
8.如权利要求1所述的太阳能热泵蓄热采暖系统,其特征在于,所述热泵在采暖循环回路之间设有相互转换的换向阀。
9.如权利要求1所述的太阳能热泵蓄热采暖系统,其特征在于,在所述采暖循环回路的进出口上均设有阀门。
10.如权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的太阳能热泵蓄热采暖系统,其特征在于,在所述太阳能热泵蓄热采暖系统中还设有太阳能光伏电池,太阳能光伏电池通过逆变器与照明灯和/或换气扇连接。
