本实用新型涉及一种永磁式闭锁电磁铁,属于电气自动化技术领域。 
背景技术
目前,在电力系统中,许多电气设备都采用了闭锁电磁铁与机械限位配合来满足“五防”的要求,如地刀闭锁电磁铁、手车闭锁电磁铁、合闸闭锁电磁铁等,由于传统闭锁电磁铁在运行时,经常发生烧毁的故障,给安全生产带来威胁。传统闭锁电磁铁的工作原理及存在问题是:当回路不通时,线圈不得电,铁芯在弹簧作用下处于伸出状态,与机械装置配合实现闭锁功能,当电气设备满足防误设定程序时,回路接通,闭锁电磁铁得电,线圈产生的磁场使铁芯吸合,与机械装置脱离。当条件一直满足时,线圈将一直处于励磁状态,且保证铁芯在收缩状态,因此,这种状态有时几个小时甚至更长时间,因电磁线圈一直处于持续通电状态,从而导致闭锁电磁铁极易发生过热而损坏的现象。 
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种永磁式闭锁电磁铁,利用永磁体的特性取代电磁线圈长时间通电的工作模式,可大大提高闭锁电磁铁的可靠性,同时也省去了因电磁线圈长时间通电而产生的电能损耗。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:本实用新型由第一线圈桩头、弹簧垫片、弹簧、铁芯顶杆、第二线圈桩头、外壳、减磁线圈、永磁体、增磁线圈、线圈外绝缘套、线圈内绝缘套和铁芯组成,其特征是:外壳上方有第一线圈桩头和第二线圈桩头,弹簧垫片和弹簧的一端相连,弹簧的另一端和铁芯顶杆的一端相连,铁芯顶杆的另一端从外壳上方插入外壳中的线圈内绝缘 套内,且和线圈内绝缘套内的铁芯相连,在线圈内绝缘套外侧,上方套有减磁线圈,中间套有永磁体,下方套有增磁线圈,在减磁线圈、永磁体和增磁线圈外侧套有线圈外绝缘套。 
由于采用上述技术方案,本实用新型所具有的优点和积极效果是:结构简单,运行可靠,实用性强。

在说明书附图1中,外壳(6)上方有第一线圈桩头(1)和第二线圈桩头(5),弹簧垫片(2)和弹簧(3)的一端相连,弹簧(3)的另一端和铁芯顶杆(4)的一端相连,铁芯顶杆(4)的另一端从外壳(6)上方插入外壳(6)中的线圈内绝缘套(11)内,且和线圈内绝缘套(11)内的铁芯(12)相连,在线圈内绝缘套(11)外侧,上方套有减磁线圈(7),中间套有永磁体(8),下方套有增磁线圈(9),在减磁线圈(7)、永磁体(8)和增磁线圈(9)外侧套有线圈外绝缘套(10)。减磁线圈、增磁线圈分别用导线和第一线圈桩头和第二线圈桩头相连。

1.一种永磁式闭锁电磁铁,由第一线圈桩头、弹簧垫片、弹簧、铁芯顶杆、第二线圈桩头、外壳、减磁线圈、永磁体、增磁线圈、线圈外绝缘套、线圈内绝缘套和铁芯组成,其特征是:外壳(6)上方有第一线圈桩头(1)和第二线圈桩头(5),弹簧垫片(2)和弹簧(3)的一端相连,弹簧(3)的另一端和铁芯顶杆(4)的一端相连,铁芯顶杆(4)的另一端从外壳(6)上方插入外壳(6)中的线圈内绝缘套(11)内,且和线圈内绝缘套(11)内的铁芯(12)相连,在线圈内绝缘套(11)外侧,上方套有减磁线圈(7),中间套有永磁体(8),下方套有增磁线圈(9),减磁线圈(7)、永磁体(8)和增磁线圈(9)外侧套有线圈外绝缘套(10)。
