Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种具有加热及搅拌功能的沼气发酵罐构造，具体包括：沼气发酵罐1、加热装置2、转轴3、“由”字型加热管路4、保温层5、外层彩钢板6、人孔7、出气口8、进料管9和出料管10。主要用于解决沼气发酵过程中发酵温度以及菌料结壳分层影响发酵效果的问题，发明了一种兼具加热及搅拌功能的沼气发酵罐。其结构新颖，方便实用，发酵产气不受周围自然环境温度，能控制发酵温度，菌料混合均匀，避免分层现象发生，产气率高，产气稳定，适于农村集中型沼气生产，也适用于农业生产所用的沼气供给，是一种新型的沼气发酵设备。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种沼气发酵罐构造，尤其涉及一种具有加热及搅拌功能的沼气发酵罐，属于沼气生产设备领域。 
背景技术
大部分秸秆发酵沼气采用直接混合方式发酵，这样做刚开始时并没有太大影响，但是随着时间的流逝，沼气池中的料液逐渐趋于一种静止状态，发酵料液基本分为4层：浮渣层、上清层、活性层和沉渣层。在这种状况下，发酵料液上层结壳严重且厌氧微生物活动受到局限，导致出气率逐渐下降。此时的解决办法是在沼气罐中增设搅拌装置，使其重新恢复混合状态，打破上层结壳和分层现象，使活性层扩大到全部发酵液内。此外，对于沼气发酵来说，温度的控制是一个至关重要的环节，温度波动最容易影响发酵效果。对菌料适当的加温，能够有效提高沼气产气率。因此，发明一种兼具加热及搅拌功能的沼气发酵罐十分重要。 
发明内容
为了解决上述发酵温度以及菌料结壳分层影响发酵效果，本发明涉及了一种兼具加热及搅拌功能的沼气发酵罐。 
本实用新型具体方案如下：沼气发酵罐1顶部设置加热装置2和转轴3，二者与罐内加热管路4相连，加热管路4为“由”字形，通过加热装置2加热后，温度升高，可对菌料进行加温；同时，电机带动转轴3转动，与之连接的加热管路4即可在罐内转动，起到搅拌菌料的作用。罐外设保温层5，采用聚氨酯发泡材料，保温层外设外层彩钢板6，罐体设置人孔7，出气口8、进料管9和出料管10。 
本实用新型的有益效果是：结构新颖，方便实用，发酵产气不受周围自然环境温度，能控制发酵温度，菌料混合均匀，避免分层现象发生，产气率高，产气稳定。

具体实施方式
根据本实用新型的权利要求和实用新型内容所涉及的内容，本实用新型的技术方案具体如下所述： 
如图1所示的实施例：一种具有加热及搅拌功能的沼气发酵罐包括：沼气发酵罐1、加热装置2、转轴3、“由”字形加热管路4、保温层5、外层彩钢板6、人孔7、出气口8、进料管9和出料管10。沼气罐和进、出料管选用铁质材料，加热管路采用不锈钢材质，与转轴焊接牢固并连接加热装置对菌料进行加温。同时，电机带动转轴转动，与之连接的管路即可 在罐内转动，起到搅拌菌料的作用。沼气罐外加保温层，材质采用聚氨酯发泡，外层包裹彩钢板，沼气罐一侧设置人孔。 
本实用新型具有结构简单，方便实用，外形美观等特点。

1.一种具有加热及搅拌功能的沼气罐，包括沼气发酵罐(1)、加热装置(2)、转轴(3)、加热管路(4)、保温层(5)、外层彩钢板(6)、人孔(7)、出气口(8)、进料管(9)和出料管(10)，其特征在于，加热管路(4)为“由”字形，采用不锈钢材质，与转轴(3)焊接牢固并连接加热装置(2)，转轴(3)通过电机带动转动，与之连接的加热管路(4)即可在罐内转动，兼具加热及搅拌功能，能够有效解决发酵温度以及菌料结壳分层影响沼气发酵效果的问题。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有加热及搅拌功能的沼气罐，其特征是，所述的沼气发酵罐(1)、进料管(9)和出料管(10)均采用铁质材料。 
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有加热及搅拌功能的沼气罐，其特征是，所述的保温层(5)，选用聚氨酯发泡，外层包裹彩钢板(6)。
