本实用新型公开了一种重力坝加河床式厂房的布置结构,包括设置在河床上的坝体,坝体的两侧坝肩均为混凝土重力挡土墙结构;位于两坝肩之间的坝体自右向左依次由多闸孔带胸墙闸门的溢流坝段、排沙底孔坝段、电站厂房坝段、安装间坝段构成;溢流坝段的多闸孔之间通过中墩间隔布置,溢流坝段的两端分别通过边墩与相邻的排沙底孔坝段、混凝土重力挡土墙相衔接;在安装间坝段内设置有连通上、下游的尾水渠;电站厂房坝段沿内顺水流方向布置有进水口段,进水口段垂直于水流方向的宽度等于厂房机组段的长度。本实用新型优点在于在满足溢流、发电、泄洪、排沙等消能的前提下,避免了对两岸山体的大规模开挖、支护。

背景技术
在重力坝枢纽布置中,常常要根据河流宽度来选择枢纽布置,当坝址附近及河道布置不开时,往往采用重力坝+河床式厂房布置方式,这样枢纽布置集中,厂房位于河床中,成为挡水建筑物的一部分。位于河床内的水电站厂房本身起挡水作用,从而成为集中水头的挡水建筑物之一。这类水电站一般见于河流中、下游,水头较低,流量较大。

本实用新型目的也在于提供一种重力坝+河床式厂房的布置结构。

本实用新型所述重力坝加河床式厂房的布置结构,包括设置在河床上的坝体,所述坝体的两侧坝肩均为混凝土重力挡土墙结构;位于所述两坝肩之间的坝体自右向左依次由多闸孔带胸墙闸门的溢流坝段、排沙底孔坝段、电站厂房坝段、安装间坝段构成;所述溢流坝段的多闸孔之间通过中墩间隔布置,溢流坝段的两端分别通过边墩与相邻的排沙底孔坝段、混凝土重力挡土墙相衔接;在所述安装间坝段内设置有连通上、下游的尾水渠;所述电站厂房坝段沿内顺水流方向布置有进水口段,所述进水口段垂直于水流方向的宽度等于厂房机组段的长度。
本实用新型优点在于将所述坝体的溢流、发电、泄洪、排沙等功能集中布置在河床中间部位,挡水功能布置在两岸,非常适宜在两岸是陡峭山谷地区,因此,在满足溢流、发电、泄洪、排沙等消能的前提下,避免了对两岸山体的大规模开挖、支护。

如图1、2所示,本实用新型所述重力坝+河床式厂房的布置结构,包括设置在河床上的坝体,所述坝体的两侧坝肩1.1、1.2均为混凝土重力挡土墙结构并布置在河床的两岸;位于所述两坝肩1.1、1.2之间的坝体自右向左依次由多闸孔带胸墙闸门的溢流坝段2、排沙底孔坝段3、电站厂房坝段4、安装间坝段5构成;所述溢流坝段2的多闸孔之间通过中墩6间隔布置,溢流坝段2的两端分别通过边墩7、8与相邻的排沙底孔坝段3、混凝土重力挡土墙1.1相衔接;在所述安装间坝段5内设置有连通上、下游的尾水渠9;所述电站厂房坝段4沿内顺水流方向布置有进水口段,所述进水口段垂直于水流方向的宽度等于布置在电站厂房坝段4内的厂房机组段的长度。
